Always great service! Great family business!

I had a last minute opportunity to get free tickets to Joe Rogan In Buffalo, I absolutely hate the parking and traffic situation anywhere in Buffalo so I called around looking for a town car service for the night. Because it was last minute nobody had a car, and few answered the phone. I called DJ last and was pleased to find they could provide a town car and a good rate. I informed the dispatcher that I wanted to drink alcohol with my party and he told me you cant do that in a town car, but quickly upgraded me to a stretch at no extra charge. The car showed up on the dot and the driver dropped us in front of the crowded venue 30 minutes prior to showtime. He gave us his cell number and we called him at the end of the show and stepped into the limo as soon as we got to the curb. The driver was very personable and professional. No sudden stops or turns, just a smooth ride. It was a great experience and I appreciate the effort this company put into my comfort. I will definitely use them again. Had a reservation for over a month, and they did not honor my reservation. What is the point of a reservation if it’s not honored? I was moving from one apartment to another and obviously moving is stressful enough. The person there could of cared less, not even empathetic to my situation. Never will use them again. Horrible customer service. If I could give them negative stars I would.

If I could put zero stars for this limo company I would. I always get limos and I have never had a company leave us stranded. We were in a wedding party and the bus broke down prior to the ceremony so we had to pile in a Tahoe to get there on time and I forgot to mention they didnt even notify us that they werent coming. They said there would be a limo after the ceremony, yeah that never happened as well. A few people tried calling limo companies but obviously everything is booked during wedding season on a Saturday so again we had to pile in multiple cars to get to pictures. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone to use. If you want to be left with transportation as a wedding party then this is the company that is capable for doing that!

We had a wedding party of 12 just this past Saturday, June 29th and it was by far the worst experience as far as limo service goes I have ever had in my entire life .... DO NOT give this company business... there was zero air-conditioning the whole wedding party was roasting when asked if there was something we could do all he did was open up the emergency hatch which did nothing he did not help anybody off the bus especially the women he was vaping his Vape e-cigarette while the bride was trying to get on the bus asked the groom for more money after he was already tipped to his face which is one of the most ignorant things Ive ever seen in my entire life... the driver seemed annoyed the whole time and very rude... we will be looking for a full refund if not will pursue with legal action including the obnoxious tip he asked for that we gave him

The driver was very rude & unprofessional trying to Dictate how long we stayed at a drop off. We paid till a certain time what we do in that time isn’t & wasn’t his place to dictate how long we stayed somewhere!! Then kept saying he was leaving without us! & kept counting down minutes before he “left us where we were” very very rude!

They are very professional, driver was on time and had NO ISSUES what so ever and that was twice within a 3 month period STRONGLY WOULD RECOMMEND

They did a great job fixing our cars and were very prompt

Took a limo ride last night 11/1/17 our driver Rodger was grea, the limo was clean & the sound system rocked. Once again thank you Rodger

Reserved a moving truck 45 days in advance and they call me less than 24 hours before the move to inform me they don’t have a truck for me.
