Our daughter was referred here by her Kaiser podiatrist to get some shoes with a heel lift. We were first referred to the Fair Oaks location but then Sarah transferred to the Roseville location so we were told to go there. First they lost her shoes so they were supposed to pay for and order new ones.. Now nobody has a clue where the new shoes are and every time we call were told theyll call us when they find them! We have been waiting since May!

If you are a veteran using VA, go somewhere else for you orthopedic needs! The customer service from this clinic is really bad on the front desk end. I recently went in for some orthopedic shoes and everything was fine at first. Then they could not get the shoes in that were ordered, so the called me and said, there will be a couple of weeks of delay due to COVID. I was patient and told them that I understood and I could wait for the shoes. Then 3 weeks later, the day before my appointment they called and stated that the shoes would not be ready until September of this year (Keep in mind that my initial appointment was March for a fitting). So they get you in for a fitting and then tell you that they cant get our shoes until September! Then when I called back to say I would look at getting some other type of shoe, they had already cancelled my appointment and told me they would reschedule the appointment in September for some shoes. To top that off the receptionist hung up on me after I let her know that she was interrupting me while I was talking for the third time! This clinic is being totally mismanaged and they have now been reported to the Veterans Administration for these actions. If you are using VA benefits to go to this clinic, chose another company, this one does not care about customer service or veterans!

If you can find another place; I would go there instead!They were suppose to call me about setting up a time for fitting a knee brace. I waited the two days plus that my insurance company said that they would be calling me. They never called me. When I decided to call them; the receptionist was quite rude. (Like she was doing me a favor giving me an appointment). I asked her where they were located and she’s said Roseville. I stated I live in Roseville; I’d like the address. Very curtly see rattled off the address. Guess you’d have to have been there to believe her attitude.My nurse called me to check and see if Hanger called me. I told her what happened and she was surprised and wondered why it would take 2 weeks to get in. She followed up with Hanger Within a half an hour someone from hanger called me to get measurements of my knee. No appointment necessaryToday I went in for my knee brace. The tech came out calling me by my last name. (Like I was I the military) No mrs or miss ; just my last name. I told him what my name was and he said oh! I meant to say Mrs. yeah right! He was quite pleasant after I told him I wasn’t impressed with the way their company treats their patients.The impression I got from my experience is they have little respect for their patients. Again ... like they’re doing me a favor.I’m passing this information on to my insurance company

Amazing place overall!! I walked in to get a boot for my leg and was treated like family. Matt, or Matthew, helped me fit my boot and was nothing but friendly and had the best attitude. Once again I had a great experience!!! Highly recommend

The Hanger Clinic: Prosthetics & Orthotics gave us great service after my daughters ankle surgery. The staff was very patient kind an accommodating.

It takes two weeks to get an appointment. Presumably when you get a brace, post surgery, and they are very expensive, you actually need it. When you call and explain you cant use it because it needs adjustment another week wait pretty much negates the whole process. They are very nice but quite unable to get the job done.

I always made my leg brace from hanger for the last 21 years and I really appreciate their service they’re great service.

Hi I want to thank Hanger clinic Prosthetic Assistant Paul Scurti, for his outstanding work building me a new prosthetic limb, In 1976 I had a severe motorcycle accident and had my left leg amputated 6 below the knee, I have a very difficult stump to fit, Ive had about 10 prosthetic limbs, Paul made me the best limb Ive ever had, he chose the right combination of parts and his work in making everything happen the paper work, his skills in casting the new socket and he did this in record time, I cant say enough about how valuable Paul is to me and you, I have had the new limb for almost a month and I love it, Im very active and its great to not be in pain everyday. Mike carson At hangers is the best I could of nevermade it with him H e met me at Roseville care center .I was there for two week then when and got to gather with me he said that this going to be a joinery.it was he never made me feel like I was take up his time and .andy thing I ask him he help me through .I like people to know that when you got mike Carson In youre company you got a good person .Robert Leboutheller
