Very happy with Precision Heating & Air. Cecil Carpenter came out to do a check on my A/C system before I turned it on this year. Scheduling was easy, and speedy - I called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Cecil checked everything over, cleaned the outside unit, and answered all of my (many) questions. Everything looked good, so he let me know about some maintenance items that need to be done at some point, but he didnt pressure me on them. I ended up with a cleaned and checked-out system for a *very* reasonable price. Theyre now my go-to company for heating and cooling. :)

I cannot recommend Precision enough! They have done our annual maintenance but also just did an AC replacement for us. Cecil and his crew answered all of our questions and got the job done quickly so that we could get our home cool again. They are fast and they dont cut corners!

We had our ac go out a week ago and our warranty system took forever to find a contactor. I called them and they sent someone the same day. Half an hour later he fixed the system. The repairman was polite and professional.

Year number 3 of using Precision Heating and Air to service and maintenance our AC unit and they are still GREAT!!! Through all of our interactions they have never missed an appointment, have always been professional and from their office staff (Christina) to their technician (Mark) they are very knowledgeable. Great company to be associated with, couldnt imagine doing business with any other HVAC company!

Precision Heating & Air, specifically Cecil Carpenter, was referred to me by a business associate when our gas heating system was having issues. They were responsive and came out sooner than I expected they would. The situation was evaluated and resolved. Though our heater was 30 years old, the attempt to fix it was made, at no charge. A month or so later, it finally kicked the bucket and we called Precision Heating & Air to replace the old unit. The service was quick, professional, and well done, and at a reasonable price. All ran smoothly the remainder of the winter and we are ready for the next one. Over the summer, we had a clogged pipe in our AC unit, only about 10 years old now, and some leaking duct work, also 30 years old. We called Precision to handle both issues and again they provided speedy, professional, and quality work at a reasonable price. All issues resolved. We highly recommend them!

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!My A/C unit blew up and was 23 years old...so I knew it was to old to repair and it needed to be replaced. I have a home warranty, but they were a nightmare to work with. The only thing my home warranty company has done right, was assigning Precision Heating and Air to my case.Precision Heating and Air showed up the next day, after I made my home warranty claim. These guys were very professional, prompt and beyond nice. After their findings/diagnosis was reported to my home warranty company they stayed in touch with me, they even loaned me a window unit (free of charge) to keep our bedroom cool, so we could sleep comfortably. When my home warranty company started dragging their feet and giving me the run around....Precision Heating and Air took matters into their own hands and contacted/worked it out with the home warranty company so Precision Heating and Air could use their own equipment (instead of waiting for the warranty company to purchase then ship their equipment) the day Precision Heating and Air got the go ahead from the warranty company, they had me booked next day for the install.The installers showed up ON TIME and finished in a timely manner, they gave me maintenance tips to ensure the new unit stays healthy.Precision Heating and Air is a godsend! Precision Heating and air was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were very communicative, patient and kind. They were punctual to all of our scheduled appointments and returned any missed calls including those that didn’t include a voicemail. They were respectful of our home agreeing to enter with shoe covers and clean up after their work. That made us feel like a true priority. The receptionist was phenomenal! Our service was dispatched through our warranty company and I have had several experiences where warranty calls are treated unfairly or unimportant, but Kelsey made me feel like she would any other customer and made sure my family and I were well catered too in resolving our issue. It was 98 degrees in our home and our warranty company didn’t even prioritize us. Their communication was awful and they failed several times to provide what was needed to precision heating and air to complete the service call. Kelsey waited patiently on several three way calls with the warranty company with me to make sure both sides had what was needed. It didn’t stop there. Home Warranty of America refused to provide us with temporary air despite the fact that it was an emergency call with a 6 month old baby living in these conditions, but Kelsey stepped up and had two temporary air units rushed out to our home to provide some cooling until our unit was repaired. Having no AC in the summer is not a great situation to be in but this experience could not have gone better. From the high level of expertise and customer service, to squeezing me into the schedule way sooner than expected - this was a 5 star experience. Everyone that came to my home was kind, helpful and very skilled. Whoever does the hiring here knows what they are doing. I’m so happy my warranty covered a new unit, that was the best part of the whole situation.

I’ve never had to deal with submitting a claim through my home warranty company and I was just really confused about how it worked and what was covered. A huge shout out to Cecil and his crew for our new heating/A/C unit! we absolutely love it and our home is nice and cool! We were so impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. To begin with, he provided us with 4, yes 4 estimates, so we could choose what worked best for us. We chose the unit, and install was to be 5 days away. Cecil quickly and professionally responded to our many questions, including a last minute plea to put the new unit in a different spot from the old. They showed up on time, were very friendly and worked hard to get it all done in one day, even staying late to make sure we were up and running! Thank you so very much!

I cant actually speak to their heating and air work but these guys are super nice, professional and helpful. They were fixing my neighbors a/c and saw me trying to fix a flat tire in my driveway. I had a horrible time getting my AC fixed from a different company (over a month). Precision got my AC working in a couple of days (the couple of days was because of ordering parts and holiday). Mark and Cecil came to my house and was professional, answered my questions and didn’t rush. Christina (back at the office) would text me everyday giving me a updated status on the parts. I can’t express how thankful I am for how this team took care of my issue. Great company!

My home warranty co sent Precision out to my home due to an AC issue. I ended up having to pay for the repairs as the warranty co said it wasnt covered. I CANNOT express enough how AWESOME this co is! I love the fact that its a family owned co and the owners actually CARE about their customers, their employees and the work they do. Came out and stated I had a loose wire,( not sure about that)Fixed and fan running in a few minutes. That same day A/C wasnt working and finally fan on unit stopped again. Homewarreny assigned same company and scheduled appointment whith Presision heating and air they refused( thankfully) .They were unprofessional on the phone and ignored calls. Been without AC for 12 days, relying on this company was a huge disappointment and waste of time. Would not recommend!!!!
