If I could give this place zero stars I would. I booked a palm tree water slide for my daughters 9th birthday and it was gonna be perfect. I went to pick it up today and it was absolutely not what I paid for. They book me absolutely not the same thing. They acted like they didnt care either. Horrible customer service I will never even think about going back to rent from this guys. Just horrible. I was supposed to get the one on the right but he tried to give me the one in the middle. Even the paperwork said I was supposed to get the one on the right

Friendly service available items something went wrong with my equipment and they credited me 3/4 back even though I had had it for half the day. Very helpful

Excellent customer service with Joseph! We are moving from one coast to the other and he made sure we had everything in order and needed before driving off the lot. Made sure to thoroughly show us how to hook up the car trailer and how to secure the car. Made sure my partner knew how to use the truck properly!!

I rented the wheeled Bobcat Skid Loader to haul 40 yds of fill-dirt to the back of the house. Id give them 6 stars if I could for superior customer service and on-time responses. In fact, they were able to deliver the Bobcat early which gave me extra time to test it out. On the return, I ran overtime a little bit and they did not charge me extra. I got STUCK in the mud and they brought in help quickly (Greg is the #1 MAN!) He pulled me out of a huge mud hole that I didnt think possible. Above and beyond services. Rented a rototiller to bust up an area around my patio. Great customer service and easygoing manager to get you out the door with whatever tool you need. The staff loaded the tiller onto my truck and removed it when it was returned. Thanks.

My go-to place when I need to rent items that I dont own or cant steal, beg or borrow...lol! We have used them for items for my daughters wedding (dance floor, etc) to heavy equipment to tools for home projects. I have always been treated nice and been well taken care of from the front desk to the crew working in the back helping with loading and unloading. The customer service has always been top notch & thats why I keep coming back & have recommended them to friends and other businesses over the years.

Beware of this place. I reserved a rental of a piece of equipment that it turned out I didnt need, but they refused to return the $100 deposit, even though no one I spoke to told me the deposit was non-refundable. If you give them a deposit, you will not get it back if the situation changes and you dont need the rental.

Wonderful service and great staff from first contact through delivery. Bethany was wonderful in helping our bride decide on the correct size tent rental. They were very accommodating when additions needed to be made at the last minute. The linens were very clean and well pressed. Donovan and the men who delivered the tables, chairs, linens and set up the tents were great! We can not say enough about the service we received!

We rented a bounce house today and it will not inflate completely. You can feel the air leaks at most corners and seams. Its after hours and there is no way to get their help. The kids were really excited about using it, now the kids at the party are bummed.The staff that delivered the bounce house were very polite and helpful.After speaking with the management at Grand Rental about the issue, they have at least given us store credit for a future rental.

I reserved an inflatable for a school event(scheduling, delivery and product was a 5 star). Used my cc for the deposit and explained to the man that a school check would be the final payment. Payment was given to the drivers upon delivery. My cc was alao charged for it. I called at 8:30am to discuss getting my cc refunded and she said shed look into it, pull papers and call me in a few minutes. An hour goes by and no call. I call back and the guy answers and tells me that hes too busy, he wasnt going to stop what he was doing and had other customers. I told him I was a customer at 8:30am and was supposed to be taken care of. I explained that he took my check and money from my cc and Id like to get it my money back. He explained he didnt have time to help me. I explained that he personally(I set it up with him) didnt charge me correctly, I explained it very clearly when setting it up for delivery. Instead of apologizing ever for overcharging me, not calling me back, telling me he doesnt have time for me, he just tells me that I shouldnt have used my personal cc and that Im not getting my money back today anyways. Like thats supposed to matter?I just want to make sure its been refunded to me!! Again, I explained to him how he was getting paid for the rental, he didnt document anything obviously. He was so incredibly rude. Hed have plenty of time if I were on the phone paying him. I understand mistakes but, the way he spoke to me when THEY/HIM made that mistake was completely unecessary. Never will I ever use their company again.

I cannot speak for the quality of their inflatables. This review is about the customer service.If you would like to be put on hold every minute or so you are talking with the person on the phone, then call these guys. If you would like to be walked away from when trying to do business with them--in fact, the same person whom you talked to over the phone, then go visit their store.In terms of pricing: they seem attractive online. When you call, though, there will be fees that are not explicit: insurance, tax, transportation. I contacted three other business of the same type and their pricing is a lot more transparent.It appears that this place has lots of business and has trouble managing potential customers. Their inventory is not updated real-time, which results in false information about what is and what is not available.I regret having spent hours of my life dealing with somebody who does not deserve the smallest consideration.

The price for inflatable rental was very reasonable. Renting was a breeze - even last minute. Pickup was quick and painless - they loaded the monsterous Bounce House into our truck and off we went. Once home, set up was easy, and take down was too. Thank you to the staff at Grand Rental for helping make our birthday party a huge success!

RentEd a chainsaw 20inch but the sprocket was bad... they sent me to their repair shop down the street whare it was fixed in minutes...and pff i was back to work

When i ordered the bunch house for pick up i made sure i told the owner on the phone that i needed it for Sunday he keep telling me no big deal they could do that, but forgot to tell me that they are not open on Sundays and i have to pick up on Saturday by 2. I get a phone call this morning basically telling me if Im not there by 2 I am sol. So i ask about a return policy and they said for the deposit i can move my day or i lose my money. So i drop everything to pick it up and when we get there they have it blown up and are cleaning it! the owner Kevin see us waiting, comes over with a nasty attitude to make sure we payed which i dont understand how i would get the ticket if i didnt pay yet and then he starts yelling at all his employees to break it down and get it rolled up. He was the most rude guy i have every dealt with, he yells at his employees to drop everything and help roll up the bounce house and then yells that there are to many people standing around and not doing anything! I honestly dont think that at any point of the 30 minuets of waiting did i hear him just talk normal to someone he was constantly yelling! The employees that helped clean, roll up, and load the bunch house were nothing but professional and hard working! i command them for working with such and angry owner! My family has rented through them before so i figured for my house warming party and cookout we would get one but honestly i will probably just go somewhere else from now on, its not worth all the yelling over a silly little bounce house!
