Mel is a very nice person, but I am very unhappy with my results. I showed an example photo, and she double checked it to make sure she knew what I wanted. After looking at my hair ( I had a bad experience at a different salon ) she said she could get it done without lightening my hair with foils by toning it to cancel out the orange tones. I’ve been blonde my whole life and know what to ask for, I wasn’t coming in with black hair asking to change to blonde. She told me not to look at my hair yet directly after washing, I caught a glimpse and it was pretty dark. She explained that it will be lavender because of the toner but to be patient so the color will last longer. I was fine with this because I always get overtones for that exact reason. I’ve washed my hair a few times since then and my hair is a dark lavender and only looks blonde in certain lighting. When I called to ask about it she said that “your hair was not going to be lightened in that session” when that is literally what I asked for and we BOTH confirmed it, and she was soooo nice to me during the session that I felt heard after my bad experience at the other salon. Over the phone I said “I guess there was some miscommunication because I said I wanted my hair to look blonde” and all she said was “your hair is blonde, ma’am.” While technically it is, it’s not at all what I asked for and if she knew toning it wasn’t going to get it there without lightening it- then I wish she would have told me straight up and I would have spent that extra money.Yes, I wanted to return and get it even brighter because I said I wanted to start working towards white hair. I’m not naive, I know my hair can only handle so much at one time. But my hair was perfectly capable of move ig lightened in our last session and I’m very disappointed. First review I’ve ever written and this whole situation is humiliating. I don’t speak for this company as a whole, I had been there in the past with a stylist that no longer works there. It was a great experience. This is just a new on and I needed to share so others know to really really know what they ask for and honestly WRITE IT DOWN! So they can’t gaslight you after

While I realize masks are still a common safety protocol, there are those of us who are physically - medically - incapable of wearing them. I hadnt had a haircut since right before lockdowns, so I was in desperate need of one. I found Salon Zen for a walk in cut online, and Teagan cut my hair. I am very pleased with it, so I took my daughter the next day, and got her a cut. My daughter loves it. I will be back in 6wks.

I have stuck with Sarah the longest of all the stylists I’ve been to. She learned what I like and has been consistent. She is efficient and friendly. Her talents can accomodate your wildest ideas, but she will treat the most mundane styles such as mine with the upmost care. (corny pic, i know, but only one i have taken right after her majic - smooth, straight, and great layers. without her, i’m frizzy and weighed down by my thick hair)

See attachments.The last time I visited this Salon Zen I was very disappointed with my results and I must unfortunately say that I will never do service with this salon again. Upon appointment I was seeing Erin for blond highlights and while the color was doing well, my hair cut was butchered (or over processed and fried off - either way, terrible!). Now, one side of my hair is drastically shorter than the other - and by drastic I mean a few inches shorter. My only option now is to wear my hair in a pony tail and even then I have layers that fall out! I am in utter disbelief that Erin neglected to fix this, much less tell me that this happened to my hair. I ended up finding out when I got home and didnt have my hair curled to hide the damage.While I should be expecting a refund, Ive attempted to contact the salon and no one has made the effort to rectify the situation. Even if I did get a refund, money cannot replace the damage thats already been done to my hair! I at least want to warn potential future clients on what happened and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else! I am very disappointed.

I have been getting my hair done at Salon Zen for years and I always walk out happy. I have seen several stylists over the years and everyone is very talented. I trust all of them to do a spectacular job. They even delivered product to my door during the time they had to be closed. Madi with Salon Zen has changed my whole perspective with salons! She is so personable and attentive and wants you to be happy with your entire experience! She makes you feel right at home and as if she’s known you for years!While she is very friendly and passionate she is also very attentive and detail oriented. Back in October, Salon Zens stylist MELISSA COVINGTON caused CHEMICAL BURNS to my sisters scalp. The negligent stylist put the color directly onto her head and didnt use a single foil. My sister told her it was burning her head, so the stylist washed it out and then proceeded to put the SAME PRODUCT BACK ONTO HER HEAD. My sister came home with severe chemical burns as was proved by a doctor. The salon refused to acknowledge their mistake, even with a doctors note. The manager NEVER called us back after calling numerous times. The manager even went so far as to SNEAK OUT THE BACK DOOR of the salon when my sister came back in in person. So unprofessional. Now at Salon Zen they make you sign a WAIVER before you get your hair highlighted that the product they use may cause an allergic reaction and chemical burns. WHAT A JOKE. My sister has been highlighting her hair for years and has never had an allergic reaction. What salon have you EVER been to that they have made you sign a waiver before getting your hair highlighted?! This place is absolute trash and shouldnt be allowed to do business. Might I mention this place was investigated by the OK State Board of Cosmetology and by the OK Better Business Bureau after this chemical burn by Melissa Covington took place? Save yourself the time, money and chemical burns and find another salon.

