Probably knowledgeable but very unresponsive. Took many hours to get an answer to a critical issue. Look elsewhere for IT services that take their clients seriously.

Completely lackluster service, can barely get anyone on the phone, no solid quotes can be given for any work request, I wouldnt recommend doing business with these individuals, IT is not their priority, for service with integrity and responsiveness look elsewhere.
