Gave a text and arrived in a timely fashion. Set up was quick and easy with the delivery driver Hector. He gave awesome information as to how the inflatable lay out would be so we could get it accommodated to the yard. I plan to use again.

Even after finding out they were 2 drivers short, the equipment I rented was able to get there on time AND set up so efficiently. The delivery driver was kind and calm. Made sure my son’s party dreams were made with both inflatables!

This was my first time ever renting a bounce house. Hector my driver made it very easy to get things started when he delivered the bounce house. He came earlier then expected which was fine with me and got done setting everything up very fast. Hector was very professional and nice and im glad he was my driver. I will definitely order from Hampton Roads Jump again it is well worth it.

These guys are simply the best! From beginning to end I had a great experience. First off, the website makes ordering the bounce house so easy. It clearly showed all of the options, sizes, power requirements, etc., so I knew exactly what would work for my location. Unfortunately we had to cancel the date of our initial booking because of bad weather. But, their cancellation policy was flexible and generous and we were able to easily reschedule for another date. On the day of, everything went so smoothly - the driver arrived on time and quickly set up the bounce house. The bounce house was exactly like the pictures on the website and was clean and well maintained. Just like the drop off and set up, the pick up went smoothly. All in all, it was fantastic working with them. I will be using them again and highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with HR Jump! We ordered a combo water slide/bounce house and the kids had a blast. The online process was easy and fast! They had so many great options! The delivery guy, Hector, was extremely kind and professional. They even had to set up in the rain and they didn’t complain. Thankfully, the weather cleared and lots of fun was had. The pick up went smoothly also. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family!

This was the first time ever having a bounce house! This was for my granddaughters birthday. The kids had a blast! We will definitely be using them again! Our deliver driver, Lee, did a great job communicating as well as setting everything up. He came earlier than expected, which was great and took down later than planned. It was a great time!

On Saturday the bounce house was delivered dirty and my husband had to spend an hour cleaning and disinfecting it. Considering that it’s a pandemic, I did not appreciate it being delivered not sanitized. What’s even worse was the customer service . I called the company after I realized it, and they they told me to call the following day because the manager was not in. I called again and the managers customer service was nonexistent! Disregarded my concern, cut me off, and said he is busy with deliveries and that I should send an email. I did send an email and did not get a reply so far. This was my first time using this company and will not use them again!

We are so pleased with hampton roads jump! Rented the blue and red castle with slide. Our wonderful driver, Lee, came a little earlier than scheduled time which was perfect timing for us! He came right on time for pick up also. Super friendly and just an overall good person! We placed our order online; super easy and painless. The bounce house was clean inside and out; no complications with set up, during rental time, and take down. We are so glad that we rented with Hampton Roads Jump. We will be a returning customer!

I wont use them again. They were extremely late to set up and take down. They arrived after the party had started and gave me no notice of pick up time even after being 2 hours late. Ive called the office and asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience of not being able to use the bounce house for the reason I booked it but Ive not gotten a call back in 4 business days and 6 days overall.Spoke to “Josh” finally a week later after calling/emailing repeatedly. Customer service was AWFUL. He said if I was unhappy to take them to court. That they can’t help being late. No time guaranteed or anything. And Josh literally mocked me, a paying customer, while on the phone. I was extremely polite to him and simply pointed out how poor I felt my booking was handled. So. Not only will I not be using them again I’m clearly letting everyone know what to expect.

I rented a 40 obstacle course for my daughters graduation party and it was AWESOME! For starters Im 40 and have the mentality of a 15 year old so when I saw this I was so excited! My daughter ran out there in Graduation Hat and all! It was too funny! Point is, the delivery guys couldnt have been nicer. I wish I had gotten there names to say it here. But definitely good guys. People, get your inflatables here. You wont regret it. Matter of fact, Im reordering the same one in Sept for my 41st Birthday because why not??!!

Have rented from Hampton Roads Jump a few times now !! They have great service and the drivers that set up are spot on ! Lee was our driver today called right before he arrived and set up in a professional manner!! My grandson will have a ball again on the Spider-Man bounce house !! We have used Hampton Roads Jump multiple times and highly recommend them. They are always punctual often delivering and setting up early. They do all the set up and take down we did not have to lift a finger even recommended the best and safest place for set up in our yard. Ordering was simple and we were delighted to realize the owner himself often delivers and sets up. The jumpers have always been clean they are sometimes still wet from cleaning and once inflated I’ve witnessed the staff personally dry the inside with towels. We have ordered multiple varieties and styles of jumpers over the past several summers and have yet to have any complaints for anything we have ordered. The jumpers are always as pictured. Our kids love the bouncers, we love that they are happy.