I just visited Salon Zen for the first time and I had a great experience! I made an appointment with Sarah based on reviews I saw online and I was not disappointed. She was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I haven’t had my hair professionally cut in over 8yrs and I was nervous driving to the appointment, but Sarah instantly made me feel comfortable. I shared a dreadful past salon experience with her and she was careful not to recreate the experience by trying to talk me into anything I didn’t want. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy with the result. I’ll definitely be seeing her again!

My daughter went to Salon Zen last November and stylist Stephenie colored her black hair a deep purple. It was beautiful and many people commented on it (see Google Review before photo). Stephenie left the salon around Christmas. My daughter had the dye updated once before the pandemic by the salon. It was simple because there was no bleaching--just a color touch-up. We also updated it once at home during the pandemic using the same dye that Stephenie told us to use. It turned out wonderful.When we came back in May, the roots needed to be touched up, so they bleached them. A difference stylist did it and it was horrible. As you can see in the after picture uploaded to Google Review (taken 13 days after her hair was dyed), there were black splotches all over the top of my daughters hair where she missed bleaching it because she didnt use the industry-standard foil method. Then she used the wrong dye and after 10 days it faded from purple to a bright pink. I was able to track Stephenie down at another salon and she had to totally redye my daughters hair black because it was so bad. The salon offered to redo it but who would want to chance that again? They refused to give me even a partial credit because--get this--I was three days over their 10 day policy in contacting them (even though I did contact them before then to tell them the dye was fading). Apparently, their reputation is for sale instead. So, almost $500 later over three weeks and my daughters hair finally looks normal.If you like to gamble, roll the dice and go to Salon Zen. But be prepared to possibly have to spend hundreds of dollars at another salon fixing it later.Response to Owners response: It is incorrect that Liz had black dye on her hair. Black is her natural hair color as the owner had been told repeatedly. She had purple dye added just to the tips of her hair before this entire hair dye. Additionally, the black that you see in the picture was where the new growth had occurred (she had not had her hair bleached since Nov., so quite a bit had grown out, so it would be impossible for that to have been old color, even if she had had black dye on her hair, which she hadnt. Finally, when she went to her previous hairstylist, Stephanie, at her new salon to fix what Salon Zen had messed up, she was able to fix her hair and NO black is showing through even two weeks later. I think that pretty much says it all. As Salon Zens owner told me, she is not a stylist herself, which may be part of the problem. Again, go there at your own risk. you can see by the other reviews there have been other problems there and I understand fixing dye problems there has happened on a number of occasions.

About a year and a half ago I came into this salon with bleached hair and Sarah Harris took me from blonde, back to my natural brown. She had continued to do my hair beautifully and professionally everytime with exactly what I want, and what she knew my hair needed. Today I asked to go a bit darker in the color and she delivered!! It looks sooo amazing and I cant wait to keep going back shes a hair wizard. Ps if you have thick hair she know exactly how to handle it!

Salon Zen is the best in Norman! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I got my hair cut by Amber, and I’m so happy with how it turned out! She also managed to fix my bangs that I had tried (and failed) to cut myself. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her. The owner Ashley does amazing nails as well!

