First off if I could give negative stars I would not professional at all .. got a $60 gel set yesterday nails were lumping which show right through the polish and Acrylic was set over my cuticles and nail walls pinched my nails all night long returned to the establishment at open today and was charged additional $20 to fix the mistake the OWNER made at 5pm the day prior. The male nail tech fixed the problem but had nothing to say when I Referenced that he had to fix prior to the owner /female tech arriving . Very unapologetic and Rude with no intention of going repeat customers.Don’t Spend your Money here. PERIOD.

I came to this place a week ago and my service was TERRIBLE. My nails were coming off less than a WEEK later, they couldn’t perform the simple designs I wanted, and the pedicure that was done was rushed an not relaxing at ALL. I spared this bad review a few days ago because they fixed my one nail no problem and the owner (i’m guessing) was super nice but I can’t spare them anymore. Today officially makes a week and ANOTHER one of my nails has come off and my pinky nail is lifting.

Nails were okay not bad. I did ask for white nail polish 3 times and they said yes they would do it but ended up not doing because “ it was better for me”. My mom was getting her nails done and outta the nail polish crumbled up. They lady seemed frustrated and got mad a my mom saying not to move like it was her fault. Supplies are very old here. Me and my mom ask her if she can get a different white nail polish and yells at us no. I then ask her if why not and she doesn’t answer me. I ask her again if she can use another one because that one crumbled up. She ignores me again. I then ask her a third time if she is going to use the same one. She yells at me again saying yes. While my visit there were also other clients that had problems and the wait is very long is short staffed.

I have been coming to this nail shop since I’ve moved to Oceanview and I’ve had good experiences each time that I’ve went. I get gel polish, spa pedicure with regular polish and eyebrow wax. I get a fill every two weeks and I just got a full set.

I chose this place aside from the bad reviews and my experience was complete opposite. The staff was very friendly and did a great job on both my pedicure and acrylic nails. I will be going back.

I would rate a zero if I could.. Stay away from this place.. the main lady I dont know if shes the manager the owner or what has seen most nastiest attitude I have ever seen. I have seen her cuss people out because they want to know if a product was just used on somebody else. Ive seen her do a poor job on peoples nails and then she tells them they had a crooked finger. Nobody in there can understand much English. You always get a feeling that they are talking about you. They are only knowledgeable and basic designs and can barely do that. They will also overcharged you and trick you so they can get more money out of you. I am surprised this place is even open. .

They were SUPER nice and the establishment was very clean and well maintained. But the quality of the set I got was awful. I told the girl several times my middle finger was wrong and she just kept filing away ON ONE SIDE. Now my nail bed on that side is very weakened and my natural nail is showing (or whats left of it). When I told her while I wanted to keep them long I had to have them short for work.... does this look short to yall?? No. Every time I asked her to shorten them she all but ignored me. There is no structure to these nails so first time I hit them they will probably break. I want a refund but I wont ask for one because services and materials have been rendered. But I wont be returning.

Don’t do nails here I asked what her what color she was using 3 times and she yelled at my friend and the colors crumpled

The one lady is just super rude. Only one good worker there. Half of them cant even paint a simple gel color correctly. Definitely dont get lashes done here. Dont even waste your time

I paid for the top service but didnt seem any different from the others. So wasnt worth the money. The staff was decent enough. Sorry nothing special about this salon. The foot massage was mediocre.

This was my second time going to Nails by Thi. the FIRST time I went within 3 days my gel polish was chipping. But this 2 time was horrible, I had to tell her to sanitize before she started my nails. Should’ve knew right then, the nails are uneven the polish is a mess. I could’ve done better having no experience. I let the OWNER know I didn’t like them & she caught an attitude but offered to Correct one nail even tho the entire set is UGLY. Proceeds to continue attitude says she doesn’t want to talk to me just sit down and get my nails fixed. Bad customer service and bad work.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Thina is so rude and does a terrible job at nails and lashes. She glued all of my natural lashes together and even some to my eyelid. Over charged my card without permission and didn’t even offer to fix anything. Don’t waste your time.

I had a pedicure and a fill. Both were done with no complaints however the staff wasnt very friendly to even engage in a conversation which is fine however I felt almost ignored and all the staff only spoke in their language the entire 2 hours I was there. I didnt even notice any conversations between any customer nor staff. Honestly I felt a little uncomfortable and out of place.

Trasssh! The Woman her name Queen she rush on my pedicure! I paid $50 for this place I dont recommend....

The overall experience was satisfactory. The wait was not equitable to the enthusiasm expressed when I was told to come in right away. The pediatrician was slightly inattentive and seemed rushed. The pedicure seemed perfunctory and basic. A worn sign says UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, not sure how new it actually is. Seems to be a family run business struggling from the effects that Covid has caused most small business owners. The shop was clean and presentable but nothing spectacular.

This was horrible . My mom and I walked in at 3 for manicures. She got called back aroundb330 and I got called at 4. My technician spent 20 minutes just filing my nails and had to repaint my nails twice. Nothing was wiped down between people. One lady was working on 2 people.

Had I let then finish doing my nails, i wouldve needed a fill in the next day. I had them take off the 3 nails they got done.

A little rude. I called en route and was told i could come in now. I walked in about 5 minutes later, and as I come in she tells me to leave now and come back 2 hours later. Wasted trip. Didnt go back.

Easily one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. They really don’t know what they are doing, be careful. They ripped off my nails, painted them very very messy, they cut my nails short but didn’t make any of them straight, and when I asked for them to fix it, they somehow made it worse.

Really great and friendly atmosphere. My nail tech was very conversational and took very good care of my nails. She had great attention to detail and it was a very wonderful experience. Best nail salon Ive ever been to, 10/10 will recommend them to everyone!

