Kevin and his crew at the Portage Road location do great work! I needed some muffler work and they did a full check on the whole vehicle, even caught some things the dealership didn’t notice! Fully informed me of what could be done to fix it and provided quick repairs even though it seemed they were not fully staffed that day. Kevin run a great shop and has earned my Loyalty!

I must comment on how this location is the best auto service station in the area. The staff, Mike offered outstanding customer service, helping me with his knowledge and expertise on tire purchase and had all the answers to some specialized questions regarding my issues with rim damage that occurred. Jack was phenomenal in solving a solution to suit my needs which helped a great deal. I was treated with professional care that allowed a quick fix to get me back driving safely. I am very grateful for all the assistance I received and Jack was able to get me in and out with prompt attention and excellent service. This meant a lot to be back driving as my vehicle is pertinent for the use in my job which is critical to have my car operating safely. The staff including Jason come with solid recommendation for a trustworthy resource to experience excellent customer care. Mavis is the best & fortunate to have dedicated employees.

I needed tires put on because I had two flats . They got me an appointment in a timely fashion and they have the best prices !!! I called around and they were by far the best! I got my vehicle towed there n they got the job done very quickly . I believe it was Carl and Gary who helped me. Highly recommended

Excellent service! I was over 3 hours away from home and very stressed out. I wish I knew the name of the person who helped me but Im pretty sure it was the manager. He not only explained what was going on with my car, he showed me! I really appreciated that. Ive never been to a mavis with such a kind, patient and caring staff. Mavis was amazing!! I was on the last night of my vacation and got a flat tire coming into Niagra. After calling a few local places and not getting any help at all, Mavis saved the day! Kevin was so nice and helpful! He told me to come on down and they fit me right in. Awesome people!!

I was really desperate to get my tires done today, and had gone to several shops in my area. No one had my tire size in stock, and were really expensive. However, on my way home, I spotted this place sitting on the corner of Military and Porter. Called in and spoke to Mike and he came out to my car, looked at my tires and gave me an assessment. Then I was invited in and given pricing and options. I needed new tires and a alignment. An hour later, I walked out with a car that functions as it should!!I am grateful they were there when I needed them. Kevin and Mike helped so much and explained the entire process to me!! I ran over a piece of metal and it went into my tire. I called Mavis just before closing and explained my situation. Mike said come in and well see what we can do. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and my tire was repaired. I was so pleased with the excellent customer service I received from everyone there. I would highly recommend Mavis Tire. Had a screw in my tire from my commute home, and my garage is full of project car. These guys plugged it for me, quickly. Very professional and friendly associates.My only issue is the cost set by corporate for a service as simple as a plug, but thats no reflection in the service technicians

We were driving to the east coast from Illinois and noticed at our last food stop that there was a metal piece hanging from the bottom of the car almost touching the street. We knew we had to get it fixed before getting back on the highway. We stopped at Mavis after visiting 3 other auto shops that turned us away stating they were too short staffed to even evaluate the problem.When we got to Mavis, Kevin was the first person who agreed to even look at the car. He squeezed us in to quickly take a look and empathized with how hard it could be to be stuck in an unfamiliar place with car problem. Within 20-30 minutes, they took a look at the car and fixed the problem. It was such a minor issue, Kevin did not even charge us for the service. 10/10 would recommend this place. They had great service, quickly fixed our issue, and were so kind and empathetic to our situation. Thank you Kevin and the Mavis team!

Thank you Mike and the boys there In Niagara, NY. We were on a family trip when we got a curb and slashed a tire. Called and Mike said they had our tire in stock. I went straight there and he and the crew had me out and back on the road about an hour after I damaged the tire. Can not give these boys enough praise for saving our trip, would have been a long ride back to Wisconsin on a spare tire. Thank you is not enough for these guys.

I always take my car for any service to Mavis tire. I refer all my friends and family to Mavis tire. The services are always leaving me very satisfied. The time I’m quoted is always shorter. The staff is always professional. When I go there I don’t ever feel like I’m being hustled for my money. I have 2 foreign cars that I know parts are scarce but the job always gets done.I always receive spectacular service.

Dishonest. I purchased premium tires that wore out prematurely. There is a manufacturers warranty on the tires so I called to see what my options are. Gary denied there is a manufacturers warranty and tried to tell me that tires normally only last around 10,000 miles This is the biggest load of bull Ive ever heard. Even the cheapest tires will do 30k no problem. Thanks Gary for not standing behind the products you sell.

We popped our tire across the street from mavis at the advance auto parts store, there was nothing they could do for us so I call mavis they’re literally closing in 15 mins I tell them the problem they find us a tire and took us even tho they were closing in 15 mins thank you so much mavis the tires fixed an were on our way!

