As a former submariner I am used to working with the best of the best and I am glad to say that this company is one of the best of the best in the area. From my initial contact to the completion of annual maintenance they were consistently professional courteous and timely. Robert my HVAC technician displayed outstanding knowledge of the profession and explained all the readings on the refrigeration unit as he went along and cleaned it. I highly recommend this to anybody in the area as I will definitely be using them again.

So happy to have called them for help with my water heater. I called and within 10 minutes had a tech call me back. A few hours later they were there. Robert had the diagnosis in seconds and an estimate for a new heater a minute later. I was expecting them to be here all day but the job was finished in an hour with just a quick trip up the road. I couldnt believe how quick easy and stress free the process was! Needing a new heater was the last thing I wanted to hear but I feel like with the techs positive attitude and amazing lightning fast response and work it just made a bad thing into a positive thing, and now we are enjoying the hottest baths weve had since weve moved in. Cant thank you guys enough and will definitely call again for any future issues. Highly recommend them especially since the first company I called couldnt even be bothered to call me back so I was frustrated to begin with. Mason and sons really saved the day!

Very positive experience. On site within 24 hours and problem fixed quickly. Technician was nice and gave advice to help prevent the problem in the future. I was referred by some friends that used them and was very happy. Will call again when needed.

David & Michael spoke nicely & professionally on the phone, but their company’s work was far from it. They left ceiling tiles taken out in our doctors office for 6 days of business and DID NOT replace them when the job was done - “out of their scope”. Unprofessional, Overcharged & NOT good for their word!

Called for gas line install and they said they were only working on AC calls until August and to call back then.

Booked an appointment to come to house - they did not show or call. Rebooked for 2 days later again they did not show or call. Rebooked again (foolish me) and again they did not show or call. When I called them they said “well I guess were not going to be able to get to it”. 10 days wasted while renter at my home continued to complain daily about lack of heat. Would NOT recommend

I had to ask around for a plumbing service that uses Propress fittings. I finally found Mason & Son. Robert, my technician, came on time, well prepared and completed the repair PRONTO. I recommend these folks to anyone. They were simply great. I also strongly recommend the use of Propress fittings mainly because they are top quality, fast, easy to use and there is NO hot work involved. I will not hesitate to call Mason & Son in the future if need be. Thanks again. Dave

Requested services twice, once for a stuck drain and once for a water heater replacement. Both times the initial communication was great - very friendly and thorough. Tec was just here. Installed a new kitchen faucet. Fixed a running commode and repaired a drip drip on the shower. I will give 10 stars for being trustworthy. I would give them a key to my house and have them come in. Now the reason I have dropped a star. They can not carry all the parts they might need with them. I was charged for the parts AND for time to got get the parts. I have no problem paying for the parts but 50.00 to drive down the road five miles get out of a truck and come back. I just think this is excessive. Honestly the leak was not that important. So would I use them again YES. However I would make SURE they had the parts they needed BEFORE they come.

Mason & Sons has been my plumbing and HVAC contractor since 2003. I have used them throughout the years for repairs, as well as replacements and upgrades. I had to leave work 2.5 hours early for an appointment I had scheduled with them. Appointment time came and no one showed. I called them and they said that their guy was running behind and they will call me and let me know when hes going to be there. They call back and said it shouldnt be too much longer. Then they call back and say that the job hes on now will probably cause him to not show up today. They call me back 2 hours later and say he can make it today (I was on my way back to work at this point). So I drive back home and about 30 minutes later I call them to ask the status and they say that he cant come.

Great company. I woke up to no water in the house, and then saw a flood of water rushing down our sidewalk in the front yard. Called Mason and Son and was greeted in a very friendly and concerned manner, which is rare these days. I will many times not use a business if they are not polite when I call. Shows that customers are a bother and not valued. So after explaining my problem, I was told someone would call me back. I received a call within 5 minutes. Was next told that they would send someone out. Robert came out within 15 minutes, accessed and explained the problem. He then spent hours digging around my sidewalk to feed a new pipe so he would save us the expense of demo and repair. After it was fixed, he even called us back to tell us how to take our repair bill to Waterworks for a possible credit. Truly honest and genuine people.

Highly recommend this plumbing team. They are honest and forthright and will follow up with you to ensure everything is functioning correctly. I would trust them to do work on my home again.

I had a pipe freeze and then break at my business on a Friday evening and they sent someone out to fix it within an hour! The technician - Chris was polite and efficient and got the job done very quickly. The next morning - Saturday, another pipe broke and they sent the same technician out within about an hour and he fixed our problem very quickly. I hired Mason and Son to do the plumbing for a shower remodel and to reconnect a bathtub. The response to telephone calls and scheduling was adequate and the work, as far as I can tell, was adequate as well. I would like to let others be aware of the billing charges and hopefully save someone the same frustration I had. I was told billing would be done by the hour with a per hour rate. The first hour being higher. When I got the bill I was shocked because the labor included everything from the time the truck left the shop. I was charged for the drive to my house and the plumber to go pick up supplies. He went to Fergusons and Lowes which are right next to each other and only 15 minutes from my house. He was gone at least two and a half hours and I was charged for that, at $95 an hour. He also stopped for lunch, a drive through he said. He still ran out of Pex and had to come back the next day to finish. Again I was charged for the drive time and picking up supplies. When I got the huge bills and told my frustrations to David, the owner I assume, he was very condescending and informed me this is the way everyone on the peninsula charges. I am new to the area so have no idea if this is correct If I had known I was going to pay someone $95 an hour to be in traffic or to spend as much time as they wanted shopping, I would have definitely done more research. It definitely does not seem a fair way to do business to me.

Weve used them for years and they have been fair to us. They have fixed our plumbing and heating problems and they are friendly, trust worthy and professional.

This company was not responsive and not responsible.When I called this company on April, he didnt find anything and charged $90 bucks per hour. When I still have same problem and called again, the owner (he said himself owner) said he would come to see but never come or called me back. I called again, no response back. I had to search another one to fix it.