When I left the nail shop and got home. I could see all the imperfections. All my toenails on my right foot are crooked. Where he filed my nails the edges are sharp and the way he filed them the nail was causing me pain this morning. 530 am I was soaking my feet so I could cut the nail. My husband told me not to go back because this was my 2nd time going there since they been under new management and I did not like the way the girl did my feet the 1st time. I wont be going back again.

I showed up 20 mins before my appointment and they got me right in. They sanitized and were very professional. I highly recommend this salon, I have never been so pleased with my acrylics and gel! Also very friendly!!

So I went got appointment with Flori or loki And when I got there they weren’t there, when I asked numerous times where they were, I got ignored time after time. The guy that actually did my nails was so rough and was rude when I asked where the sisters were but then tried to ask about my nails! My nails never lifted when the sisters did them not less than a week later I had to get my nails done again! The place has def went down after they started treating the sisters like they didn’t belong! If I request flori or Loki, then give them to me not give me who you think you want to give me! I requested them! New management?? How about new disappointment! Stay clear unless the sisters come back! -your regular Hooters girl!

I used to love this place, but it is now under new management and staff. Flo and Lucy were the best, but they were fired because all the customers highly requested their service. The prices also increased and the friendliness that I had come to know became a rushing service line. Its about the $$$, not the people and quality of work.

This place just wants your money. I called ahead to see if they could do marble design and they told me yeah. when I got there they couldnt even do it.had no clue what they were doing.

Went got my nails and eyelashes done my lash came off the same day went back they put back on instead of taking the other one off they put glue on and sent me on my way now both eyelashes are off one day and now no lashes im really disappointed one nail broke i went there cause my bday is sunday trying to at lease look cute even tho i really cant go out very. UPDATE: The place is under new management now and recently fired Lucky and Flory. The new ladies are rude and the place no longer has a friendly feel. I will not be going back and will have to look for a new place. It is unfortunate to have such a wonderful place not feel as friendly and open.So I dont comment on places at all but this place was so great that I feel the need to. The staff is super friendly and just felt like friends from the moment I walked in. I just moved here and was looking for a place and I will go back. I did have to wait a little while, but it was so worth it. They did a great job on my eyebrows. Amazing place and great prices!

This place may be great for nails but do NOT get your eyebrows done here. First time trying Thi Nails, I live in the area and they have very good reviews so I gave them a shot. Sat for 5 minutes before I was even asked what I was in for. There were only 2 people working and they both were with a client but is it too hard to look up and greet when a customer comes in? When I got to the eyebrow tech I specified I just wanted my brows cleaned up and as full as possible. She did the opposite. My brows came out very thin and rounded when they are naturally squared. Again, possibly a great place for nails but DO NOT chance your eyebrows at this place.

I never leave reviews but I’m new to the area. (Military). She did so good on my nails, took her time, & friendly. She perfected my over lay nails & did amazing on my pedicure. Price is very reasonable!

I have had my nails on for over 15 years and Flores has taken care of them. I have never had a fungus or any problem with them. Then the place gets bought out by someone else and they got rid of Flores — after she ran the place for over 25 years! I will not go back to a place that treats loyal employees that way!

Been going here for years. The two ladies working there are just so nice and kind. You may have to wait as its just the two of them if youre a walkin but the service is definitely worth it, plus affordable.

Ladies in here are great, take their time to make sure service is right. Theres only two of them right now so there is a wait during peak hours. However, its ok to be certain my pedicure is done right and proper care is given as o am diabetic. Great value!

Recently, I visited thi nails. I was bit hesitant as I have never did my nails there before. Additionally, I have had some horrible nail techs before; however, I chanced. Although i wanted a long time, it was worth the wait. My nails were flawless. I loved them. Flori did an amazing job.😍 She was so adorable, friendly, attentive, kind, and professional. I would absolutely recommend anyone to Thi Nail Salon. Thi is now my new and permanent nail tech place to go. Did i mention, how good the salon smell too.😄Yes, I am serving Thi a five star for their overall quality. 🤗

3 of my nails are crooked... even if you where cross eyed you could tell it was on there wrong. I asked her to fix it 3 times... 😡😡!! She spent more time on the phone then paying attention to what she was doing. Awful!!!

If i could give them zero stars i would!! I went around 10am with an elderly woman i care for who is in a wheelchair(she can walk short distances)i walked in to make sure the wheelchair would fit through. A lady approached me just staring, didnt greet me, i spoke first and let her know i had someone with me in a wheelchair and asked if that was ok, she proceeded to tell me they were booked. There was only one other customer in the whole store, i just walked out and was upset and called about 5 min later to let them know they were discriminating and it was very rude what they had done. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. we went to another place where they treated the elderly woman w respect and even helped her in and out of the pedi chair. we will be returning to them from now on, they recieved a wonderful review today!! Oh ...and we tip good so your loss thi!!

Their nails were very sloppy rushed everything charged me five dollars to takeoff gel nail polish please advise you not to come here Lady was very rude because I bumped into her desk by accident Charge you more than they need to Do not come here !!

Fantastic! This salon was recommended by a friend. I got my nails done here for the first time last night. The two women on duty, Luki and Florie were so hospitable. I felt welcomed and at home. When I saw the finished results on two of the customers who had been finished, I felt like this was a place of quality workmanship and my fears were abated. I got my old nails removed (that were botched two weeks ago from Crystal Nails on Military Highway) and a new full set installed with marble polish. Florie checked and compared each finger on each hand, took her time in applying the acryllic so that you cant see where the cuticle and acryllic meet, and the shaping is perfect. I will definitely go back.
