Well I bought a stick the bow on Ariel and after about peeing my pants I decided to leave a Google review Prince Eric has no pants I do have to color them in for a 5 year old birthday party otherwise this game would not be appropriate I would not recommend buying from this place. I did email them and have heard nothing back.

The best feature was that the delivery was fast. But the price was high and the quality was low. Theres a Surcharge if you order less than $20.00.

I ordered a Winnie the Pooh birthday cake topper it said shipped and that it arrived but since I was leasing out my home someone else was getting my mail. When we moved in all of my mail was accounted for but this package and he was a older man with no kids so he didn’t take it. I think the mail delivered it to the wrong mail box. Sent pictures showing I had to purchase another set elsewhere they replied twice and just ignored me since April 26th. Never got the item and nobody in the neighborhood said they got it

Its great that they ask the party date to make sure you get everything on time. Amazing customer service, selection, and prices. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others. I was scared to order from here because of the reviews I read, but I couldn’t find what I needed anywhere else. I ordered the bare minimum of what I wanted. It came in within 2 days, and was exactly what I ordered. No problems!

I was very happy with the service. I had been having a hard time finding Dragon Ball Z party supplies and they had them in stock. I had some questions regarding my order and their products so I emailed them and received a response within hours. My order was available for pickup the same day I ordered it and the staff was friendly. I would have given them 5 stars but they need to fix their bell. They have a sign to ring the bell for service but it doesnt work so you have to just go upstairs to find them. Other than that, Id definitely shop there again and recommend their site.

Wanted to place a HUGE order for a 40th birthday and noticed Walmart says this company would be shipping. So I decided to contact them directly. Mailbox is FULL when you call- sent email and NO response- Not impressed if you cannot communicate with anyone. Very disappointing!

I would NOT recommend this company. Customer service is AWFUL. They don’t pick up the phone, don’t respond back to emails in a timely manner (despite Walmarts guarantee that they will respond within one business day). My first message to them was sent on Aug 27th. Because of lack of response, Walmart intervened a few days later and escalated the matter to a higher department. Still no response. Another 2 days later, Walmart contacted them on my behalf since they weren’t responding. then YET AGAIN Walmart Walmart contacted them on Sept 17th and escalated the issue to their Marketplace specialist/Sr Resolution Specialist. Despite all of this, I didn’t receive ANY communication from the company regarding my concern with the order until SEPTEMBER 19th, nearly ONE MONTH after I initially contacted them for help.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Walmart using this third company. UNRESPONSIVE and they charge you $3 or more for shipping an item that costs a few dollars. Even when I FINALLY made contact w/them on September 19th, they promised me a refund of my items as soon as they received the package back (I was instructed to refuse package, return to sender). They signed for the return on 9/24 yet over TEN days passed and they did not refund me. I had to follow up yet again in the month of OCTOBER (when I’ve been contacting them since AUGUST for resolution) and show them proof that I saw they received my return in order for them to refund me. If I hadn’t followed up, I guarantee they would never have reimbursed me. They are CROOKS and the worst customer service I have ever experienced, extremely unprofessional in their written communication as well! I agree with other reviews that state they hide behind their computer screen and won’t speak to customers.

First let me just say I was defetently surprised to have got it 2days after my order was placed I dont think I have ever gotten my things tgat fast from any other site(no I did not pay for the fast shipping)...best part about it all is they have codes u put in to save u money!!