When reviewing a place like this its really important to keep in mind that each individual professional will behave very differently. So in a way, this is really a review on a specific cosmetologist, not the salon itself.I had Reagan/Regan. I had a haircut + color in mind and she was strongly against it out of the gate. (It was a punk/extreme haircut.) We debated back and forth, trying to find some middle ground, but the truth of it was that I really, really did want the original haircut I showed her. We finally agreed on something a bit more subdued, however she seemed to make sure I felt uncomfortable from there on out. At one point I remember siting there for 2 hours (waiting for color) without her checking on me even once. When she did need to transfer me from the wash-basin to the chair, she would say very clipped, one-worded commands UP SIT etc. Honestly, the cut was done well but it really wasnt the one I wanted. When it came to the color, it was NOT the color we agreed upon. (It was a dark green-teal, and I wanted a pastel blue.). When she showed me, she stared into the mirror and I could see the look on her face was screaming DONT YOU DARE COMPLAIN!.So I didnt.I had been in there for 3 hours at that point and feeling terrible. I remember literally breaking down crying in the car because of the whole experience. Later that evening I had to re-do the hair color myself, and a week later I went to a cheap hairstylist who was fine with giving me what I originally wanted for 15 bucks.80+ bucks down the drain for a miserable experience.Edit: I can see the the owner responded to my message. Reagan/Regan was the name given. If the stylist is no longer there, then that is a good thing and I wish the Salon the best.

Amber has cut my hair and there is absolutely no one else I trust. She is so professional and dedicated, maticulous and detailed. Every haircut it feels like a huge weight is lifted off my shoulders... Literally.

I paid 200 hundred dollars in two days trying to fix some damage I had done to my hair the point is that much money my hair should be on point and I have one of the worst haircuts of my life and ive had some bad ones the color is absolutely beautiful and perfect but the cut is awful and I wont be returning

I went to Salon Zen for a haircut. Madi was my stylist. I tried to make conversation with her, but she barely said two words to me. Then I asked her about services for a friend and she told me to go to Super Cuts. After she cut my hair, she ushered me out the door without seeing the back of my hair. And that was the purpose of the whole haircut.I will try Salon Zen again, but I will ask for a different stylist.

Absolutely love this salon. Our whole family uses this salon. My boys and husband think that Melissa is just fabulous. I have used a variety of the ladies here at Salon Zen and have found them all to be great. Brittany does a fabulous job with my long hair and never complains that my hair is super long and thus I know hard to work with at times. If you need a salon, this is a great one!

Transformation black to blonde: MADI did anawesome job !I really cant express how much of a relief I feel that I came here to her.I had beautiful blonde hair and boxes dyed it black which then faded and felt terrible about how it looked. Being a busy mom too I just wanted my pretty blonde hair back . I saw her Instagram and was blown away by the before and after transformation photos . I came in and I am so happy leaving here with more than expected. We got way closer than I thought in this process. I have done this before and paid stylists 200 to 300 black to blonde knowing it would take a few sessions however felt no progress the first time.Progress this first time with Madi was really amazing to say the least. Very happy . Will be back !

Wonderful salon! I am new in town and tried finding a place to start going and this one happened to pop up in my Google search. Ive never really had a great experience anywhere, but I did here.The atmosphere is cool, the stylist I had, Claudia, was cool, and the prices were cool.I am now going back to get my hair colored for the first time because someone actually took the time to tell me they thought it would look really good on me... Well see how that goes!

When phone was answered the woman was very snippy, then abruptly hung up on me once I decided to not book an appointment. I’m so glad I didn’t. Would not recommend and would not visit!

I love coming to Zen Salon to get my hair done! I have had appointments with many of the lovely stylists and they are always so amazing, and listen to exactly what you want! They have a very relaxing environment making it perfect to get away for a little while and relax while getting your hair done. My current stylist Jasmine is amazing! She turns my curly wild hair, perfectly straight and silky smooth. She never disappoints and I would recommend her to anyone!

Massage was great and competitively priced. The sauna and steam room were cool too.The host was very informative and didn’t try to oversell anything. We already booked our next couples massage.Update: we get massages once a month now. I started getting my hair cut here for $27 plus tip and it is worth it!

Ashley Hardiman has been doing my nails since 2013 and I could not speak more highly of her and her work. I have been fortunate enough to visit some pretty amazing spas in killer locations and simply put, no one does it like Ashley. My nails always look flawless and her attention to detail is something serious. You would be doing yourself a disservice to go with anyone else.

She always turns it into exactly what I wanted with her added twist and expertise. She is literally the only stylist I have gone back to in Oklahoma since I moved here five years ago. Plus shes incredibly sweet! I highly recommend the salon and specifically Melisa!

