If you are looking for a place that does a good job on Powder Dip nails, you won’t find it here?!They soaked me in acetone for 15 minutes and my skin burned, then she left old stuff on my nails and went over it with her powder. She missed my nail completely, there is no powder on the corner of my thumb. She didn’t shape them nicely. I had to ask her a couple times to shape them more, but she left them lumpy and she did a terrible job around my nails with the skin and cuticles. And this terrible job was $35 and I’m an idiot because I tipped her. That’s a habit I can’t break, but I wish I did this time?!?!

Came in with my sister who was visiting from out of town right before Christmas. Ryan did both our nails. I’ve been in Norfolk for years looking for a good nail spot and I finally found it! Ryan did such an amazing job on my sister’s gel nails and my acrylic nails as well. Everyone was super friendly and the place was very clean. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be coming back here.

Ryan does my nails very well no complaint on him. He knows exactly what I like. However, I had the worst experience ever with a pedicure. There is a young man that wears glasses that did mine yesterday. He was very rough and actually cut the side of my foot. It hurt, it was bleeding, and he was like oh well. He proceeded to put something I think was like alcohol on it then tried super glue. He was actually hurting me so I screamed for someone else to do my pedicure. I will never use this nail salon again, especially since the only thing they wanted to offer after that was $5.00 off my pedicure. I wish I could post a picture of the cut so you would know I’m not exaggerating.

This place is super awesome! I love my nails and my friends nails! I felt terrible that my son lost his mind towards the end. everyone was amazing and nice and friendly I will definitely be coming back

Super friendly and attentive service. I went in without an appointment & the lady gave me an accurate estimate on wait time--I appreciate her not wasting my time. Six pedi massage chairs, three nail desks...large nail polish selection, including OPI, Gelixer, IrisColors, Verity, Color Club, & Elite. Great job on my pedicure!! Will definitely be going back.

Brought my friend here since she was in town and it is a great place!! Highly recommend the tech Ryan. Everyone else was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience and I am glad to make this place my go to spot! Shout-out to Ryan I look forward to see you next time!

Just got my nails done this weekend and for the 1st time i actually loved what i got. My pedicure was the best ive ever seen it donemy manicure is great as well. From now on ill be coming to this place whenever i need to pamper myself. I recommend going to this place they will get you what you want.

Firstly I came in basically 40 mins to till they were to close, they rushed on my full set, but took care of my pedi very well, an old man did it and an older woman finished. The younger dude did my full set, he didnt do any or much prep for my nails, I asked for a mani/pedi and full set so that was disappointing. At first glance the nails seemed off but looked well enough. They started causing problems(the nails on my hands)by days after I got them, my index finger came off first so now Im trying to remove the rest but bc of the rushed job, the man used nail tips bigger than my nails were so its attached to my skin at the edges, idk what to do but Im disappointed bc the service seemed well.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a good nail salon that gets exactly what I want. My nails were a little on the long side but otherwise look amazing! Crew was very nice and place was extremely clean. Definately coming back!!

I started coming here in February and might I say it was the best decision ever! Ryan always does an amazing job as well as the other staff. Good prices, and even better customer service!

Relocated from overseas and this was my first time here.The wait wasnt long because they had techs on standby. my nails shape (coffin) was way better than when I came in. She took the time to make sure my nails were even and the same as well. I love my nails! I found a new home.

I would NOT recommend this salon! I was traveling and decided to stop by for a full set because they had great reviews, but nope! The salon is sketchy and dingy. Glue on table, terrible decor, and dirty. The young man who was glueing on my nail tips had the stickiest hands on earth. They later switched me to an older gentleman who was extremely rough. What I thought was most baffling was the middle age tech who sat behind the older man; the middle age tech was bad-mouthing the customers in vietnamese! That man would go on and say man, theres no young chicks today. these old chicks have crusty dry hands like chicken feet as he worked on an elderly womans manicure. I was fed up mid way through the manicure and offered to pay and leave, but they made me stay and talk to the owner on the phone while saying very rude things in Vietnamese. Im assuming they didnt realize I speak fluent Vietnamese as I was speaking to them only in English but I have never encountered such BAD, and UNprofessional service before. STAY AWAY!

Made me soak for almost an hour without anyone helping me. Then two girls walked in and they did the other girls nails before mine ( even tho i was hear first) so i just left and decided to go somewhere else in the morning. Severely understaffed

I had made a review before but couldnt edited it. I should have waited before I made my first review. I loved the color of my nails but when I got out the bath this afternoon to dry off I found one of my nails on the floor. I think what happened is that when he was doing the sharp nail points he did it too fine and now theyre breaking off.

I havent been coming here for long, maybe 4months. At 1st Ryan did a good job even tho he rushed. Then I started to notice, its never 1 tech doing youre nails. Someone takes the color off while another finishes the job. But any who, got a fill-in on a Sunday. The same day GEL polish started to pill. I called, we will fix for you is what they said. Then they told me they too busy. Then they said Ryan has to do it after he told me any tech will fix my nails. Ryan than stop answering my calls. Finally he did answer and expected me to come in at times when I was working. Making an appointment with Ryan is point less, hes never on time or and you still have to wait. Never again

If you go here ask for LeeLee.. She is the best! Out of all the years Ive been living, I never had a pedi done sooo well.. She didnt rushes and takes her time and she gives me EXACTLY what I ask for.. I will continue to be a returning client.. She is awesome!!!

