Loved the way they cut my hair and they were very friendly

I came in with red hair (self dyed) and my stylist, Penny, was able to give me an AMAZING honey blonde color and a nice cut. She was personable and definitely experienced. The other stylists are also very professional and the salon itself was clean. DEFINITELY coming back.

I have been getting my hair done here for quite a while and the stylist turn over rate is ridiculously high. The stylists are great but the owners obviously keep running great stylists away. I cant deal with the inconsistency.

If I could give negative stars, I would. It is quite appalling to me how the manager conducts herself. She is very rude and condescending to customers as well as her staff. She is very loud and unprofessional. I have witnessed her talk about people who have just walked out the door. Based on the reviews, I am not the only one who has witnessed this atrocity. Who would allow their business to be represented in such a manner.

I come to this salon to get my hair and my daughter hair done and had no problems.. The lady stylists are wonderful....But today I had a bad experience with my son getting his hair cut by the barber they have in there name Stephen... Before he cut my son hair I showed him two pictures of the way I wanted my son hair cut..(mind you this is a child and I am the parent)Stephen brush me off with a quick glance when I was showing him the pictures of my son previous hair cut and stated he know what hair cut I wanted and he understand me... So why did this man gave my son a whole different haircut then what I ask for and cut all his hair almost off, left a few long strings of hair in the front, and had the nerves to put an line in his head as a style...I explained to him this is not the hair cut I showed you and if you couldn’t do what I ask for, then you should have let me know... now I did ask my son if he told the man he want his hair this short and my son reply that he asked him( a child) do you want your hair where you can brush it👀👀👀😤.. so I even offer to still pay for it since he put so much time and effort in my son hair plus wash it... he refuse the payment and he was rude and couldn’t accept professional criticism and when I told him I will continue this Iusse with the manager, he was still unprofessional and rude while I was explaining to the manager what happen and the manager even ask him to be quiet 🤐.. she was by the way very nice and professional and wouldn’t let me pay for it..

I recently had the experience of visiting this location and I will say that the young lady who helped me (Phylicia) had great customer service. She was patient and kind. But, I felt that it was odd that alot of people came and her help that was working in the salon with her left. I saw her working so kindly and patiently with each client as though she was not overloaded or overwhelmed. Perhaps they are hiring-but I thought it was unfair when the other staff left Phylicia there alone with other customers waiting.