Melissa Covington is such a great stylist. I came to her and Salon Zen after my sister highly recommended her. I only get varied haircuts, but my sister is always changing her color and style. She handles both flawlessly. She is also super sweet and friendly. Go see Melissa, you wont be disappointed!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Ive been going to Emily Ward for years and shes easily the best stylist Ive ever had. Shes incredibly friendly, highly trained, and absolutely an artist in every way. An appointment with Emily is always the best part of my day. And I cant recommend her enough for pixies! This definitely isnt your run of the mill salon, everyone is exceptionally well trained and professional. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

I have never been as happy leaving a hair salon as I was when Tara at Salon Zen did my hair. She was super friendly and professional while informing me of everything that she was doing and how to maintain my hair color and everything. She actually took the time to listen to me and my hair turned out amazing!! I do not write reviews, but when someone does an outstanding job they definitely deserve recognition and praise. Tara is one of the best hairstylists in Oklahoma and I can’t thank her enough for making this the best experience I have ever had. Overall, the stylist and salon was the best I have ever used and deserve a 5 star rating.

I have been going to Melisa for years! She has been absolutely amazing and wonderful. I would never go to anyone else. Ive changed my hair a lot over the years and she has never once screwed it up. I have recommended many of my friends and family to go to her and they love her as much as I do. She works with my schedule, and she is always very kind. I am a new customer at Studio Zen and have curly/wavy hair, so I have a lot of experience with trying and failing at finding a great salon for curly hair. I also like to keep it short, which isnt the easiest to do! Savannah not only gave me the best cut I have ever had for curly hair, but it is the best short cut my hair has ever been styled! She asked a lot of questions and made sure it was what I wanted while really giving me a unique cut. I would recommend Savannah and this salon any day for curly and straight haired people alike! Best experience ever.

Go see Amber for a manicure. I thought Id splurge on real salon manicure and Im glad I did. It was a great experience. Amber was professional, friendly, she did a great Shellac manicure. A much nicer experience than the walk-in places and I got more individualized attention at the same (or better) price.

Melanie is fantastic! She works wonders with colors, and understands tone, texture, and shape like a master. The salon is a beautiful space with big windows to let in a lot of natural light and you feel a bit like you are in a day spa. The front desk ladies have never failed to be friendly and helpful.Also- This salon is a judgement-free zone. They go out of their way to accommodate the different needs of their clients and are very warm and welcoming. Worth every penny!

I have been going to Melisa for years and shes the best! She is always very accommodating and knowledgeable in what she does. I have done a lot of different things to my hair over the years Ive been with her including ombrés and vivid colors. Melisa always does a great job and is willing to tweak anything that doesnt come out just right. Melisa is always very flexible for scheduling also. I dont trust my hair with anyone but her!

Ive been going to Patrick for about two years for my hair, but everyone at Studio Zen has always been sweet and helpful anytime Ive gone in. Patrick has always taken wonderful direction with my style, even when I have no clue what I want! Hes timely, delightful, and well-practiced at his age. Awful establishment. My mom went here to get her hair done. Extremely over priced, employees were terribly rude.r. Worse part my mom is not satisfied with her color, and they want to charge her again to fix it. Stay Away.

Sent my girlfriend here to get a haircut and she came home in tears. The stylist Sarah butchered her hair and no one at the salon would take responsibility. We called for the manager and were told she would call back. Waited an hour tried again. Waited another hour and were told she was committed all day. I guess committed to avoiding problems.We asked for our money back and were told it wasnt their policy to give refunds and they guaranteed the work so they would fix it. Look at the pictures, would you trust a salon who hired stylists like this to fix a mistake? Much less a train wreck like this? Tara Wiesendanger is an outstanding hair stylist. I have been going to her for 7 months and I am always delighted with her work. I have naturally curly hair which she handles so excellently. Tara is also a lovely person. I give her my highest recommendation.

I have been using Melisa with Salon Zen for many years now. In fact, her first task was fixing my hair color after I had been to too many stylists who didnt know what they were doing. I trust her so much that she did my hair for my engagement pictures a couple of years ago. Recently, she just walked me through my first major haircut (we took off 6+ inches, something I had never done before). Melisa is always caring, understanding, and patient. She makes great suggestions for new styles or colors but really listens to what the client wants. Shes always available if I have quick questions on styling. I highly recommend her work.

I have been going to Salon Zen for quite a while, and in the past year started going to Samantha Guevara, who has been all-around great! I have short, thick, wavy hair and she has done a fantastic job helping me find styles that work with my texture (not an easy feat) and grow it out without having to suffer an awkward phase. She is also a fun, laid-back person to chat with! Highly recommended; probably one of the best stylists in Norman, and really reasonably priced.

