Do not waste your money! They did not know how to do any designs and instead offered stickers. I went less than a week ago and the dip powder used on my nails has already started cracking off. I am having to reshape my own REAL nails. They charged us for things without letting us know and quoted us 3 different prices. Worst experience ever.

I truly enjoyed this service. Normally do not frequent mall salons, however, it was Sunday at the last minute. They took care of me and my daughter-in-law pedicure just as if we were one of the first customers of the day. Some establishments rush because its late in the day. Not here. I love it!!

Older nail tech at front area very rude and got upset when asked to change gloves between patrons. You would think this would be protocol, especially during a pandemic. Some of the ladies are lovely but the lack of professionalism, business etiquette, and disregard for health and safety will keep me away.

Miss Tina is the BOMB! She does a great job and have your acrylics looking so natural! The last salon totally failed my nails, but when I went into this salon, she transformed my little thin brittle acrylics that the last salon messed up! So thank you Miss Tina girl! Fill and pedi time!💅

I went to get my eyebrows done and right from the start i could tell she was rushing me. And now i have two uneven eyebrows with onehigher, the other lower and one shorter than the other. Great... Save ur money and go to a brow specialist!!!

This place is way to expensive I got a full set with just an American manicure normal length and was charged $75.00 and the lady was really rough!! I have cuts from the sander and she kept pulling my hand hard ect. She wouldn’t tell me the price until she started the acrylic. They also come out the salon and run up to you begging you to come in. If you go here I hope you have a better experience than me and my daughter did good luck!!!

Please beware. overpriced and poor quality. i got a gel fill here and the artist did a very lazy and sloppy job. when i came back to try and see what can be done to fix them they tried to charge me 10$. i was very polite and patient and am very disappointed with the service. i’m not paying when my nails were clearly botched and they felt each nail and knew it was an extremely poor job.

Love this salon! They were so professional with me and my daughter.

They are very attentive. I came for a mani and pedi and it cost about $57. They know what theyre doing in the service I received was good. But I thought $57 was a little bit pricier than most places. If I had the money I would come here every 3 weeks or so. Otherwise I would suggest this is a last resort simply due to the cost.

Nail technician was great. Good massage, took her time, and cleaned up my feet/toes.Only thing I can critique on is the nail designer needs more experience with current trends. Paying extra $10 for a design thats not close to what you want is too much.

This was my first time ever going here. I wasn’t sure considering it was in the mall and I was scared that all the services would be rushed, but no! Tammy was so thorough with my nails and made sure every piece was perfected. Couldn’t be more happier. Definitely will be my go to.

Took my girlfriend there to get a simple design done for her nails, ended up paying 68.00 dollars. For what?! I understand they have to make a living but 68.00 dollars?

I had my nails done with gel 1 week ago. Within 1 week i had to go back twice to fix 2 different fingers. The gel comes off easily which shouldnt happen. Noreover tge shape of my nails is not even at all. I give it one star for fixing my nail without charging me, but u will never go back there again. Cheapest quality of gel ever and very poor job!

This Nail Salon is expensive and not worth the extra money. When you pay $70 you expect your nails and toenails to look like a professional did them however this was not the case. Ive had better results at much lower prices. This was the first and last time Ill be visiting this nail salon.

Nail Pro Spa is very great place. The employees are very nice and professional. Pedicure and manicure are very good. I will come back again soon.

The nail technician was very attentive and professional. The massage chairs up up-to-date and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. I have neuropathy in my feet and normally have to ask nail techs to ease up but this technician was great and I didnt even have to tell her about my neuropathy.

Nothing but a disappointment. All I wanted was gel polish on my natural nails. 37$. It looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. They barely shined and was starting to rip apart as I was paying. 2 nails got redone twice and still looked like childs play. The polish was a beautiful color but the quality was the ugliest Ive ever seen

My daughter saved her money to get her nails done for her homecoming dance and she is devastated! The day after they were done one of the nails just fell off and the next day another one fell off. She paid $37 for a poor job. I am very disappointed and so is my daughter.

Super super nice and helpful, I got a mani pedi and I LOVE it!! Definitely coming back :) They did such a good job!! My legs and hands feel amazing and it is definitely worth the money and time!!!!

Their pedicures are thorough and they do excellent brow work too. A little pricey but definitely worth every penny

Ask for Dona. She is the best!She takes so much pride in what she does. I tried a few of the nail techs there and was not pleased. If she is not there I will not get my nails done. I usually try to call ahead of time especially if I have nothing to do in the mall

The man who did my pedicure buffed two of my toes so hard I had scabs the next day. Polish lasted for a good, long time, but my feet felt butchered. I won’t be going back.

