I just want to say Thank You! The whole company bent over backwards to accommodate my stove replacement before I left on vacation. Even though it was super short notice but they still came through with the installation. The team that came and converted my stove from electric to gas were awesome. They were very professional and courteous. I would 100% give this company a 5 Star rating and would highly recommend anybody to use them for any projects.

Came home from vacation and both my air conditioner units were not working and Canon responded in hours to get 1 of our running again as the second unit just died. We ordered two new units and they were promptly installed within days, price was great and the team was professional and cleaned up so well you never knew they were here. They have a customer for life and I would highly recommend them.

Called them because I wanted to give my business to a locally-owned small business. Had a very pleasant conversation with their office. Plumber showed up and said, “I don’t wear masks.” I canceled and will move on.

This guy shows up and goes straight to work. Issue was fixed in first 2mins on-site, but he took the next hr taking it apart, cleaning out every single part, explaining what to look out for. I was seriously impressed. Professionals just dont care anymore and this guy made Cannon look good. Thanks, nice job.

I called at 8:43 on Saturday morning and left a message that we needed HVAC service. After I called again at 10:15, a man called me back and said that a tech would call me at 1:00 or 2:00 pm. I waited until 2:30 pm to call again and left a message, but never got a return call. Of course at that time of day, all of the other service providers were booked, so I was not even able to get anyone to come out. I chose Cannon because of their positive reviews, but I find it hard to believe a company that does not even call back as promised would do good work.

I used this company for repairing my gas line. The person that came out fixed the gas line and discussed connecting my fire pit to a gas line. He gave me an estimate for this. I exchanged my number with him and he told me to get the pieces for the fire pit so the fire pit could be done soon. I continuously called the office manager and she informed me that Albert would be sending me a text of what to get and that we could schedule an appointment after. I called on numerous occasions to follow up because I never received a text with the list of items to get for the fire pit. None of my phone calls were returned. I finally got in touch with the office manager today after calling from another phone number and she told me you should get an estimate elsewhere because I dont think we are a proper fit for you. This was because I questioned why my 13 phone calls werent returned, why I was given an estimate with no follow up, why I never received the text from Albert with the pictures, and when I requested a phone call from the owner. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I recommend if you want a fast and professional job done you should DEFINITELY go elsewhere.

Exceptional service Albert was nice he gave me the quote and his son Tyler came to repair our duct work in our crawlspace and he did a wonderful job! He worked very efficiently and was very kind as well. My duct work air flow feels so much better now. Great service!Use cannon heating and air 👍

AC broke early Saturday morning. Cannon had Tyler at our home within a hour. He got our AC back and running after replacing a capacitor. Then came back a few days later to clean up our outside unit and coils and inspection of Freon levels. Thank you Cannon.

Cannon plumbing installed a new water main shut-off valve and a Grohe Sense Guard that shuts off water automatically if it senses a burst pipe or other leak. They were the only plumbers who had installed one before and would do it! They did an excellent job and were friendly and careful not to track mud into the house.Watching the weather channel today and seeing all the houses in Texas with flooding from freezing pipes, Im glad I put the Sense Guard in my home.

Full kitchen remodel. Moved existing plumbing and installed new plumbing. Installed new gas line. Installed dishwasher and garbage disposal. Installed two sinks with plumbing and accessories. Installed hood vent and duct work. Installed cooktop and hooked up gas line. Accomplished all permits. WORLD CLASS PROFESSIONAL WORK!

I originally called the company because theyre partnered with Dominion, Im so happy I was recommended them! The owner came our and he soent 2 hours working on my unit. He helped me alot, he took time to explain how some issues were caused and he did his best to repair it as my warranty did not cover what work he did.I 100% would recommend this company anyday.

I have dealt with Cannon Heating for a number of years and they are a great company. They are small but really look after their customers and provide great service and honest, fair pricing on all their work. I have had nothing but good experiences with Cannon.

The problem is they are not accessible. They put in our HVAC system last summer and it has worked fine until a few weeks ago. When I tried calling, I got the VM saying to leave a message, but the mail box was full. Today, the same problem is happening and after trying to reach out to them I got the same message...mailbox full. They are not picking up and they are not allowing their customers to leave messages for call backs.

We had a new Trane unit installed during the COVID quarantine thing. They wore booties and put floor lining down. They showed when they said they would, removed the old unit and installed the new unit in about 4.5 hours. They cleaned up after completion. Good crew. Highly recommended.

