Pretty standard carwash. Nothing particularly notable. Would appreciate consistent guidance into the wheel track when entering the wash as most often Im left to just guessing if Im centered (and Im not always 100%). The drying process is pathetic. If you dont like water marks (after an $18 wash), bring a towel and plan to dry your vehicle in the parking lot. The automated wash does a pressured air dry and a automated rolling towel dry that ONLY dries your hood to mid roof. Your mirrors, rear window and trunk/hatch are left covered in water that will spot if left to air dry. Thankfully Ive not experienced any vehicle damage thus far like others have experienced.

Im actually reviewing this on behalf of my mother. Apparently, one of the workers had guided her onto the tracks incorrectly, and took a large chunk out of one of her front tires. Upon talking to the manager, he said that the moment the car was driven off the lot, it wasnt his problem. Like what??? Theres literally security camera footage of her car being led off the rails.Wouldnt recommend purely because of that.

The man at the gates who greeted me and processed the payment for my wash was really nice, and upbeat. Its always nice to be helped by someone who doesnt seem like they hate their life, lol. The wash itself was perfect; all of the bugs came off, the car was clean and shiny, and I used the vacuums as well, which worked perfectly.Im giving four out of five, because the soap left a nasty film on my four side windows that I had to clean with Windex. Other than that, Im very pleased.

The first thing that I request that you do is make sure that all back windows are brushed prior to sending the car through the wash. My car has a bit of an overhang over my window in the back which never gets cleaned without the brush of a individual doing it first. Also it’s very frustrating that the cars do not get clean going through your car wash, there always seems to be dirt left and who wants to keep going through to get a clean car over and over. And not being able to have your car wiped down except for the hood and half way over your roof is frustrating as well

First time customer .They must of had some one new spraying off the cars he was moving vary slowly so it was a long wait. and this car wash does not do well with the trucks missing the back window all together unless it was the new guy responsibility to clean the back window. and if it is not a new guy then he needs to work on his speed we will try it with my car next and see if they do better.

Very impressed at how well their car wash got all the smushed bugs off after a weekend up north camping. Love that the vacuums are free also.

Does a great job on my truck! Makes it shine and look like it’s brand new! Only thing that gets missed is my back window. Nothing worse than having a clean truck other than the back window.

By far the worst car washing experience of my life. You caused $900 damage in scratches to my 2 month old truck and when I filed a report with the branch you claimed zero responsibility. Blamed it on the bad clear coat job and leaving the vehicle outside in the elements. The truck is 2 months old! I went to the car wash with zero scratches and came out with $900 worth, how can you not be held accountable. If it wasnt for your employees that need their job I would be all over social media like several others have already done and bashing your terrible outfit. This was the worst of many terrible experiences. The vehicle always comes out with dirt on it still and its not even dry after. Would you like any more of my stories on your wonderful company?!

Competitive prices, even a little relaxing, most importantly they offer free vacuuming while most others charge a minimum of $2 all the way up to $4.

I asked for the $18, she gave me the $14. Not that any difference would of been made by the looks of things...on how my SUV ended up afterwards. Left my vehicle in a terrible mess! Dirt still on several areas, both sides & on the back of my SUV! BUGS still on the front! Windows were not cleaned in spots, no one to dry it off after the wash. I called them leaving 2 voicemails have yet to receive a return call back! Friends that I know were right. NOT IMPRESSED, probably wont go back! Would of not given any stars if that were an option. I tried to remove it, hate it was the reason for leaving it with just the 1 star, which is ok with me. I would have done a better job had I went to a self serve somewhere else!

I have a months membership..so my line with the automatic entrance had about 6 cars in front of me. Customers without memberships drove right up and merged in with my long line. 4 cars that drove in after me, got ahead of me with this process. Definitely did not appreciate this system!

Got the unlimited wash. Learned later that they want to charge my credit card monthly. Wasnt told this when they sold me the monthly unlimited card wash. Feel like I was deceived. The wash didnt clean all the mud and salt off. Had to run through again.

THE WORST PLACE EVER TO GET YOUR CAR WASHED. They’ll damage your car and not replace anything. They ripped my spoiler right off my car and said they’d call me in 3 days but I had to call them after 4 days. I would highly recommend staying far away from these washes if you want your car to not be damaged

The car is never as clean as it was when you were FIREHOUSE FIVE. tHE WINDOWS HAVE WATERSPOTS, AND THE ROCKER PANNELS ARE STILL DIRTY. IF there were a firehouse five around,you would never see us!!

