Rod and Ty (didn’t catch the 3rd guys name) are awesome!! They came out and worked their butts off to fix our a/c, just in time for us to close! Definitely recommend them. They are also super nice and super knowledgeable, going to call them again if we ever need anything!

I first contacted them for an issue with the system they installed. They would get to me in about a week. I had to contact another service that took care of it in a few hours. They still came about a week later and I explained the issue that I had with their system and they were going to get back in touch with me to schedule a time to get some corrected work done. It has almost been a week again. So, I can give a more thorough opinion in a few more days, just to give them the benefit of more than enough time. Thanks.

Ive been using these guys since I moved here in 2016. Drans helped keep my old system running until this year when I could afford to install a new system. They even offer financing!! Techs are knowledgeable, courteous, hard working. Drans heating and A/C is the best in the 757.

Installed my downstairs unit.....about a year later the upstairs unit went. So obvious choice to call them to do the upstairs after great service on the downstairs.

Drans heating & Air conditioning is the best! I have used them on two occasions for my home for AC issues and each time the owner Dran is prompt, professional, and courteous. He even came out to fix what seemed like an emergency to me after hours and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes! This company is the only one I trust for AC and heating issues!

Would have givin zero stars if possible. They gave me no specific diagnosis of the problem, refilled my freeon for a WOPPING $718 and a month later the problem with no ac returned. When i spoke with the owner to come back to correct the issue or to let me know what the problem was he asked me to pay an additional service charge after i already paid a service charge. In my opinion go with another company.

Prior to hiring this company to flush my tankless water heater I disagreed with my wife on weather we should go with a established big company or small business. I was for supporting the small business but she differed. This company was recommended to me from another Soldier I trusted. After getting several quotes to flush my tankless water heater and watching several YouTube clips I had a idea of what to expect to pay and what the service should look like. The day of my schedule service that was scheduled from 12-2, two guys showed up at 12:10, and was done by 12:45 roughly. One guy walked took the panel off the water heater and opened the drain spill some water while the other had me walk him around the house turn on a few faucets and my washer that’s it. After the walk around the two of us walk back to the tankless water heater and the second guy was done and waiting. The second guy basically said everything looks new I didn’t touch anything because nothing was wrong. At this time I was furious but didn’t show it I simply asked the questions of why I didn’t see what flushing a tankless water heater consists of. The response was your system is new we don’t put chemicals into your system. I responded what you guys done I could’ve did in 30 mins this isn’t what I requested. Then I asked how much is the bill the head guy said 79 dollars. I supposed the 79 was for them showing up although I was still furious I paid them. Next day I saw the bill and it said flushed system so I immediately called the company they attempted to pull the wool over my eyes and said yes we did a back flush. Please be careful when hiring this company if you need quality, fair, honest work look elsewhere let my 79 dollars spent on simply running water be a lesson for us all to learn from.
