I came in close to closing time to get my wife’s ring inspected and cleaned. Instead of telling me to come back Layla and Aja were nice, courteous, professional and patient. Thank you for the great service. This is why I only shop here for jewelry.

I came in a couple months ago and bought 3 LeVian rings for myself and my daughters. I know with each LeVian purchase you get paperwork of authenticity. I have yet to receive this paperwork. I called a few times the other day and you can clearly hear someone pick up the receiver and then hang up straightaway. I have emailed Layla SEVERAL times and keep getting excuses and still havent gotten a reply. I had to call another store to get the information of whom to contact at that store since I couldnt get through. I called again and this time someone answered. I asked for the manager, conveniently hes not there. I ask to speak to the assistant manager, but they were at lunch. I left my name and a number for Brandon, the store manager, to call me. I am not surprised I still havent gotten a call or an email. I have been a loyal customer to Kays for 20 years. I have several pieces of LeVian and spend a lot of money there. I wont be back to buy from them again. I will call LeVian to see what needs to be done to get the paperwork.

The Store Manager, Brandon Gomez was endlessly flirty and friendly. I’m not sure if that was his approach with pitching sales but it was so obvious he was flirting. I found it aggressive and I felt uncomfortable after asking to see a timepiece. He proceeded to lick his lips while providing information about the watch i was looking at and kept on trying to pull his pants up and fixing his clothes in front of me. It was a bit weird and odd. I ended up leaving and walking out since he made me feel so uncomfortable during the store visit. I don’t recommend.

Extremely unprofessional!! I made an order online for pickup of an engagement ring, so I called them to make sure it would be ready before before the end of the day and the woman answered the phone acted like I was speaking chinese.... I asked her nicely about the order and she paused 10 seconds and said what? like I was a child.... This girl was very rude and unprofessional. I was speachless..... I was trying my hardest to keep my cool after being disrespected like this... After putting me on hold she came back with the order information I needed and with a totally different attribute.... Im guessing I didnt sould like someone who would be buying a ring.... Im not sure why she was so hostile.... When I went into the store to pick the ring up the man who handled my order was unprofessional too! He asked me if I knew that I could have came into the store to buy it like I was slow.... Keeping my cool,,, I told him I havent been in the mall for many years and I wanted to get in and out... Then he loud talks me shaming me for not coming into the mall for so long! What the hell??? If I didnt need that engagement ring for a planned event the next day, I would have gotten my money back! Im sure this store looses business because of these two unprofessional people! Especially the woman... If I find the same ring somewhere else this week, Im coming for a refund!!!

I walked in not too long ago to ask about employment. I guess there was a lady before me, but the representative made eye contact with me. I began to speak to her only for her to just throw her finger up at me, smile at the other lady, and ask her how she was and what she could help her with. That was so upsetting because I purchased a ring from Kay and have always had great things to say about you all. I didn’t catch her name, but it was an Asian lady.

Worst experience. The staff has no idea what’s going on. I had a repair that was supposed to be back on December 2nd and they are constantly giving me wrong information and the run around(it’s the 23rd!) The DM Brandon and manager Layla were supposed to call me and let me know whats going on, they never did. I had to reach out to them to get answers. Then when I asked to speak to the DM in the store I was told the DM was a female. Lies after lies. Horrible customer service. Save your time and money and just go to another location, better yet go to another store.

Pro: Centrally located in the mall and well staffed. Decent discounts and they support military. Willing to fix mistakes.Con: Issues with following directions for special orders. In one case it took four tries to get my wifes wedding bands and engagement rings properly engraved and soldered.Overall: Recommended for basic jewelry needs, but not complicated jewelry repair.

Just made a purchase at Kay Jewelers at Patrick Henry Mall. Aside from the fact that I was indecisive on which ring I wanted more, Layla never seemed impatient and stayed professional. She made the experience totally worth it! She has been with Kay for several years. If you ever go to Kay, ask for Layla!

Stay away unless a sales associate Tara is working she is amazing. My Fiance got me an engagement ring and once i went back to have it resized because it was a little looser than i realized. one sales associate looked at my ring and said this is a promise ring not an engagement ring. Regardless i picked it out myself and love the ring. Its not an employees job to comment on someones choice. I will never return here unless i deal with Tara directly.

Took my ring there to be sized and was given a date it would be back after not being able to wear my ring for about 8 months or so they couldn’t guarantee my wedding ring being back on time. I don’t need apologies I need my results smh so not a happy customer

Went in today 2/27 after my neckless broke. The sales person told me the neckless is not under warranty. I showed her proof where we did in fact have a warranty and explained it has been fixed 4 times before. After she started getting very rude and pushy with me I began to loose my temper as instead of trying to give me a quote on how much it would cost to fix it she started trying to sell me a new chain. I explained to her my husband and I both work commission based jobs too and I did not appreciate her approach. She started to raise her voice at me and get very rude to the point I asked for a mangers number AND corporate and walked away. I told my husband what had happened he then went in there and she stared yelling at him saying she was not rude. He also asked for a managers number. Below is the card she gave me..... ITS THE WRONG NUMBER!!!! The trip was suppose to be a special one where I would get my neckless fixed and order our wedding rings. Instead I left crying and my husband left pissed off. The corporate number was t much better after waiting 35 mins on hold for a manager all she could offer was to sell me a warranty for something that was already broke. We have been purchasing from Kay’s for 15 years. I will never step foot in there again including the $10,000 we planned on spend this month ordering our wedding rings

Ive been in the store for about 10 to 20mins now. Only 2 people working and no one has even acknowledge that I am standing here. If this is how they treat their account holders and credit card holders than I advise possible new customers to find another location. Very rude, unprofessional.

Horrible customer service! My boyfriend bought me a bracelet from the Williamsburg store on Valentines Day and we wanted to return it the same day to the location here at Patrick Henry Mall and the lady told us no! She said they cant to returns the same day from another location because its not in the system yet????? So we said okay, well come back. Just went back today and a lady said sorry not enough money in their drawer. Mind you, it was 190 bucks. How is this our problem! The lady said keep calling until they have the money or wait two weeks to get a check cut! Ya, no. So now i dont get a valentines day gift, thanks to their crappy customer service!Just called back today and the Manager said she still doesnt have the money in the drawer....since the 16th! Yeah right. They are lazy and horrible.