I been here on multiple occasions, my cousin brought me here she stop coming because the owner did her lashes horribly even when she tried to fix it they were thick and clumpy. I didnt let that stop me from coming. I been here to get my nails done the owner every time will some how chip my real nails. I get a overlay which should be cheaper but she will try to over charge me every time and chip my real nails in the process in hopes I need a full set. She to me obviously didnt understand that being she spoke another language I knew she was talking to her other worker their about me coming to her establishment trying to pay less when I come in. I only ask for the service to be done for the price advertised. She chipped my nails and still didnt provide a discount because she was so worried about getting the most money out of me. She also felt as though being im only paying $20 she didnt have to handle my nails with care she was very rough . She also made me feel like my money wasnt wanted there. she charged me $20 for a gel change which is robbery when I pay $25 to get my nails refilled with gel. She a greedy little lady. She reminds me of the witch in the movie spirited away.

They always open late...20-45 minutes late. So unprofessional. When they finally open..its only one bsil tech and then he takes another 15 minutes before he even get started. A waist of time.

I went in for a fill in. The guy was nice but everything else was horrible. He did not clean my cuticles or clip off the old nail before putting on the new acrylic. My fill in didnt even last 3 days, 4 nails broke by then.

Honestly, I thought about not writing a review because I dont want other people to find out about this place. They did an amazing job on my husbands feet. Their attention to detail was amazing. Showed up on a Sunday with no appointment and we got taken care of right away.

The owners were so so sooo nice and I love the atmosphere. Cleanliness was a plus ! Also, him and his wife took their time on my fill in and pedicure. I highly recommend ... also, call ahead and set an appointment because walk-ins can get kind of crazy, but they didn’t get frustrated. Love this place

I was running short on time so I decided to get a pedicure here instead of my normal place.The ladies were so nice, however, I developed a fungus that caused my toenail to literally fall off 3 weeks later. I hadnt done anything to cause this. This was the first and last time Ill ever go back. I would like to post a pic, but this review wont let me.

I was greeted nicely when I entered by a gentleman and my pedicure was flawless by Miss Sally. My fill-in was done by the manager/owner and it was not a pleasant experience. I do not know her name but she was talking the whole time, EXTREMELY rough and even dug a hole in the side of my finger when she was filing. The paint job was mediocre at best. It was rushed and little effort was put into cleaning my nails up to look presentable. I would consider this shop again for the pedicure only. A fill-in should NOT be painful!!

Did a great pedicure however messed my natural nails up. Will not be going back for anything more than a pedicure. The lady who did my nails had no clue what she was doing. I was getting a dip.never again and too bad its close to where I have.to be every day.

This place did a fast job and laid my acrylic flat and it was a poor shape. It didn’t last long, I had to get a fill a week later. The file job was very crooked. I went to a new place that could tell this was not good. The people were nice but the nails were just not well done.

I stumbled on this salon by accident and Im so glad I did. Ive been 4 times now and every time Ive gone Ive always been greeted nicely, service always precise but quick and prices are very reasonable. They aim to make sure you are happy and satisfied and will make sure of it before you walk out the door. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your visit. I always get a gel manicure and each time its been great quality and have not dealt with any chipping or anything. I highly recommend this salon. Ive always done walk ins every time and the longst Ive waited was maybe 10 minutes, if that.

I found bn nails on yelp hoping to find a good new nail salon in Norfolk. Since I live right down the street and the reviews were good I gave it a try. Everyone said the owner Ryan was great so I made an appointment and asked for him and they said if I come in after 1 he would be there. When I got there a lady told me to sit down in her chair I asked her if she was the owner and she said no he wasnt going to be in until later but it was already 1:15 on a Saturday. I got simple red nails with two of them with glitter. The shape was ok but definitely not anywhere near the shape I usually like. They weren’t sharp or crisp for square cut nails they were almost rounded. After having them for 2 days 2 started lifting I came back in told the man working what happened and he fixed the two and charged me for it. After a week every single nail lifted horribly. I know it wasn’t because they were a fill because my usually girl did the original set and I had them on for 3 weeks with no lifting. Not sure if there acrylic is bad or if it’s because the acrylic was not laid down correctly and had no arch at all too it but I have waisted my money and am extremely disappointed.

I love this nail salon. Its close to home and they are reasonably priced. They always take their time no matter how many customers they have. They always do a great job and their customer service is always excellent.

I really like this salon. Yes they use a electric filet which isn’t necessarily the best for your nails. I’m a teen though so idc but they did some beautiful yellow coffin nails on me yesterday 10/10. Very sweet ladies and a nice environment. I would recommend

Got a full set and a pedicure for 40$! Love it ! Very sweet ladies, my friend and I walked in 10mins before they closed and asked if they would take us or if we should come back the next day and they took us. They took their time and didnt rush to leave. Wonderful prices and great service. 9/10 def recommend and will be going back . :)

TRAAAASH.I went in for a hot stone pedicure. They used a dirty file, it still had the white dust on it from previous customers. The spoon used to scoop the sugar scrub from the jar was washed off in my dirty foot water and put back. To best describe the stone that was used for my massage was a bag of gel.theeeen, I got a simple manicure done and it was done very sloppy. she was far from my nails edges, I kept having to point out portions of my nail that she missed, but then that just caused her to slap it on.Side note: the manager did comp. me for my mani and offered to re-do them for me tomorrow. She was very kind when I brought it to her attention.
