The service was great and the workers were so nice, however…it took FOREVER for our services to be complete. Also, not only mine, but my mother in laws nails are peeling after having them done 4 days ago. We asked for powder dip and then gel was applied over it. The gel has caused mine to bubble and peel. There are also specks of blue and glitter in my nails where there was powder mixed with the one that was used on my nails. My mom asked for gel polish and hers is peeling from the tip of the nails. Our pedicures were great, but the manicures have been disappointing.

I dont like places that dont keep customers informed or pleased. Sat there while no one said anything about who, when, what on getting a pedicure. I just let my mother go and I found another place call Happy Nails. My mother said she like the lady that did her feet.

Had me wait 45 mins just to say they couldn’t give me what I ask for. Then not only they were taking other customers that came after me before me. Never will waste my time again.

My nails look horrible. The guy did them. He rushed thru it. I asked for pink gel and he ignores me and gave me a glow in the dark nails and refused to do the design I wanted. My nails look fake like press on nails. Ive called and complain and talk to this girl Haley and she told me she fix it but we keep missing each other so Im about to give up and go ham and get my money back and go somewhere else idk even know of these are fixable. O and paid 60$ for them . Im so upset about this whole thing

The pedicure was good except for the fact that i was cut 3 times and the polish was caked up looked terrible asked her to correct it because polish was all over my toes and it looked worst than before. Never returning! Gel polish is supposed to be smooth not thick and caky!

Not the cleanest work I’ve had but also not the worse. New to the area and this is the first place I tried.The painting could’ve been a bit better but the shape was decent. The price is higher than my old place back home but they have great customer service so I don’t mind paying at all. Most likely will be back!

I thought gel polish was supposed to dry quickly so I assume this wasn’t gel polish. I was told to pay before my nails were painted but the paint is all over the place.

Sara and her husband (owners) are very friendly and will make your experience at their shop comfortable and accommodating. Sara does my eyebrows (and all the rest of Hampton Roads lol) and Eve (not sure of the correct spelling of her name) does my “cat eye” nails that I absolutely adore! Although I’ve never been to her, Megan is super funny! Overall this is absolutely my favorite Saturday pamper spot!

I dont usually leave reviews but I really liked the outcome of my full acrylic set that I got a week ago. However, theres a large scab where my cuticle was and it totally bled everywhere while my tech was drilling. Im not sure if that is typical but its been hurting ever since.

I got my nails done here about a week ago. The lady that was doing my nails didn’t cut my cuticles and gave me a cut. They are very friendly people, however the next day a few of my nails chipped off the top coat as well as the dip powder color. I wanted to try to find a place that had good quality dip but I won’t be coming back here! Highly disappointed.

I was very disappointed with the skill level of my and my partners services. We both had side by side pedi. His toes were nipped and bled. Mine just kept watching the TV while doing my service. I skipped my color polish and we both decided to not get a mani. They were nice people but just not that skilled at the service provided. We won’t be back.

I had made an appointment for a certain time and i waited an extra 30mins and still no service so i left.

Finally! I think I found my nail home!! Lezene was awesome. He made sure to listen to my needs and wants and got it done to perfection. He was gentle with my hands which is so hard to find in shops around here. I appreciate how family oriented this shop is. They all greeted me as soon as i walked in with my daughter. And they were all willing to help each other out, which is rare to see in other shops too. It didnt seem to be a competition to the staff which is a great look for their business. Thank you all!

They go out of their way to give you the best experience, on top of that they make sure all tools are clean and sanitary (we all know thats a must but you’ll be surprised what places don’t). It’s very updated and the nail techs are always following latest nail trends! Always got what I asked for! Prices are very reasonable for the services provided!

After spending over 2 hours on a full set, I had to leave before the set was even finished because I had somewhere else to be. I was told I couldn’t get the length I wanted, and I was charged the full price even though she didn’t finish the job with over 2 hours to do it. As well, she cut almost each of my fingers and had to stop working on my nails several times to get the bleeding to stop.

The environment is great & and so is the staff... Definitely coming again!

