I had large dents and my drivers side mirror replaced, along with painting and couldnt have had a better experience. Tom was professional, knowledable and friendly, wonderful to work with. He set up a rental car and explained what would need to be done. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back. Just overall great service and my car looks excellent!

Yeah I disagree they were a real personable on the phone but they told my car well a transmission was locked up and it damaged my transmission I didnt even bother calling him to tell him but thats why I was left in the road cuz I couldnt push it out cuz it was jammed and they towed it in a manner where they ruined my fourth gear I had a four-speed transmission in my Astro van and I wasnt very happy to rebuild this 2300 and Im getting rid of the van because Im just going to afford it so old van its not worth putting 2300 back into it but it broke my heart man they should have put it on a flatbed when they seen that the wheels were locked up apparently they didnt because the transmission was definitely damaged cuz it worked perfect until then broke my heart man not even bother to call

I took the vehicle in for a window getting stuck 3in from closing front drivers door they told me to take a look at it they did told me it was the motor regulator give me a price they fixed it very quick I was 100% satisfied I like to thank them again

I wish I can rate this business at MINUS 5 stars or lower. This is really one of the worst car shops I saw in three decades or so.Went there (by recommendation of my car insurance company) for a panel dent repair (body work and painting) on my pretty new car. This quite regular work took almost a month (timing is yet another big issue there). Quality was unacceptable and also other parts of the car were damaged. I went back to have it fixed. It was done with more or less acceptable quality but now I have the rest of my car totally trashed - scratches on almost all surfaces of the car, considerable dent on one of its fenders, dirt, dust and paint stains all over the car - outside and inside (I suspect it was done intentionally). It looks like the car had yet another accident. My complaints were not heard and they declined to make any repair or reimburse damages.

What great service!!! Dropped off car and got a call a few hours later that it was done. Picked it up, no paperwork needed. Fast great service. I strongly advise if you do not want to be scammed, ripped off or lied to you avoid any business with Auto Collision and Glass on NF Blvd. Management is run by straight up liars and the owner couldn’t even be bothered to return our calls! Never again!The communication between staff and customer is poor at best. Misinformation between employees and management is horrible and when the owner says he’ll return your call to hear your concerns about his staff and the overall work being performed at his shop, be prepared to wait until hell freezes over.

This company, employee- Carter A. specifically, is going the extra mile for me and getting the right window, the first time. After having a horrendous experience with SAFELITE- 2 reschedules and not contacting me to reconfirm an appointment, Im happy to say Allstate couldnt have set me up with a better company. Carter knew Safelite didnt bring the right windshield, even after Safelite initially rescheduled me because all our service techs called off today. It should be an auto glass companys priority to bring the right window for the job and thats exactly what Im finding with Auto Glass WNY. Carter went above and beyond to identify why the window wasnt correct when Safelite came out, so the same issue didnt happen again, turns out I need a fancy windshield you can only get from the dealer. This fancy windshield should NOT be an issue for a major company such as Safelite, apparently it is for them, but not for Auto Glass WNY! I cannot say enough about Carters professionalism, attention to detail, and the overall outstanding quality of his customer service. Thank you Carter, and Auto Glass WNY for taking my headache away.

Originally I wasnt going to write a review and just deal with the results of having them repairing my vehicle. But as time goes by and I keep coming across new things I feel as if its necisary now. I brought my vehicle in after an accident that caused about $5,000 in damage to the whole driver side of my car. I brought it to them because thats where the adjuster was located and it was going to be the fastest way to get it taken care of. I brought it there and I was able to pick it up in the estimated amount of weeks they told me. That would be all good, if it had been actually finished. The first time I picked it up, I got a mile away and the vehicle started shutting down on me, and after getting out of the car to see what was wrong, noticed that the door didnt shut right. So I returned and they told me they would look. 3 days later I got a phone call that it was all taken care of. So I picked it up. Over the past few months I noticed things here and there that made me upset. First thing I noticed is my wiring for my towing lights are hanging from my back bumper, not only un zip tied but just resting on my exhaust. On top of that the back bumper valance wasnt reapplied correctly because theres and inch gap on each side between it and the wheel splash guards. Next thing is the back door doesnt close right. It takes quite a bit of force to get it to seal. The next thing is probably one of the more annoying things. The driver side door has a rattling noise inside it when I play music loud. It doesnt even have to be loud but just anything with base rattles it. Another thing is the various missing or broken parts. At first I was missing a whole back piece of trim, which was later found under the seats. On top of that my seat belt strap holder was cracked in half. And last on the list is my favorite. I had a aftermarket reverse sensor system on the vehicle that worked fine before the accident. Afterwards it stoped working. I stated this to them upon bringing my car in. A day after I picked up the vehicle I found my reverse sensor speaker, wires cut, sitting in my back storage compartment. I returned once again along with a chip in the paint I found. After picking up the vehicle this time they told me that they reinstalled the speaker but the sensor isnt working because one of the adaptors was cut too close. I was told Id have to find somewhere else to fix that issue which is confusing because they were the ones to cut it. But the part that gets me, is that just a week ago I was vacuuming under the seats of the car, and i found the main power unit of the reverse sensor, with water in it. I would absolutely stay away from this place. I just now looked at there reviews and the more I see the more I regret taking it there. Also on a last note, at one point I had to have them send someone to pick me up from my house to grab the vehicle. The guy they sent not only high, but he was the brother to the guy who hit me. On the ride to the shop not only did he stop in the middle of a one lane street to talk to his friend blocking traffic, while I sat and waited for him to finish, but he also felt the need to share his history of selling and buying weed. Who does that.