Ive been coming here for three years now and have gotten full sets and pedicures done by pretty much everyone that works there and they all do a great job. I never make an appointment and Ive never had to wait except maybe twice in the 3 years for about 5 mins.

I got my nails done yesterday here. After the reviews I was a bit sketchy but she actually did amazing. She talked to me the whole time she was very nice. My son was being a bit much but everyone seemed to understand. She even lowered my price of gel after I told her It was a bit pricy but I really wanted it. I would defintly go back I wish I would of asked her name. I highly recommend this place I went in there and let her know I saw the reviews and was sketchy and she took care of me well. Try them out it won’t hurt!

This place deserves a 0! When she called and said they were available I still had to wait 25 min to be serviced. My sister and I both had a consultation about price and service, she said $35 for me and whatever price she told my sister. When it was finally my turn she all of a sudden raises the price to $40, I said no, the lady said $35, but at this point i just want my nails done so im like ok. It took her 2 hours to do my nails! I have never spent 2 hours in a nail salon! To boot, after a week the gel polish had chipped so bad l, i had to get them redone! When it was time for my sisters pedicure, they raised the price $5 due to having gel polish. My sister says isnt that part of the pedicure, the polish take off? The lady says no, my sister goes along and we wait another hour for a pedicure, unbelievable! We got mediocre service at best, needless to say we will never return!

As a mother of a girl who does nails I know exactly what i expect from a nail salon. The nail tech hurt me so bad that I have to stop her for a minute before she continued with my spa pedicure I want to cry so bad because of pain but i force myself not to, I ask to get my toenails very short cause they ingrown really bad if theyre long and i dont like the corner shape rounded,and is exactly what the nail tech did and becase I was in pain dont even have the chance to tell her,this spa pedicure supposed to be a nice experience with my daughter and my son after hours working as a waitress.

I’m in town visiting a friend, and this is my first time visiting this nail salon. Everything started off well...until the nail tech began to polish my toenails. After putting on the first coat, instead of letting it dry (as any other professional nail salon would) she puts another coat, and followed up with a top coat. I had 3-4 coats of nail polish on my feet! None of it dried properly. After 30 mins of drying! The nail polish on my big toe began to leak out nail polish! There were air holes & it was just a mess! I asked for them to fix it, they “fixed” it, making it worse, I complained, they fixed it again, it was still not worth my money! I told the manager I am unhappy, he told my his nail techs are doing their best. I work hard to be able to spend my money and pamper myself, so for the manager to tell me “they are doing their best” after fixing my toe 2-3 times and it still lookin a MESS, I wanted to give up. The manager (a man) began to argue with me, when I just want to leave satisfied! He told me he can not refund me my money, but I can sit there for another hour for the 3 nail tech to try and fix the color on my big toe! 4 nails techs had to fix it! 2 were just horrible! Not sure why they do nails if I could do a better job. 1 nail tech if the other 2, did it neatly, but messed up it trying to applying a goal coat before it was dry! They want their money and want you gone! This was a terrible experience! And the 4th woman fixed my toe it was decent enough to leave! After waiting an extra hour and a half fixing what started off as 1 toe nail color correction and ended up being both big toes! The 4 the woman painted my feet, let them dry (still not long enough) and after staying till the mall closed I stayed an additional 30 minutes letting my feet dry and talking to another customer who couldn’t believe what I had to go through. I didn’t put my shoes on for an additional hour walking outside in the “flip flops” that they provide. After 1 whole hour!!! My feet still get messed up. Needles to say, the nail techs here are complete trash! And this establishment needs to do better! If I had the time today I would go back and deman they re paint my nails becuse it looks horrible! I will be posting pictures. And they also are not clean! They scrub your feet with scrubbers they use on other people which is DIRTY! They put your feet back into the dirty water after scrubbing all of the dead cells off of your feet. It was just disgusting, and I’ve NEVER had a service so disgusting! From the nail techs to the establishment itself. The state board needs to check this place out! STAT! And I will attach photos of my “pedicure”

Came in and they had a wait of 40 mins. The manager said you can go shopping and put your number down we will call once she is done. Well an hour goes by no call go back to the nail shop and she is doing a freaking pedi... poor service. Dont offer something if youre not going to honor it.