10/10 would recommend seeing Erin! She has such talent and great color mixing ability!! I usually come in with tons of pictures and she always nails it! Always ecstatic when I walk out after seeing her - for how great my hair looks and how fun the experience was! Shes the best!!

Melisa does an exceptional job on my hair every time I go see her. Shes been doing my hair for almost 2 years now and I looked all over the place for someone to cut my hair exactly how I want it and take their time and she does all of the above. I was very impressed by Studio Zen, Patrick was fantastic! I went in without an appointment on a seemingly busy Saturday morning and he got me right in. He did such an excellent job, especially since I couldnt decide how short I wanted my hair. He worked with me very well and was really professional. I absolutely love my cut and I know Ill be going back again.The only complaint I have is that the area around the stations had some only hair that hadnt been swept, not a lot, but enough for me to notice. The cuteness of the shop and the great music makes up for it.

Sarah did a great job on my hair and gave me bangs (which my hair doesnt do well with) and they look great! She always explains everything shes doing and gives great tips on styling your hair. Would definitely recommend her!

Salon Zen is hands down the best salon in Norman. Melanie is an amazing stylist who takes the time to really make her clients happy. She is a professional and dedicated to continue learning her craft. That passion is evident in her work. If you are looking for an excellent salon experience, I highly recommend Salon Zen.

What a great experience. My girl, Melissa is awesome. She knows how to cut short hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone. My hair is a bit hard to manage and she made it look darling. I am so excited to have Melissa as my new stylist. I will be going to her for a long time.

This is the highest rated salon in Norman and the staff are amazing. Melissa Covington and Brittany Campbell are awesome. When the colorist/stylist is at a salon for 10 years, you know they are the best!

I have seen Melisa for years now! She is so careful with my hair and makes sure I have the cut I want. She gives great suggestions and has become a friend. I have referred many people to her because she is one that can be trusted. I used to travel 45 mins to Salon Zen to see her, and it was well worth the trip.

After about four years of having Melissa color and cut my hair I can say I am so lucky to have found a hairdresser that listens to me ramble on about how I want my hair and then end up going back to her original suggestion. I have NEVER been disappointed and she has never once let me walk out of there feeling less than happy about my hair. I would rather let my hair grow out and go frizzy than go to another stylist before she can fit me in. She is the best and has the most wonderful attitude. Very glad she is at Salon Zen!

I can have anyone in the shop cut my hair (and I have) and they always make it look great.You can schedule an appointment online now, which is great for me, since Im horrible about that.I work just around the corner, and it has been especially neat growing with them as they mature both professionally and in their own lives.

Melisa is awesome, and always extremely professional. She has been my stylist for 2 years and it has always been a great experience. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, and is communicative about what you want done and then executing it with ease. I highly recommend Melisa for anyone looking for an high quality, easy going, experience.

Haley Jones is amazing. She took me from dark rich brown to a copper red and I am in love with what she did. I cannot recommend this place more!!

They always!kill it! the salons always clean and looks cool and the staff is on point! my whole family gets our dews done there and our teenage daughters get come crazy styles cut and bright fun colors put in that last for months!

Samantha G. is a phenomenal stylist with great technical skills for cutting and color!! Since moving to this area 2.5 years ago, my hair has suffered 2 expensive and horrible butcherings (at the hands of highly recommended people) with growing out and barely mediocre cuts in between. So when a friend recommended Sam, I was nervous about suffering more butchery. However, to my delight, she knew exactly how to manage my very fine hair AND was able to cut it into a short, modern style. I left the salon looking fabulous without ridiculous quantities of product in my hair. Sam is also interesting, funny and very accommodating. I would have given Studio Zen 5 stars, except it was ridiculously loud, crowded, and chaotic. People were running into each other and there was no space to sit while waiting. They REALLY need to work on the atmosphere. Thank you so much, Samantha. Im looking forward to seeing you again!

