I recently moved here from Dallas. What a breath of fresh air. Melanie the manager is a super lady. She is pro-active and continually trys to satisfy. As an example we have mobility issues and require handicap parking within a couple of weeks after our arrival we had our space reserved versus almost 5 months to accomplish the same request in our previous apartment. We are very satisfied with everything.

Worst maintenance staff I have ever dealt with. I have had work orders in since November still not completed and an issue with my AC tonight and the maintenance on call was the rudest person I have ever encountered.

Nice apartments.. I loved the three bedroom very spacious. Its very quiet here a Lil pricey but other than that its very nice..I think one big thing that they should do is treat the grass because the fleas are HORRIBLE. ..OMG..If you have pets. ..you may need to bathe them every week..

Safe and quiet apartments on the south side of Norman. The community is so welcoming, great if your looking for a place to do safe outdoor runs and workouts. In a nice location by main highways but away from OU traffic.The apartments are well kept and spacious. Although they are a little pricey you get what you pay for. Work orders are always done in a timely manner and the staff will always work with you to fix any problem. Management are very helpful and resourceful always willing to hear you out.The office has cookies, candy, and coupons too!!!

Looks great at first glance and the women are super friendly until you move in.The price is ridiculous. You can rent a three bedroom house with a yard in Norman for the price of their tiny two bedroom. The apartments look nice but were made very cheaply and the maintenance men are overwhelmed. Theyre only a few years old but starting to fall apart. Dont expect to get your (absurd) deposits back, because you wont. You might as well burn that money.God help you if you have a neighbor issue or a pest problem because no amount of phone calls or office visits will solve it. If you manage to get on the wrong side of the office women (this is easily done) they become downright nasty. Any conversation not witnessed by a potential tenant is a nightmare. Theyre condescending and any issue is met with defensive denial instead of an apology or solution.Save your money and sanity.

So I have been here for about a month and Lita is phenomenal! She helped me get approved without a hitch and when I called her about my AC not being cold enough she sent Kavan right on over to get it fixed. I think I waited maybe 45 minutes from the time I submitted my work order. Fantastic customer service, indeed! I am here on a 24 month assignment and we intend to stay here until I have to go. Its nice and quiet, well maintained and its close to OU without the heavy traffic. Totally recommend this place if you want something of value!
