I bought a computer From Vision Computers in August 2021. I had it customized before purchase. I was able to pick it up 4 business days later. I Contacted customer support for help and they picked up on the second ring. Harry from Vision Computers took control remotely and talked me through the entire installation process of Windows Office 2019, wireless keyboard and mouse, and an external DVD drive. The process was enjoyable, fast, and instructional. Vision computers is the first company I bought a real computer from and would buy from them again without question. EXCELLENT customer support. Dont hesitate to contact Vision Computers. Customer service and support after the sale was great.

I cant say enough good things about Adam and Vision Computers technical support. Adam ( the technician who worked with me) was able to identify the problem immediately and explained it to me in non-technical words that I could understand. He was courteous, spoke clearly and was patient answering any questions I asked. He was persistent and worked on the computer until all issues were resolved. The reasons I buy from Vision are that one, they use quality hardware. And two, they have excellent phone support when I need them. They also dont make me wait forever when I call them. Its usually about 15 seconds and the technician is solving my problem.

Ordering computer online was extremely easy. Staff explained things when we picked up the CPU with keyboard and speakers. David was patient and gave directions clearly to install Microsoft Office on the computer. The staff at Vision are professional and polite.

This is the BEST place to get a desktop or laptop computer! Ruby, the account manager, knows exactly how to help you get what you need. Tech support is also outstanding. I could never thank David enough for the help he was for me. As a very senior citizen I some time have issues with understanding technology (like all the time) but he was very patient as we worked through a very complex problem with Microsoft Office. Never, ever condescending to me for some of the stupid things I asked him about. He called me back at my convenience to finish working on the problem as it was late yesterday when we got started. Called Vision Tech support with question concerning an email I received that stated my email account had been compromised and if I didnt send $1,500 they would release my account information to everyone. Vision Tech Support looked at email and ran a few quick checks and assured me that the email I received was a scam and I should not do anything. The Kaspersky Managed Antivirus that I have on this computer had worked. Good product, good people, good company . I am a very pleased customer.

I definitely think a lot of these 5 star reviews are fictitious. Just went in to see if they could repair my laptop. Could barely get a phrase or sentence out, the man told me it would cost to much for the repair that needed to be done. Was just left with the feeling that he didnt want to help me, who knows the real reason why he was so short. But by the way he looked me up and down and rolled his eyes, I somewhat assume it was because I was black. So 1 star for yall 🤷‍♂️

We purchased several computers from here for our office. The hold time for tech support is short but its misleading. Something changed & suddenly we lost all network connections & the computers could no longer communicate. Vision doesnt count this as tech issues so they tried to charge us on top of our annual support fee to fix our machines.The biggest issue I have is with the annual service renewal. Every time our plan is set to expire we receive endless calls from multiple reps at vision. In one day alone last week I had 2 missed calls, a voicemail & a text all before 9am. Later in the day another rep starts calling us repeatedly. They dont understand or care when I attempt to explain to them that our customers take priority & that Ill get back to them when I have a free moment. They continue to call & text so frequently that Im considering taking all my business elsewhere

Support from Vision Computers is always top of the line. They respond quickly and dont leave you until the issue is resolved. In this instance, Adam was superb and fixed my issue within minutes.

I was having significant difficulties with the performance of Solid Works 3D modeling software. At one point prior to calling Vision tech help it looked like I might have to either get the computer repaired or possibly purchase new software. But as usual, Vision Computers Tech Help saved the Day! Adam did a great Job for me. My computer needed some major updates that he took care of. He then gave me a follow up call to walk me thru a couple more minor updates. He never promised this would fix the problem, but thought there would be a good chance it would. Had a little problem with the computer after I reconnected it (after rearranging my home office): Nothing associated with MS Office would open or act right. I tried my very limited arsenal of fixes and finally broke down and called Vision Computers Tech Support. Ive been a subscriber for a number of years (after they built my wonderful computer!), but never had any issues that required their help. Adam answered the phone before I could get me headset on and after explaining what happened, he logged on to my PC and went to work. Within a few moments he had figured out what the problem was and solved it. The entire call from start to hanging up lasted only 10mins 7 sec! FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Adam was very calm and polite and knew his stuff. This is the reason why I have used Vision Computers for quite a while now and they are the ONLY people I trust for looking after my PC.