Just moved to Oklahoma 3 months ago. I searched google for hair salons in Norman and Studio Zen came up. I was a little nervous but I booked an appointment online. Not knowing anyone who works there I selected no preference when it asked who I wanted to book with. I ended up with Patrick and he was AMAZING. He not only gave me a great haircut but he made me feel so comfortable and had a like-able personality. SO very thankful I found him and will continue to go him and recommend to everyone. - Angela

I went in to have my hair colored. I didn’t have very high expectations as to what we could get done in one day, because of how thick my hair is and my hair type. I also never had my hair colored professionally before. Mariah is who I set my appointment with and she was absolutely fantastic. Very patient with me during my first time of getting my hair bleached. We were also able to have it colored the way that I wanted! All in one day! Yay! She answered all of my questions about caring for my hair and let me know all of the stuff that she was doing to my hair while she did it. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back for touch ups and if I decide to change up my hair color again! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is very nice as a whole.

Very disappointed.This was second time going in and I had hoped I had found a salon I could continue to go to. I went in for a trim and made sure it was clear that I only wanted a trim. After cutting my hair, the stylist bagan putting products (which I dont really like) in my hair and styling it without asking me. I didnt say anything but I had been vocal about needing to get out pretty quickly.I really liked the girl who did my hair and had hoped to go back to her next time I needed a real cut and color. When I went to pay they charged me $40 not including tip, the full wash, cut, style cost.I went ahead and paid with tip (I dont really know who was at fault so didnt want to skimp on the tip) but I wont be going back.

Haircut was ok. Hairstylist was friendly. Price was too high for a 20 minute cut.

I had my hair colored by Houston and he did an amazing job. He listened to what I wanted and gave me a color that exceeded my expectations! I have mostly white grey hair and we did a blonde with a root shade. I was worried that when my hair grew out it would have a white ring by the root shade but he decided to go in and do highlights through my root shade around my face. He was right! My hair grew back in without looking weird and the amount of time he gave me to go between services was perfect! Amber did my Keratin treatment and I love this! My hair is normally coarse and frizzy. You know, extremely hard to manage and Im the kinda gal that doesnt like taking more than 20 minutes to do my hair on a typical day. My prayers have been answered! I now have shiny beachy wave with no frizz and it takes me 10 minutes to fix my hair in the morning! Also Ashley has been doing my nails for years and has always done an amazing job. I would recommend her to anyone. She has fun and creative ideas when I have no idea what I want and she can also recreate some fun pinterest nail photos I may come across. To top it off she is one of the strongest women I know!Great Salon, great atmosphere, great people!

I love this place so much, specifically because of one of the stylists there, Tara Wiesendanger, who is the absolute best. She knows what looks best for my hair and knows her stuff on how to keep it healthy for the longest it can. Now that Ive graduated from the university, I drive back from Dallas to come specifically for her at Salon Zen and its totally worth it. Recommend for everyone.

Worst hands the worst salon experience Ive had. Not only did I have to come back to have my color corrected, but the stylist doing my hair dropped toner in my eye. This caused my eyelash extensions to partially melt, damaged my natural lashes, and burned my eye. Instead of taking responsibility, the salon has blocked me on Facebook and refused to reimburse me for the damages. Eyelash extensions cost $175, Optometrist appointment was $40, and this ugly hair color has cost me $300.The salon owner is refusing to provide their insurance information or reimburse me. Way to go Salon Zen!

I went here yesterday to get my hair colored and my extensions cut, and Brittainy is the best stylist Ive ever had. The cut is absolutely perfect, and I left the salon feeling so much better about the way my hair looked. Shes brilliant and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get some extensions cut, or some hair dyed.

Salon Zen is simply the best salon in Norman. Easy to find with plenty of parking. I got my nails done by Ashley and it was the best manicure I have ever received. Highly recommended!

Melisa did not cut my hair right. She completely missed where my part was, kept trying to convince me to do a haircut that I didnt want, and talked down to me. Have you ever been to a stylist before? Yes, I had used a dedicated one for a year beforehand and only switched because I moved. Have you ever had your hair shampooed before? Seriously? Have you ever had paste in your hair? Have you ever had texturing shears before?She cut my hair for a part nearly an inch lower on the side of my head than where its supposed to be, even though I came in with it parted correctly, told her where it should be parted, and she even combed it for the correct part. She ended up using 3-4 doses of paste in order to get it to stay where she put it.Then she removed my sideburns without asking me, and they werent even with each other! As a result, my hair looks incredibly top heavy and lopsided.Terrible experience. Would not recommend.