We had Lee come out for an event with a huge inflatable and he knocked it out of the park and went above and beyond! Really appreciate him and all his hard work!

We rented the 20’ Marble Waterslide and it was a big hit with our teenager and his friends! Even the adults got in on the fun! Hector brought the slide early and set everything up, so it was ready to go for the party! I highly recommend HR Jump! It was a great experience start to finish! We will definitely rent again!

We rented a bounce house for my daughters birthday last weekend. The night before I also decided to add table and chair rentals and it was no problem at all to add when I called to ask. Everyone was very friendly and pick up and drop off were very smooth. the bounce house was delivered early which was fantastic - they had a spot when I reserved where I could specify Id I did not want it early. We said that we would take it at any time and the driver called us before he came to make sure that we were ok with the earlier drop off time. The kids absolutely loved the bounce house! I will definitely be renting from here for our next birthday party!

Between my mom and I, we rented a bounce house, snow cone machine and kids tables along with chairs. There online form is very easy to use . Unfortunately they delivered our rentals late to the party . They were over 30 minutes late, but they still picked it up right on time. Thank God for great neighbors who brought over some kids tables for our kids to eat at. The snow cone machine was suppose to include three snow cone flavors and cups . They sent us already used snow cone flavors . Gross!!! We had to send someone out mid party to buy fresh flavors . On top of being unprofessional, the office lady was extremely rude . When I called to check on the delivery was, she was very short and rude ! Might I mention I paid in full two weeks prior to the party.The delivery guy was nice, and even interacted with the kids.I definitely won’t order from here again simply because of the lack of customer services and unprofessionalism.The bounce house and delivery guy is the only reason they received two stars.

Being active duty military I miss quite a few Birthdays but was able to make this one for it to not to happen the way it should of with a month in advance planning smh. I paid the deposit and ordered online a month in advance as well as called a week in advance to ensure that there will be no problems with the order and I called the morning of. 30 mins before it was due to be delivered the delivery driver called and said he will not be coming because he didn’t realize where he had to drop off at. I live in Moyock, NC and confirmed this delivery twice. Customer service all the way around was a horrible experience. No one called to update us on the status of our delivery. We had to call multiple times for them to tell us if it makes us feel any better they fired the delivery person. It honestly doesn’t. The bounce house was the main attraction for the party and we didn’t get that. We didn’t get call from customer service once explaining what was happening with our order nor did we get any accommodations. Worst professional experience I have ever had. Wish we had gone with someone else. Still have the emails saying that our order it’s on track to be delivered with the our address on there smh!!! This company should be ashamed!

I have used Hampton Roads Jump for both personal and neighborhood events. Their inflatables are always clean, setup and take down is easy, and their staff is always professional!

I reserved to have the bounce house slide delivered at 230pm and planned my day around it. They showed up at 930 am instead, which worked out fine but I wasnt ready, the grass wasnt cut yet, I was in my pajamas and my under 2yr old was in the bath. They told me they had to put it in the front yard which was disappointing because I had the rest of the party set up in the back. I totally understand, I just wish the website had informed me that it couldntbe lifted over a fence or fit through a regular fence so I could have planned accordingly. The guys that delivered it were not very friendly at all and seemed annoyed that I was thrown off by all the hiccups. I was also disappointed to see that the dry slide was in fact a water slide that just didnt have water in it. I had to call a friend to bring her gymnastics mat to put at the bottom for the small children to land softly. And the hose kept getting knocked loose while they were jumping. When they came to pick up the slide they were short with me again. I am usually one to give a cash tip but they wouldnt say two words to me so I just went inside and let them do their thing. My daughter really enjoyed herself, but the customer service aspect of it all could be greatly improved. Putting together a childs birthday is already stressful enough, and a little friendliness goes a long way.

I purchased Spiderman bounce house for my sons birthday. I was initially told by the gentleman on the phone on February 19 that the price include rental which is for 8 hours. He didnt disclose to me that I could rent for shorter duration of time, if wanted. He was very short with me. The delivery driver yesterday is the one who told me some people rent for 2,3,4 hours, etc. Also, the Spiderman bounce house did not look like the picture on the website. The delivery driver was very nice, I didnt catch his name. The delivery was very quick. The communication by the office staff was very short and needs improvement.

