I have been having problems with my nails coming off shortly after having them refilled. I have tried 4 different salons I was ready to take the nails off and forget the whole thing. Lucky Nail was recommended to me so I decided to give it one more try. OMG I am so happy with Kim’s nail application. The nails are smooth the edges are clean and even I can tell by looking that I shouldn’t have any more problems. I am thrilled

Always have a good experience here. Just met the new nail tech, Tasha, and she was Great! Only bad thing is that whenever the guys do nails or wax, they are really rough, and laugh if it hurts.

So some rude Karen came by today and was throwing a fit about waiting when we can all see that there a bunch of people. Anyway, if you guys see a bad review from what appears to be a Caucasian lady who visited on the 24th of July in 2021 around 1100 a.m., dont pay attention to her. The female nail tech who was servicing the customer had so much patience and I applaud her. Please visit this location at least once.

In from out of town visiting family and i went to get my nails and feet done but later on that night two of my nails start peeling off I got gel polish and my thumb and index finger literally peeled the same night!!!! I’m super upset that I have to go somewhere else to pay for a new polish very inconvenient

This place is amazing! I got reffered by a fellow Navy wife. She told me they were amazing, professional and very creative. I finally decided to go come from Norfolk. I sat with Hiep and he spoke about how his siblings and mother all work together and how he loves his job. He also talked about all his amazing customers. Its just amazing how he actually takes time to know his customers on a personal level. But to the the most important issue at hand is that he actually does exceptional work and I watched him sanitize everything as he went. I came in with a picture of what I wanted that I found online and he copied it exactly.. I would recommend to every one. I will be coming back .

I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I never leave disappointed! Hiep does an exceptional job with my individual eyelashes they last for a long time and are very inexpensive. He also takes his time and cares for my nails and feet every time I come to pamper myself after a hard day of work. Also, Kim is a wonderful owner and she has assisted me multiple times as well. She does amazing work too that is long lasting and very beautiful!!! I will definitely be back ... like I always do! 😉

I havent been to a nail salon in ages because I have a personal nail tech, but I cheated on her due to availability, & dont regret it. Ms. Kim was very nice & professional, plus the prices are very reasonable. Not only did I leave with a great manicure, she also shared great info on how to change my life for the better. Health wise & financially. I walked out of Lucky Nails a New Woman with pretty hands!!! I DEFINITELY recommend this place!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years now. I absolutely love them I don’t get my nails done anywhere else they have definitely spoiled with with my nails. Kim is very sweet and a great friend. Hiep does my nails to perfection every time idk what I’d do without him ! They are very accommodating and just do fantastic work all around nails, feet, lashes, eye brows want them perfect this is the place to go.

I really dont like this place the technicians do what they want I wanted high lighter green I ended up with high lighter pink I was there for 3 1/2 hours so yeah I let her but i already had in my mind i wasnt coming back and they are rude i have no patience for this dont go there unless you have time and patience

I just started going to this nail salon. My nail tech is now working here and shes been doing my nails for 2 years now. I love her. She does a great job every time. Her name is Grace. The nail salon is owned by her sister and it is run by family. Try them out. And they do awesome pedicures

Love Lucky Nails. I go to get pedicures and eyebrows and he does an amazing job.. super funny. Ive gotten my nails done a few times as well (cant continue because of work) and he was a perfectionist. My boyfriend goes with me to get pedicures as well. First place in Hampton/Newport News to every get my brows right.

I am in search of a new nail tech closer to where I live and the fact that Lucky Nails is close to where I live, has 4.5 stars and is opened on Sunday, I decided to give them a try today.I am pleased to say that it was a pleasant experience. My nail tech Hiep, (I hope that I spelled it correctly) was friendly, attentive and did a good job on my hands and feet. Im going to go back in a few weeks and I will share how it goes!

I just love this place. Very good with pedicure and get very detailed. I come from Norfolk to get my feet done.

I went in on my birthday to get my eye brows done. My eye brows are thick so i asked him to make them thinner. He went on to say he had been doing eye brows for 15 years and he didnt think it would look right. I told him i didnt care and i wanted them thin. He goes back over the same area and burned my eye. I woke up with a scab on my eye brow. Im pissed.

The wait is long asf here and they move slow as if they dont wanna make no money. I wouldnt recommend this place to a funeral home if they need service. I will NOT be returning after this experience. Sad part I was looking for a nail shop to accommodate my bridal party but, Ill be taking my business else where.

The man doing my nails couldnt even explain to me what the difference between acrylic and gel nails were. Also charged me an extra $15 just for getting a gel nail polish. When I asked to get gel nails he said next time you come you get gel nail, last longer. Worst experience Ive ever had, I will never go back.

My nails looked great. However I was insulted the entire time I was there. Another customer even spoke up & said the owner was rude.

Usually get my brows done here, the service is fast and great. The last time I went this past Saturday and no one was there, I waited for 10 mins and no one showed up so went to the spa/waxing place next door. Seen someone drive up to open almost 30 mins late.

Love my nails first time and just moved to the area so I am really happy they are definitely number one for my go to spot at the moment!

Went on a humbug on 10/28/17. The man did my nails. I actually changed from square to stellato I told them I like my nails to be thick and not thin. He recommended I get a new full set because it would be easier and quicker to form the stellato however I didnt wanna do that at the time. He preceded with my original request and took his time with filing shaping and forming my nails! I am VERY!! picky about my nails and who does them. I truly recommend!