I dont care how special the members are, we were in line for 8 mins. There were 5 cars in front us and we didnt move. The members went flying through and we sat there, nobody was going in the wash. As we were told buy s member ship. I dont people looking at me just driving by why they sit there. Its a bunch B.S. NOT A GOOD WHY OF DOING BUSINESS, THATS MY OPINION. WHEN WE GOT THROUGH THE GATE WE WENT RIGHT IN .WE WOULD RATHER SIT IN LINE AT THE WASH WAITING OUR TURN THEN SITTING WATCHING MEMBERS DRIVE BY.

They do a good job definitely get your car clean and honestly there are not very many places that you can just drive your car through and Bay City so I would definitely recommend this

I went through the wash 3 times and it still did not remove the berry stains that were on my hood of my SUV. I went home and was easily able to remove it! They MUST be able to use a brush!!! The back of my SUV is NEVER CLEAN after the wash either. Mister Carwash is a ad comparison to the FIREHOUSE car wash!!!! Too Bad and I will be canceling my membership:-(

Dont like carwash since the change of ownership, i do have to compliment the people that work there tho,they are all nice but they raised prices, there is nobody at the end to wipe off my vehicle, for 14$ they should have a few people at the end to dry off my mirrors and finsh my windshield and wipe down everywhere else cos there is water literally dripping down both sides, front and back and if i let it dry it will leave water spots everywhere

Honestly where do I start? I had heard horrible rumors that this place was known for scratching cars. But I still gave it a try, my bad. Well took my brand new 2021 through and we’ll guess what, my car was scratched up. Took it back and talk to Chris after waiting 30 mins. He took my info and said he would review with the GM. Got a call next day that because the GM felt it didn’t happen in the car wash, he was denying it. Ok who can I talk to above the GM? Because it’s a brand new car and it didn’t happen in the two miles to the business. No one he says….. this business is hands down living up to the reputation they made for themselves. I miss Firehouse…… run away and be prepared for damage to your vehicle if you use them. Also don’t believe me? See all the other Google reviews discussing car damage.

I left the wash with scratches all over my truck AND it was still dirty. Never even dried it. This car was is the worst Ive ever been to. I cant believe it ruined my paint.

Does a fantastic job on my car. The unlimited car wash club makes it worth every penny. I could wash my car as many times I want a day, everyday, no matter what.The company I work for washes their vehicles here, including personal vehicles, and has not had any problems.I cant believe how many bad reviews this place has. I wash my car almost everyday there and love it. Sometimes I do have to fix my mirror, but its not the end of the world or worth having to write a bad review over.It literally leaves my black car absolutely spotless, including the tires and wheels. Tire shine and all.Ill take a picture of my Saab tomorrow after I get another wash. Looks great.Dare I say better than firehouse? My car definitely looks better than the job they did, it literally smells better, and its WAY CHEAPER with the unlimited wash club.

Hands-down the worst car wash in the Tri-City area decided to give them another try after giving them way too many tries. it seems they just rush you through don’t even make sure they get dirt off your car.

Took it upon myself to go here in my custom pickup truck. All friends warned me NOT to go here but I figured Id try it out anyways because I was in a good mood. Paid 14$ hoping for the best. The guy at the front was nice and talked highly about his job. Got 3/4ths of the way through the wash and I heard a loud bang. The new guy at the front that controls the flow of what and how our vehicles are being washed, not even in there paying attention or doing his job let a piece for washing the top of the cab let my visor take a hard hit when it couldve been avoided had he did his job. I had water leak in on 2 parts of the top of my cab and left there in major disappointment. The manager said it hit my truck so hard it through my truck 2 rollers off track, so I had to pull forward 2 rollers and carefully finish the wash or I could have lost my visor. Talk about a horrible experience. Now my tail lights are even acting up. If I could give that less than zero I would. Runs on the rims and tailgate/roll pan included. 1st time and I wish I wouldve listened to everybody else. Definitely found this bad experience out the hard way...