A mistake was made on my order. I have tried to speak to the owner for the past 2 days. I have only spoken to people with no customer service skills who yell or are disrespectful and hang up on you. I had to give a deposit of $20. I want my money back. I will not support mean and disrespectful companies. If I don’t hear from someone today I will see them in court. Yes!! I will sue you to get my $20 back. As of right now they are thieves!! That’s why everything is done online. They get your money and stop answer the phone. To think I almost paid for the whole thing. I would be out of way more then $20right now.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM BUYER BEWARE

We have used Hampton Roads Jump twice and both times were great! They were on time for both set up and break down and they were very quick about it. We will continue to use Hampton Roads Jump for our childrens birthdays! It is a great hit with the kids and entertainment for the adults to watch! So much fun! Wish we had these when i was a kid.

We rented the Monster Truck bounce house for our little ones birthday party, and we all loved it! Hampton Roads Jump delivered the bounce house, made sure it was safely secured in the ground and clean, and then picked the bounce house up. We will definitely be renting from them again! Ive never dealt with no one so unprofessional and disrespectful in my life till I talked to the owner of Hampton road bounce he been disrespectful to me cause they sent a unclean bounce house to my house for kids sent his drive back to get it and still charged me the full price. But I will be getting it back by time Im finished with them in court

We had such a blast renting from HRJ. The set up was on-time, reasonably priced, they explained everything in a way I could understand, and take down was super easy. I will absolutely be using them again in the future. Also, the kids had a blast, but I think the adults enjoyed jumping even more. :)

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never left a review but the customer service from this place is absolutely disgusting. Ordered a bounce house for my sons birthday on June 22nd, guy called me at 11 to tell me he was going to be late to the party which didnt start til 3!! Only to have them pick it up by 7 and still have to pay the same amount?? Thats ridiculous. I told him dont bother coming.. good thing I had a backup. They tell you payment is due upon delivery which is a complete lie. They charged my card at 9am that morning. When I called to have it refunded, at first the young girl was really nice and said shed have the manager call me and refund it. He never called. I have called NUMEROUS times only to have them tell me EVERY time that the manager isnt there. When I asked to speak to a higher up, she told me that wasnt possible. No one has EVER called me back and they still have not refunded my card. Absolute worst customer service I have EVER had. Will never do business with them.

The jumper we ordered was amazing and the kids had a blast. I don’t know which they enjoyed the most the jumper or the snow cone machine. We will definitely order again!

We rented a pink princess castle bounce house for our daughters 5th birthday party. Their website was easy to use for booking the bounce house. We received a confirmation email after ordering and an email a few days before the party to let us know our order was scheduled for delivery. Our party started at noon and the delivery driver had everything setup by 10:30. The service was great and the bounce house seemed pretty new and the kids had a great afternoon bouncing away. Highly recommend for their service and quality of the bounce houses!

I used Hampton Roads Jump for our churchs Easter Egg Hunt. I called and spoke with Emma and rented a big slide, a fire engine bounce house and a big balloon bounce house. She gave us a discount for being a church which was really nice. I had the delivery set for an hour before the egg hunt started and they were right on time. The delivery guys had everything set up within 20 minutes. I really appreciated the discount they gave us and the great service. I will be calling them again for our fall festival.

Called for a simple quote on their rentals for future events hosted by the company I work for and was treated horribly over the phone. The woman who answered gave me nothing but attitude and treated me as though I was a complete idiot. I can say for certain that my company will NOT be using Hampton Roads Jump for any future corporate events we host.

We ordered a generator for our event and they did not bring it. They then had to plug 4 inflatables into outlets which made the circuit short and the inflatables starting to deflate 15 minutes after using them. They were unavailable to help when this happened, were unavailable when we tried to reach them by phone after the event, and hardly offered a discount for our troubles.I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be using a different company in the future.

Absolutely awful experience. Placed an order for a snow cone machine on June 8th. At 10:38 pm June 28th, I received an email that my order had been canceld. Well I never called and canceled the order. No, instead the company did and the manager of Hampton Roads Jumps REFUSES to answer the phone or return any of my phone calls. Another manager of Bay Area Jump (in CA) is instead playing the middle man and states that this manager canceled the order because the preferred time for delivery was not available since the driver wanted to drop it off at noon (even explained that nobody would be home due to nursing school graduation and had set up the time for 6:30 pm the week before). Once again no communication...there were plenty of other options we could have looked at but no instead they canceled the order and did not refund the money because it was an inconvenience to them. Very upset about this service...was expecting something completely different due to all the high ratings
