I took my two year old in for a haircut. He’s a little shy and does not like getting his haircut. The girl was so friendly and understanding. Even though my kiddo was crying and wouldn’t sit still she did a wonderful job! Her kindness was greatly appreciated!

Hate my haircut I told the hair stylist long in the front and she went real short. I know I’m only a teen but the hair stylist was terrible. Would not recommend. She should get fired. Sports clips if you read this it is the girl with tealish and brown hair

Honestly Nice People, but I booked an appointment at 2:10pm she finally got to me at 2:30 and i dont know if this was my fault by going here for a fade. But honestly it was the worst haircut i got my entire life.

Today My 17 year old and 8 year old both got excellent haircuts. Had about 30 minute wait. Worth the wait. The two stylists made them both feel very comfortable. Happy with the outcome.

My son gets his haircut here because they store the information for the last cut so no matter who is available they know what to do with his hair. I think they charge about 15 bucks but sometimes you get a coupon to make it even cheaper. When its working right you can check in online. So far he said good cuts from three different ladies.

Typically experience great service! Checking in online is a great feature...on occasion it hasnt worked out in our favor but for the most part we appreciate it and use it every time we go.

Finally! A place that actually knows how to cut mens hair. Seriously. Some places like to say they know how but at the end of the day they end up butchering your hair to where it takes weeks to grow out. But not here. The attention to detail and actually listening to the customer is well beyond the expectation that I had. The whole establishment is geared to cut mens hair and products specifically for men are sold here as well. The prices are very competitive to other mainstream places and well worth the wait. It was very clean and staff seemed to really enjoy what they were doing which is a huge bonus when you need a haircut because sometimes you can go to place and they just seem not at all interested in cutting hair. Overall we will be back and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quality haircut for an excellent price.

Open, but NOT all services before. For years I go HERE for services other barber shops dont do. So after months ALL shut down, Im desperate. Now my place is open (YA-HOO !). But only do 4 of 5 services (BOO-HOO *#X!). Left out Beard Trim. I still got Shampoo, Hot Face Towel soak, Massage, & Hair Cut.

We use Sports Clips to get my son’s haircut every couple of weeks. We always schedule ahead of time and they always get us in on time. He’s never had a bad haircut there.

Great place for a haircut. But once you start to like the work of a specific stylist they end up moving or quitting.

Visited as a walk-in on a Friday afternoon, busy location, but only 20-25 minute wait. Andrea was my specialist and was exceptional, providing me with a MVP experience and ensuring I was completely satisfied with my haircut and service. I never mind the wait when the service is excellent.

Myself and my son like going here the ladies do a great job. Never had any problems here.

Update 7-25-17: First time here since the new check in system. I love it. Gives and ETA on cut time and will send you text messages when time gets close if they get moving through the list faster. Upgraded to 4 stars now.When I can get a cut here they do a great job but I usually end up leaving and going somewhere else because they wait is over 45 min.

Horrible, horrible!Provided a picture of what I was looking for. Taylour barely looked at it. Just began chomping away at my hair. I asked for length to be shortened but keep the curls as I’m naturally curly. I walked out looking like an Amish haircut. Not layers. No curls.Not one employee seemed happy to be there. All very unmotivated. And she reeked of cigs! I hate smelling cigs for 30 minutes!

Waited and hour and a half and then two people clocked out and the wait time added another 40 minutes. When I asked the manager why the system accounts for people that won’t be available after a certain time, she informed me the system works fine.

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was dead. All of the employees were loitering around the reception area and I was clearly a nuisance to them. I was not greeted and was curtly asked if I had been there before. I was eventually greeted by Stephanie who stuck out her hand and literally said Stephanie. No nice to meet you, my name is Stephanie,…just Stephanie. I instantly knew this was going to be a bad experience by the frown on her face and it was very apparent she did not want to be there. I told her I wanted a #2 guard on the side and finger tip length on the top which is the most simple male haircut you can get. She gave me the marine cut, high and tight. Plus, she left stray hairs everywhere, and just did a very sloppy job overall. She cut my hair so high around my ears that it looks comical. She gave no attention to detail whatsoever. I had to go home and fix my hair with my beard shaver. I should have gone to great clips which is right next door to them for a cheaper price as well. Great Clips was packed…..I wonder why! I will never go back to this sport clips.

Stacey is great, but most of them try hard to be nice and attentive. They seem to be a bit understaffed, but I try to make my appointment go shop at the Target and back. Seems to work pretty well. They do a no frills efficient work no complains here.

Great hair cut but they always seem to forget what I normally get. Wait is also bad, waiting 1-2 hours is a bit much for when there is only one other person there and checking in online seems to break and kicks me out of the que, especially when the wait is 2 hours long.

Love this location, and who doesnt love their $7.99 coupons they flood you with. Theyve had the same manager there since they opened, So you know what youre going to get when you walk in the door.

Wait time on the app said 24 minutes ended up waiting for over an hour. Not to mention I had my wife wating in the vehicle. This experience was absolutely ridiculous & I will never waste my time again!

Had an appointment but the supervisor seemed to think my appointment time was a good time for a meeting with my stylist. Waited an extra 30 minutes and left, had other things to do. Not going back. Any place that the supervisor thinks their time is more valuable than the customers is mistaken...

Had a great experience! Went in for a pixie cut, there was only one lady there that had done it before. Everyone there was nice and the wait time wasnt but maybe 10 mins

Whoever my stylist was seemed to give significantly more of a crap than the rest. Kudos to her and her dedication to work. I am not bald, and did not go bald after getting my hair cut here. Five out of five stars.

Three consecutive times I have gone to this location after work to get a haircut. All three times its been a 30-45 minute wait. Way understaffed. The waiting time for a haircut should be no more than 5-10 minutes max. ESPECIALLY when youve spent all day working and youre ready to go home and relax. Otherwise, the times I have been able to get in, Ive had no problems. If they are staffed properly Ill consider coming back.

This was my first time at a sport clips, and it will definitely be the last. Absolutely no attention to detail. She spent barely over 10 mins on my haircut. After I got home, I noticed the haircut was uneven in many places. Very, very disappointed. Save yourself the disappointment and take the time to book an appointment at a salon so you can get a haircut by someone who actually cares about the work they are doing.

It all depends on who you get. I go only with Alicia. She does a great job and is very attentive to what I ask for. Ive had others who are plain awful. If Alicia isnt in that day, I wait til shes back. God, help me when she leaves.

The staff is fun and engaging, but if you prefer a quiet experience they are respectful enough to let you enjoy the peace. Hard to pick a favorite stylist but Brandi is way up there!

I called because I work right next door and asked how long wait time will be. The lady on the phone said 11 minutes and I said ok great and then she said actual 5 minutes I was dated that was even better I explained I only had 15 minutes for my break so when I come over in five minutes I have only 15 minutes to get my haircut so I wont have time to wait. She said no problem at all . so I set my clock timer and I showed up at 4 minutes and. 20 seconds. I told the lady my name and said I was the guy who called and she said sorry someone walked in . I stated that I only got one break right now. She tried to say something about waiting a few minutes but once again I dont have the time to wait thats why I called. I just said thanks and left.

Service for me has always been friendly, they do a great job cutting hair and my beard!

Fast, friendly, and give a good cut and beard trim.

Hair stylist was able to generally get the style I requested. Had to wait a while even though someone else was available (but not cutting hair). The conversations between the two stylists were a little awkward at times (seemed to be complaining/arguing about each other)

On-line check in at 2:10 to arrive by 2:49. Now 3:20 & Im still 4th on waiting list. Their check-in system is VERY poor.