The back of my truck has never gotten clean once at this car wash. There is always dirt left spread across the back window and railgarr.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your plan of paying a set price and then being able to come whenever you want. AWESOME! I HATE that your car is not dry at the end. HATE HATE HATE. Seriousley HATE. (And so does ALL of my co-workers!) If there were another option for a car wash, that actually had the car dry at the end, I would go there in a heartbeat. Guess we were just used to the Firehouse Car House way, of a person actually DRYING your car at the end.

I just had a brand new windshield installed and went thru the car wash and now I have a bunch of fine scratches in it.

Its nice paying once a month to get your car wash as many times as you want if they spray both sides and the tailgate off. They should have two people spray before you go into the wash or one person spraying it off it would only take a couple of seconds to do that and spraying off the brake dust off the tires

Youre the only car wash in town, I dont like that I can not pay a few dollars more to have my tires shined without having to up to the next tier. I also dont like that they do not towel dry the vehicle because the blowers do not blow the water off enough because they rush you through before it gets a chance and I also dont like that they do not pre wash your wheel wales. Sub Par at the least and hoping service and quality will increase.

I love the members program, I just wish the members express lane was operational by now.My vehicle is much cleaner than the old Firehouse wash system, especially the lift gate and bumpers.I really liked the damp cloth that Firehouse provided for wiping down my dashboard and gauges.I wish the new system included hand drying, but I understand the safety issues.My vehicle definitely is much wetter after leaving the new wash system, but it only takes a minute to dry off the excess water.

When you first took over I was skeptical because the old car wash employees made eye contact and smiled. But your customer service has improved considerably. Employees smile, wave and with the come aa often as you want attitude the value is there too. Thanks for asking for feedback.

Firehouse used to have people on both sides of the car that sprayed the front to get the bugs off, got the wheels wells, and rear-end of car sprayed good at the start of the wash. They at least put some effort into it. Now they have one person that barely spays. Last time the guy should have just kept the spay gun in the holder and hit the start button. Literally 1 second spray in the front and a quick 1 second on the driver side and he was done. Really, what was the point? Front of Car still had some dirt and salt left, the rear-end of car had build up of salt still left over from lack of water / rinse and cleaning in that area. Sides of car where good, and the tire shine did its job. The girl that took the order at the start was friendly and seemed to be in good spirits despite having to be out in the cold. Ill stick to the $7 and $10 wash till quality improves or just wash it myself.

I hate being packed thru the wash, usually just a few feet behind the vehicle in front, or behind mine. They also do a horrible job cleaning wheel wells and step bumpers are never clean. Ready to discontinue my membership.

Made quick work of my dirty vehicle. Along with the quickness of getting through quite a few vehicles...Only knocking one star off for limited staff on the initial spray down of the vehicle. Two people are easily much better at getting your vehicle sprayed in its entirety than one who obviously didnt touch the passenger side.Prices seem fair although dont expect a cloth or a bag for your vehicle either. Ten dollars got us the basic with a bottom blast.

Boy do I miss firehouse. Never had to get out and pull my side view mirrors back in place from being bashed by the brushes. Does not clean very well and always have to clean the rear of the vehicle as it looks untouched, every time....

Would love to see air fresheners being sold here. I would stock up! Please bring them back.

The prices are higher and the wash quality is poor. No one brushed the front and back of my SUV before entering the car wash. Left film and dirt on back and front. Far cry from the old Firehouse Wash. Been hearing this from people all over town. I can go to a gas station wash and get the same deal for less.Update 1 year later, I am still using Mister Car Wash, still not getting bug spray all the time when I pull in, or a decent spray in the back of my car. I did talk to management about the poor wash and they said to just come back through and get it washed again. 2 things I would work on. #1 bug spray on the windows and front of the car every time during the bug seasons. #2 Power wash the entire back of the car better other than a one sided spray. I do like your $20.00 per month unlimited car wash program. Just need to improve on getting the car clean the first time. The drying process is also lacking. Guess I was spoiled with the hand drying I used to get with Firehouse. Other than that I am upgrading you to 4 stars.

Car was ok but did not get as clean as I would like.

Water pressure is far too high for roof cleaning, blew through the sunroof seal of my 3 year old F150 and sprayed a larger amount of water into the interior. This is the only car wash I’ve had this problem with, sunroof hadn’t been opened in months.

Happy for the most part...My truck never gets really dirty but theyre have been time that the tailgate isnt really clean after I gone thru...I heard if people complaining about theyre vehicles getting scratched,Ive been thru it a hundred times..never had an issue
