Dave Harrigan did a very good job at trouble shooting the electrical on my a/c and charging and checking the system. I would highly recommend Dave to any one with a/c and electrical problems. Chris Blair NFO
Absolutely would recommend anyone going here. Their service was very accommodating and they were very patient. The work they did is superb. My car was having a lot of issues, but after bringing it to Harrigans Auto, it runs like it is new!
The Best Auto Shop Around! Honest and Quick, I’d recommend no where else in Niagara! A+ to Harrigan’s!
Has been using them for all 3 of my cars for two years, will keep going there. Good work, fast service, reasonable rate
Honest and fair prices for repairs. Family owned.
Simply the best. Great family run business.
The staff were amazing. I have never had such an amazing experience with a garage. They went above and beyond!I would recommend them to anyone!
The owner was very nice and took the time to make sure we got back on the road ASAP. He also took the time to explain and show exactly what was damaged and what he fixed. He made sure you that my family and myself, was taken care quickly because he knew that we came from out of town (which he also suggested some amazing sites to take in while we wait for our car, such a nice guy). I will suggest anyone to go there, if they ever have any car issues while in Niagara. Thank you so much to you and your staff and so far my car is great☺️
Quick service. Cheap costs. Would recommend 10/10
Always the best service.
Amazing service. They made time in their busy schedule to help me. .... they were kind, courteous and professional. They charged me half of what I expected …. even though I am from out of town and mine was an emergency. Great team and terrific service.I highly recommend them. Sal

And Trustworthy! people something so rare to come across these days so for me I absolutely! Recommend this shop for all your repairs from big to small and pricing is very reasonable! Support your local community family businesses because without them dealerships would do what they do best #ripyouoff Thank you Harrigan family I will forever be your customer and always rate you #1
Awesome honest owner!
FINALLY a shop that takes pride and care in a customers vehicle. This is how all shops should be. Friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain exactly whats wrong and why. Our shop of choice for all of our vehicles going forward.
The owner and rest of staff are all professional and trustworthy. Owner takes his time to discuss the issues and answer any questions as well as show you the problem on your vehicle. Price is also very reasonable. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were stranded with a flat tire and came across harrigans by a grace of God. Isaac was working late and was more than willing to help us out even though they were closed. I would definitely recommend this place for all your auto needs. Isaac thank you for your great service you are a hero
If theres one thing thats hard to find. Its a skilled and honest mechanic. Search no more. Harrigans is fantastic. Fair prices and the nicest people youll ever meet.
Long established Niagara Falls auto service station/shop. Located on busy Lundys Lane across the street from No Frills. If you have an import car this shop has invested in the specialized equipment to service your car properly. Great service. Average prices.
Helpful office staff. Honest and fair garage. Would definitely recommend.
Got me back on the road very quickly at a reasonable price only thing that was a little expensive is there torch price.
Harrigan’s Auto Clinic have taken care of our vehicles for years. Their work is excellent and service is always friendly. Dave and Kris run an excellent operation and their mechanics are terrific. Harrigan’s is the shop to trust with your vehicle!
My family has been bringing our cars here for years. The service here is top-notch, no nonsense, no scamming. There are cheaper rates for mechanics but Harrigans can do in an hour what would take others two or three. The great thing about dealing with Dave Harrigan and his crew are the fact that you dont get up-sold; if something is ok for now, theyll let you know; but when something needs to get done, you can trust them. He always is willing to give back the old parts, and really seems to enjoy explaining every little detail about what happened to make a part fail.Dave is wonderfully patient with the many inane questions of the uninformed public (of which I am a member, lol) and youll never get talked down to. Hes great to talk to and get advice about regarding which cars to buy. This place is one of the last old-school shops that just gets work done right and treats people well.
Fast service, fair prices, nice people. Highly recommend.
Service + costumer service from my experience has been better than excellent!
Family run business, fair prices, honest quotes, reliable work.
A no pressure shop. They will tell you exactly what your vehicle needs now, what it may need soon and what can wait. Super friendly service 👍
First time customer. Went above and beyond in service. Friendly staff and mechanics.
Rip offs. Got quoted over the phone 2.5 hrs of labour at $95/hr plus a coil at $100 for a misfire code. The 2.5 hrs was because they would have to remove the manifold to get to the 5th cylinder. They would wave the diagnosis because was certain it was the coil and could even do the plugs since it wasnt much more. When I got the call to confirm the diagnosis, it was a coil for sure. They tried to charge me 3 hrs instead, $155 for a coil and $90 for plugs. They suggested to change the spark plugs too since they had to dismantle everything anyway. When I added everything up and it didnt add up I was informed there was a $19 supplies charge (which Ive never heard of ever). When I called back to confirm if I would bring in my own parts or not as their charge was higher then I was quoted elsewhere, Brent told me that the plugs were fine and they didnt need to be changed. I reinstated, since they were dismantling everything might as well get them done. Then he tells me that they didnt have to remove the manifold to get to the coil. So I asked how much it would cost then and he told me it would be the same, about $300, because hey still had to do work on it And that the coil might not fix the problem, they would have to see after they change it. I had just been told by the receptionist that they had determined that it was the coil for sure and it didnt need plugs. I ended up picking up my car and not having it serviced there as it was clear where this was headed. Brent wanted to charge me 1 hr fee for what he had done. I agreed to pay $40 as I think that was what they had quoted me originally. He agreed to charge me half an hour ($47.50). They added a $2 supply fee. The service area is separate from the office and I couldnt see them put my vehicle back together, so I hope no damage was done along he way.In response to Harrigans: We clearly have two very different views of the story, as is expected. A few things I noted in the response, I was quoted no problem over the phone based on experience and it in fact was that issue (the coil) which I have since learned are the only two issues (coil and plug) for misfires, yet the quote changed to more money after I dropped off my vehicle even though they admitted that they in fact didnt have to take as much time as stated in the book because they didnt have to take off the manifold. Regarding bringing in my own part, they had no problem with it, so Im confused with the response given about not allowing people to bring in their own parts because of concern of quality. At the end of the day, I dont know what part they use either and the quality, I dont get a receipt for that part, and therefore I dont get the warranty for that part just in case it does fail. I dont understand how they can claim to have wasted so much time diagnosing something so simple and that they had so much experience on. And yes, if Im given a new price and new information after dropping it off eventhough its the same repair as quoted over the phone, I will discuss it with my partner to decide weather we want to proceed with the repair or not, and that shouldnt be a problem. We didnt drop off the vehicle to have it diagnosed, we dropped it off to have it repaired as quoted. That quote changed after it was dropped off and my trust went out the window when I was being charged $300 in labour for something that takes 15 minutes the most. See for yourself online. And yes, feel free to check out my other reviews on rip off or incompetent mechanics. Im so tired of being ripped off by mechanics and I have no problem sharing the info with others. Obviously Ive found an honest and experienced mechanic since that has not received a negative review. My vehicle did get repaired elsewhere when I picked it up from Harrigans.