Very disappointed todayThe base and clear coat were so thick and gooey the top coat was pulling the polish off one of a couple of my nails resulting in an uneven look at the tips.The technician was not friendly and appeared to he annoyed at the entire task at hand. It seemed as if providing the service was an inconvenience to her day.

It was my first time here and I had a great experience. Isabell was my tech and I got a pedicure and everything was what I had hoped for. I came here originally because my usual salon was closed and I’m happy because this salon is really nice. Clean, the pedicure tubs have those plastic covers, the staff were friendly to customers and each other. It’s small but not crowded. I’ll be coming back exclusively here from now on

I use to go to this location when I finally found where Sara moved since leaving the other shop. I’ve always loved her work (Eyebrows) but at this point I’ve been having to say “hey this looks too high or could you get this?”. I never had a problem when going to her so I’m like I’m a give her one more chance which was my third try. I still didn’t like my brows after the third try so I found another shop. Being that the shop is so far away I decided to go in this past Saturday and give Sara another chance since it’s been like 7 months. I get there and I wait and after her husband tell me I can go back he comes in the room. I ask him where Sara at and he said she on maternity leave. I said I’ll wait in her because I’m scared. He says “I taught her how to do brows”. I trusted him and was disappointed. Let’s just say I started a new job with my eyebrows different sizes and uneven.

Alexis did my pedicure she was awesome. Sara was also excellent with my eyebrow waxing. Dip manicure was satisfactory, cuticles were shabby looking and dip itself had streaks. I did however like the shape.

My experience here is amazing I mainly get my eyebrows done by Sarah she’s does an AMAZING JOB!! I would recommend her over anybody in the Hampton roads area. I’ve gotten my feet done here too but I forgot her name but overall this place is nice and warm welcoming ! 🤩

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone that works here! Sara is a magician with her eyebrow talents. Megan is brilliant with her designs/nails and pedicures. She fixed a botched job from another location. Every person I’ve interacted with is warm, welcoming, and professional. I treated my boyfriend to his first pedicure and Jazlyn took great care of him! All around, this shop is SPOTLESS. You can tell the new owner is obsessed with sanitation! I’ll never trust anyone with my needs again! Thank you so much ladies!

Last Saturday went for eyebrows wax & told the guy exactly what I wanted & not to make my eyebrows thin just clean them up. He did everything I asked him not to do!! I was in tears like OMG! I have never gotten my eyebrows so messed up in my life he should not be allowed to do eyebrows because he does NOT know what he is doing!!!! I was so upset it was like I let a 5 year old do my eyebrows & all he said was sorry you don’t have to pay if you don’t like it. Why would I pay for you to rip all my eyebrows away & make them so uneven & thin? There is nothing I can do to fix them besides learn how to fill them in & wait months for them to grow back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Should be an option for ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!

I love this place! No one touches my brows but Sara and her husband does an excellent job on my nails and pedi! The atmosphere is amazing. Clean and well lit! Prices are reasonable and Megan hands down does the best designs I have ever seen!!! This is the only place I will go!!!

I just recently started going here and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is great and I feel welcome and comfortable every time I go in. Megan is fantastic, she puts so much thought and care into her work and I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and creates great relationships with them. Okay the place is clean and the people are supper friendly. The environment is very chill and relaxing, however, I am giving a one star because the man that did my nails damaged them drastically. I asked for an over lay and I walked out with know nails. He filed them too short and when he was cleaning under my nails with the drill he grinned down all my nails. Then after acknowledging his mistake he apologized however still changed me $48 after he messed up my nails. I walked in whit long nails and I walked out with nails down to the skin and he did nothing to correct hit wrong.

Sara is the absolute best! Shes been doing my eyebrows for YEARS! Her personality as well as her talent keeps me coming back for service! I always recommend her. The shop is #1 on list since Sara has taken ownership!

My 14 year old daughter had been begging me to take her in to get her eyebrows waxed. Something I know nothing about. We went in and I impressed with how clean the salon looked. Everyone was nice. My daughter was a little nervous because she was afraid it would hurt, but Sara was great and when we left, my daughter felt more confident and she was excited. Sara did a great job. She said she wanted to come back and get her nails done.

Megan is the best tech. She is very gentle and cares about your want and needs. She does awesome in my nails and I will forever go back!

