This nail salon was not fancy. I was worried about the place but to my surprise they did an awesome job. They cut the cuticles all off leaving a clean manicure. I also got a pedicure and was very satisfied. I have been to more fancy places but nobody has gave me such good service like they did.

Found them on Groupon and Sharon was awesome beautiful job. I cant wait to come back.

Ms. Sharon and Ms. GiGi are the sweetest people. I have had my eyebrows/eyelashes and nails done and will continue to go there. Its no rushing, getting you out the door to the next client. Its personal 1 on 1 service and quality

Family owned establishment which has its pros and cons. Bria did a spectacular job on my pedicure, but could really use an overall attitude adjustment. My bikini wax and nails came out nicely. Overall with the appropriate guidance and persistence the work done was very satisfactory. Had to go back the next day, because they have major time management issues. Cant tell whos in charge...very disappointing. Dont count on them keeping to your appointment time...I would only go if you are flexible. This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately they dont seem to have the management acumen to realize it. I really love the idea of family working together, but there needs to be more order and respect between the members to run a successful business.

Got eyelash extensions done for the first time, the lash tech was very friendly and helped me make an informed decision on which lashes to get and how to take care of them to make them last as long as possible. I also got an acrylic fill and gel polish done, don’t remember my nail techs name but she asked me for my name and referred to me by name and was very friendly! Prices were great too! Overall wonderful experience, seeing as it’s right next to my work I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went with my mom as a day out and had an amazing experience. The pedicure was great and my nails look amazing! I got a full and she was able to fix what the lady before (at a different location) had screwed up. I will definitely be going back.

Its not your typical nail salon. Small space, not really glamorous, But Its a family oriented atmosphere. Great job on the Gel nails! They know how to get the job done. *Better if you set appointments first! Not the best place for walk-ins.*

A mini daycare and dog park! Very unsanitary and people lack customer service skills. You are required to make an appointment and after waiting for 46 minutes pass my appointment time, the owner still refused to speak with me and give me a refund. This was my second time there as the first time I went...none of this nonsense happened and I went by the reviews. Shame on me for going again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. These people really didn’t care for your time as I too have kids and typically spend my Saturday’s doing errands...again...not worth it and DIRTY!!!

Great place to get your nails done. Its a small business and it gets busy really fast sometimes there is no place for waiting. So make sure you make your appointment as early as possible lol Gel polish nails last for about a month.

Sharon is awesome, very kind, very personable, very professional, family centered, and yet it seemed like Id known her my whole life.1st time getting my eyelashes done and look forward to experimenting with different lengths and fullness.

Looked at some reviews and figured I would give it a go. I have had a pretty rough time finding a decent nail salon in Newport News. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I walked in with jacked up acrylics and walked out more than satisfied with the fill, reshaping, and gel polish. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing staff! Im visiting from out of town because a family member is very Ill, and everyone was caring. I used my groupons for a Brazilian and a mani-pedi, and my experience was just great.

Amazing salon. The staff was very kind and accommodating of me and my daughter during my mani pedi. I would rank it as my best experience and I have been to many salons in several different states. This will definitely be my go to nail place!!!

In my experience, the establishment was unprofessional, however, I did see regulars come and go and were called by name during my two hour wait ( and I had an appointment)..after having my feet soaked for almost an hour without a word being said to me, I left as i could not take seeing another person come in, get serviced and leave as I waited well past my appt. Time...well, I have a wasted groupon as I will not be returning

I have been looking for a place to get a decent gel mani and pedi. My nails lasted so long and still looked great for weeks after. She has a wode range of colors and even had a color specifically because i am in thw military and have to follow a dress code. I received so many complements on my nails. Will def be going back. Love this place.

I didnt get anything done here, so I dont know how well they do nails, but they could definitely work on their customer service. My friend and I got Groupons for a mani and pedi, so we decided to stop by. We walked in, said good morning, and sat down. The women inside didnt say anything and kind of glared at us. I was uncomfortable and ready to go, but didnt want to waste the Groupon. The woman (Im assuming the owner?) working on a pedicure asked if she could help us. I told her we had a Groupon for a mani and pedi. She asked if we made an appointment and we told her no. She got irritated and told us that if we read the fine print, it says were supposed to make an appointment. Ok, we missed that, so no argument. But why the attitude... We asked if they had any openings later in the day. She quickly said no, and then asked the young lady working with her to double check. As we followed her to the counter, I heard the woman mumble something to the customer she was working on. The customer looked at us and snickered. How professional... Anyway, the young lady opens the appointment book and there are MAYBE five names. I pointed it out to her, and she said they were hoping to close early. Wait, what? I thanked her for her time, left and decided we werent coming back. We got the same glares leaving that we did when we came in. The place was small, so I could understand them not being able to take as many people as a typical salon (although Im not sure how they can stay open serving only five or so customers a day), but the womans attitude was nasty and we felt more like tresspassers than potential regular customers. We decided to eat the cost of the Groupon and go somewhere else. We ended up at La Rosa, which I would highly recommend!

Prior to purchasing a Groupon for this salon I called to guarantee that I could get an appointment for the day and time that I needed. (I was going on vacation and had a small time frame in which to get my nails done.) I made an appointment for 5pm and arrived at promptly 5pm. When I entered the shop, there was a technician tending to a customer, she barely looked up to acknowledge me and then asked me what I needed. I told her that I had a 5 oclock appointment and she muttered something, got up and went over to what I assume was the appointment book. She asked me my name, I told her and she told me I didnt have an appointment. Needless to say, I left, ticked off and had to go elsewhere to get my mani/pedi. This shop has piss poor management and no customer service skills whatsoever. I would never go there even if I was given a gift certificate. Thankfully, Groupon was quite accommodating with giving me a full refund.

Horrible service.... Say there with not one person saying anything. Only one person doing nails while others ignoring like no one else is there. After ten minutes I walked out

Its a cool place not relaxing with the kids running around so if you are looking for a relaxing experience this is not the place, but they do a good job

Tricia does an superb job on my nails; yes they can improve the decor and update the furnishing; however they do super excellent work! This is the place to go if you want a long lasting quality mani/pedi.