Cannon is wonderful. I have been using them for years at both my home and my rental property. Could not be happier. They are quick, personable, and very easy to do business with. Had a furnace replaced at my rental property and they did the whole job (parts and labor), for less than I could buy the furnace for online. Very happy with Cannon, and would recommend them to anyone. I have seen one bad review on here, and I can assure you they are far from price gouging. In fact, they have been the most reasonable and cheapest heating/A.C. business I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, they will be honest and up front, and I bet you they will beat any other estimate you have received. Great people and great business!

Top Notch Service! I had spent some time shopping around for the best deal to replace my entire HVAC unit for my new [old] home. I called Cannon and they were able to have everything ready to install, equipment on-hand within a week. They arrived on time for install, took a survey of the house and gave me details on their plan to remove the old system and install the new one. They put thick blankets down on my floors to ensure that there was no mess left behind which I really appreciated. The install was completed in six hours and I came home to a nice climate controlled, comfortable home. The customer service before, during and after installation is fantastic and the service and manufacturer warranties are even better.Dont get sucked in my large heating and cooling company gimmicks; if you want true bang for your buck, I HIGHLY recommend Cannon!

Once they came out with new part for a repair of hot water take, that kept malfunctioning, have been working with no problems.

Ive used Canon Heating a few times over the past several years and have always received exceptional service.The office manager Neely is incredible. I dont know how she does it, but she seems to remember everything from past repairs to the neighborhood I live in from the second she answers the phone. Id definitely reccomend giving them a call.

Cannon Heating has been wonderful to us. We moved in and they came and worked on our A/C. They also installed and a tankless gas water heater. Replace our old furnace either a new gas heater. I will never have any company but Cannon for all our plumbing needs. Cant say enough about them and Nealey their customer service representative.

Our air conditioning decided to die on a Saturday afternoon. We have a Trane unit so I went to the Trane website to see who they recommended for repair service. Cannon Heating & A/C LLC was listed for repair services and I am thrilled that I have found a reliable company to take care of our unit.I went to Cannons website and saw that they have 24 hour service. I called and left a message. Within 10 minutes my call was returned and within an hour a technician was at my house to trouble shoot our issue! Sadly, it was not something that could be fixed at that moment.We were notified the day before our service that the technician would be out between the hours of 9am - 11 am. Sure enough, he arrived within that time window. He got right to work, was very efficient, very neat, cleaned out the unit, checked everything that needed to be checked. Was very pleasant to talk with. Made the necessary repair. Left the work area neat and tidy. Very impressed with this company. Will definately use them as our only HVAC company and will certainly share this company with anyone in need of a good service team.

Id give a zero if Google would allow it. We had Troy out to fix a drain pipe in our home and the result was a stopper pushed through the pop-up (see images attached); it looks like someone took a hammer to it. When we contacted Cannon to inquire about them correcting this issue (caused by them) Neely, the office manager, sent him out to look at it. He came out and claimed it wasnt from him with a you buy a new plug and Ill put it in. When my husband responded that we shouldnt have to pay for a broken stopper that they caused, Troy walked out of our home and left without saying a word.I called the office immediately and spoke with Neely, the office manager, who was apathetic about the employees behavior and simply said, Ill take your number and he can call you back. I asked for a confirmed call back and resolution since that behavior is unprofessional and quite inappropriate; again, she was apathetic. I asked if it was a family-owned company and she said yes. Then I asked if the plumber, Troy, was her husband and she said yes. I asked for the owners phone number so we could remove the extremely unprofessional husband/wife dynamic from the equation and she said they dont give out the owners contact information.Troy called back, sticking to his guns that he would install a new one free of labor but at our cost for the replacement part. Which doesnt resolve the issue that were being forced to pay to fix something that wasnt broken until Cannon HVAC/Plumbing got involved. When asked for the business owners contact information, he responded saying he simply did not have the phone number or a way to contact his boss...Unprofessional, avoid at all costs

I have been using Cannon for a couple of years now. I have a dual fuel Trane System and a tankless water heater. I have tried several companies and was so happy to finally find a company that does what they say they will do. I wish I had started with Cannon. Every single employee goes above and beyond making sure you are taken care of. I have no problem referring Cannon to anyone I know. They come to Williamsburg which is a plus and they do not disappoint. If I could give them more stars I would:)