Very nice salon, not happy with my nails. They’re thick, and honestly not at all what I expected. The guy doing them took his time (took about an hour and a half) and the polish is uneven. He did pretty much what the wanted, didn’t ask me at all what I wanted. They’re way too long, and not the shape I wanted either. You can see where he didn’t get the old nail polish off, and where my nails where before I got a fill. Very unsatisfactory especially for how much I paid.Sarah was doing someone’s nails next to me, and they looked great.

Very professional and serene environment! And if you’re there to get your brows done by Sarah, even if there’s a wait, her work will make the wait worth it! No one else touches my brows AT ALL! She’s the best around, hands down!!

The owners Sara and her husband are AMAZING! I searched high and low to find her once she left the one shop she worked in to start her own business. During my search, I did not let anyone touch my eyebrows, I was going to find her and then it happened!! I travel from Virginia Beach just for her! Shes just that GREAT! I know not to come on Tuesdays and come early because they will be a long wait for her due to the Loyals (like me😉). I was going to visit yesterday but shes out sick; kudos to her for letting us know on FB, so I knew not to make that long drive. AWESOME nail salon!!! Lezen (Sara’s husband) does such an awesome job! Really took his time and was very gently and my nails were beyond my expectations. Jazlyn did awesome with my toes! I’m more than happy with their customer service and how well I was treated there. 10/10!!!

The place is very clean and the staff is nice, I wasn’t thrilled about my nails. They are a bit lumpy and already lifting and it’s not quite time to get my fill yet. Maybe I’ll go for my brows and a pedi because they were really nice. I’ll probably let the guy do my nails next time.

I was in the area and needing to get my nails done quickly. I walked in and everyone was on their phone, which was fine because they didnt have any customers. But as soon as i walked in a just got starred at. No one said hello or anything and i felt awkward. Finally i heard someone speak so i looked around for the voice to find a lady sitting on the floor, then all of the sudden 2 dogs coming running around from underneath one of the tables. I was immediately turned off by this because i think it is highly unsanitary and very unprofessional especially not knowing if any customers might be allergic. They never put the dogs up and i had dog hair on my pants after leaving. I was there for a long time, almost 2 hours just getting a fill in. The final product was fine but nothing to return for. That was my first and last time.

Great experience with Alexis! Got pedicure & French tips & she took her time & made sure they looked perfect!! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the future!!

Today was my first visit and I loved it. Professional and friendly. Evii was great. One of the best pedicures I have ever had.

I loved this place for my pedicures and eyelashes.. but I let them do a fill on my nails not only did the guy not get even close to what I was showing him I wanted but he ruined them all together, they are lumpy mis shaped angled wrong and just plan look terrible.. I now have to find another place to get them taken off to re do them, he put gel nail polish to charge me more even tho I said I wanted regular and I had to make him redo 4 before I would even leave cuz they were so bad.. I originally got my full set put on while I was on vacation in Maryland and absolutely love them so to have them ruined with a fill is very upsetting... I also was there in his chair for over an hour on just a fill.

If you want your eyebrows done right 🗣️ see Sara! Trust me they will everything you ever wanted. I like mine full, shaped, and arched lol. She gets it done!

I’ve never gotten my nail done here so I can’t speak for this experience but they lady Sarah who does eyebrows does a great job although she’s never in the shop... like EVER!

Every time I come in Im helped pretty fast and I always leave happy with what I get.

The owners have gentle souls which makes me feel calm and comfortable.

Got a pedi from them back in November around thanksgiving, got an infection on my toe which was a no go (that never happened to me before and I’ve gotten plenty of pedis) got a gel mani as well and it was okay but the gel/powder form cracked after about a week, risk of infection. Needless to say I was a little irritated. I also feel like for the fill ins they charged a bit much for something that didn’t last long. After that last gel crack I haven’t been back. Don’t let the dude do your nails it’s trash.

Sara does the best eyebrows in the 757! And I will always wait for her but it gets a little irritating to have to wait 30-45mins every time because they’re short staffed😐

Not good. I was charged $35 for a gel manicure, it was rushed and the woman painted on my skin so the polish peeled a day later. Theres a nail salon on every corner, try another one.
