I have been here several times now, and every time the service went above and beyond what I expected. The staff is always kind, couteous, respectful, and excited to serve you. I have never been in there when they havent thanked me for choosing them. Especially Ed, who is always genuine, kind, and exceptionally helpful.On my most recent trip, I dropped off my prized-pearl ring to get it repaired. They gave me an estimate the next day to get the ring sized and pearl replaced; however, when they called I had just been in a car accident, so I told them that I wouldnt be able to afford the re-sizing because my deductable from the car accident was going to cost more than I could afford. I would however, pay for the pearl to be replaced.When I went to pick up my ring, they resized it for me ANYWAY, free of charge, because they cared about me and wanted to make sure I could fully enjoy my beautiful ring. As long as I live in the area, I will always go here and recommend it to everyone!