These people were awesome. Took my car there to get new tires, turns out my old tires were frozen and corroded on. Not only did they get the tires off and replace them, but they also offered me discounts and options as well as an inspection that was due. Their staff was very friendly and helpful and didnt take advantage of me, which is typically my fear when going to a mechanic. Kevin, Ellen, and Greg specially were awesome, though this was an entire team effort. These people earned a customer going forward!

I went to Mavis shortly after they opened and asked to get my truck inspected. There was nobody in front of me, so it was done within the hour. It would have been sooner but my truck needed work so the estimate had to be worked up. I needed brake pads and rotors all the way around as well as outer tie rods. I left the truck and all the work got done in a few hours. Im highly appreciative of how professional and quick Gary and the crew were.

Came in for tire rotation on a set of $1400 set of tires i purchased from them waited 3.5 hrs was told by the boss gary i was next numerous times yet my truck was never pulled in and i continued to patiently wait eventually leaving and going to the dealer same price and was actually treated with respect. Wont spend another dime here

I had an unpleasant experience at this Mavis a few years ago, so I was reluctant to go there again. I must admit that things changed a lot since my last visit. Their pricing was unmatched, I brought the vehicle in at my appointment time, I was greeted by the manager and he had all of the paperwork completed in minutes. We left the car and went to lunch. The new tires were put on quickly, and we were barley able to finish our lunch before the manager called and told us the car was ready. The checkout was just as quick. I could not have asked for better prices or service than I received at Mavis.

Stopped at the store in niagara falls for a battery, the manager Kevin was extremely helpful, he has also helped me out on a couple of occasions with oil changes and an inspection that I forgot was due! I like to deal with him when I go because I feel like he is honest and knowledgeable.

The manager Kevin there was outstanding, not only was he professional but he was very polite and outgoing. Ive had bad experiences at other mavis locations, where i was given one price over the phone and when i got there i was baited and switched but not with kevin, he gave me a price and stuck to it...If your in need of anything for your vehicle I recommend you go and see this guy, you wont be disappointed..Thanks so much for the great and pleasant experience, ill be back to see you in the future...

I have to be honest about my visit Went there for four tires took 3 hours and they only had a couple cars there I worked in shops for 30 years four tires shouldnt take more than 25 minutes dont understand why it took so long when they werent even busy

I was told from my dealer that I had to put tires and brake pads on my car. When I got to Mavis they told me the brake pads had only been used half of the way! I ended up purchasing tires at a great price and Im very grateful that they told me the truth! Great job! Highly recommend.

I will not go anywhere else!Not going to lie, I know next to nothing about cars but I aim to keep mine in the best condition possible while keeping up to date with oil changes and tire rotations, etc. Mavis was recommended by a friend.They provide exceptional customer service. My problems are taken care of, any other additional services or issues are addressed, and everything is prompt. I have dropped off my vehicle and received phone calls informing me of the issue, presenting and explaining the options, and then asking permission to proceed with what I decide. This has happened on multiple occasions. In person, I have been walked through and explained what the problem is, and what it is Mavis would do and how that remedies it, while clearly addressing costs. I have never been taken advantage of by having additional unnecessary services done in order to increase my bill. I’ve never felt pressured or pushed to purchase something at Mavis. That was my issue with seeking service anywhere else. Mavis, most especially thanks to Kevin King, will have my continued support for years to come. Thank you!

Horrible customer service from. The guy in the white shirt. His name is Kevin he is at the Niagara Falls store on Military rd He rudely yelled at me calling me a lier claiming he told me I couldnt wait for my car in the waiting area when he never told me that, then when I came back to get my car he apologized and told me he was giving me a discount because of what he did but then he raised the price on the tire he was selling me and when I told him that was not the price I was quoted he called me a lier again claiming he was there when I was told the price and that all conversations in the store are recorded . Then he said I was quoted the price for a different tire and he could give me that price but then he wont give me the discount and if I dont like it to call corporate which I already did after the first incident. I felt like I was at some shady tree garage and my car was being held for ransom. I couldnt believe how I was being treated, my mother goes to them but after this she and no one I know will ever go there again, this man was obviously very prejudice, its a shame Mavis employes people like this

Had a rim/tire service done THERE recently. They over tightened all my lug nuts.I stopped to ask them to loosen them so I could do my brakes....the manager working. (Large black man,) told me they were too busy, and if i wanted to come back at the end of the day, they MIGHT be able to do it then. MIGHT.Well. Thank you anyway...i went down the street. Which is where I will continue to go.

Excellent customer service! I went in for my NY safety inspection today and the process was very smooth. The woman handling my order was kind enough to offer me a chair to sit outside and even took it outside for me. Due to covid 19 restrictions, customers were not allowed to wait in their indoor waiting area. Very impressed at their level of service.
