If I could give this shop a negative 5 rating, I would! Absolutely horrible service. I put my son on the waiting list and he was first in line, so I arrive at 9am, which is the time their website says they open. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. I went home and finally got a text at 1pm to come back to the shop. I went back to the shop and no one was there. Then, I went to go check the online appointment and it said the appointment had been cancelled. A total waste of my morning. I DO NOT recommend this shop. Awful service.

My son and I waited patiently 2hours 10 min for a haircut at the shop. As soon as my son walked outside to put his phone on the charger so he can show the barber the cut he wanted, the barber threw up his shoulders and waved for another guy to come sit in his chair. When I asked about his turn in line the owner said well “he got up”.I don’t know why I felt they should have politely stopped him and said “hey young man you’re up next”.

My boyfriend uses this shop and everytime he signs in it says he has a spot in line, but shows up at 9am when they are “suppose” to open but he ends up sitting for 30-45 min before any employee shows up. Then makes him pay extra for beard trimming but doesn’t actually finish the job on his chin leaving a patch of hair?

Honestly have no ideal when they are open lol the website says 9pm i sign up online i get a message on my phone saying im 4th on the waiting list show up at 7pm no lights or anybody here this has happened multiple times but sometimes they are open . I just wish the hours were updated and you couldnt get added on a closed waiting list. Great haircuts though

Tried making an appointment on line last Sunday. I followed all instructions for checking in. Was sent message saying how many were in line,finally msg saying he was number 5 in the que. Got him there 30 minutes before the time given,only to arrive and find no one,absolutely no one there. Lights out as if no one had been there all day yet I was given in line numbers on the app. If they were closed on Valentines day,why leave the app opened because this was so misleading ? My son is handicapped and I got him ready and was there way before 6.Never again.

Horrible customer service...First chair rude...nasty...and very very unprofessional....Ill grow my hair to my knees before I ever walk into this establishment again....

I loved this place! I brought my younger brother in to get a haircut and was shocked by how clean the shop was. The barbers were sanitizing the chairs and equipment before and after each customer. The floors, windows, bathroom and waiting area were very clean and smelled very good. At a time like this, it is important to me that all precautions are taken for my health and safety. It was nice to be in a shop where they take these things very serious. But that is just one of the things I loved! The second would have to be the great customer service. The barber was very nice and professional. He did the style exactly the way we wanted it. Overall my experience was definitely five star!!

Today we will no longer be customers of All-Star Barbers. My son had the best cut done here by Mr. Vision. So I sent my husband in today. Thrre were 2 other barbers working. He was turned down because he is white. He signed in online. The barber was set up and ready for him until he called my husbands name and saw he was white. He refused to serve my husband and told him he could get in line and wait for a different barber. When I called to ask about it, they were unapologetic and unacceptable of any responsibility, trying to tell me that my husband couldve waited for someone else but chose to leave. I really hope this is not considered professional or acceptable to the owner.

I took my two boys here for a haircut and Derek really did a great job. He also cleaned up after each haircut. I was very impressed all around. I will definitely be back when theyre ready for their next haircut!

I signed up for a cut online and when i went in there i was told by one barber that he would NOT serve me and that he had the right to refuse service to anyone he chooses!! All Star should be ashamed of themselves!! To the owner, your shop is only as good as your worst employee. Remember that.

I take my 3 year old son. They are very patient with him when he becomes a wiggly worm but its quick enough where he does not become impatient.

All-Star Barbers??? Not with the experience I received! The barber that sits in the third chair from door (Tall-light skinned man) was so rude!!! When my daughter approached him while he was exiting the barbershop door inquiring whether or not they were closing soon because we were in line via their check in app but it appeared everyone was packing up he first didn’t respond at all but finally he replied “ I’m going home” I stated that did not answer the question that was asked and he went on to reply “it’s two ppl still in there but I’m going home!” His attitude was rude and unprofessional nothing like their advertisement of professional haircuts, I will not be returning!

We are new to the newnan area and have been taking our boys here for haircuts for about 5 months now. They always do an awesome job no matter which barber cuts their hair. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

First time here and the experience was awesome! Eric knew what I needed and I didn’t lol. He cut the side that is low and the back of my hair good. He made my haircut that much better. Clean place and awesome barber. I will be back and using the check in system.

Nope, I saw the ratings and that’s how I decided to go there with my son, but definitely won’t go back, maybe because I went there one hour before closing, and some of them were ready to go, but they should say something. I show the guy how I needed the haircut on my child, and it was not even close, he was kind of upset when I told him how I wanted it but he seemed to be in a bad mood 😒 I usually tip good, but with the attitude he gave us, well it doesn’t work like that. At the end I said thanks twice and he didn’t care. #notprofessionals

Great establishment! Im always able to get in and out quickly due to the online check in process. Eric does a fabulous job and the hours of the shop make it convenient to get a cut at anytime!!

Checked in online and waited for my name to be called, when it was and I stood, the Barber immediately refused to cut my hair and said I need to wait for the next barber to finish. The only difference between me and everyone else in the store is that I was White.

New to Newnan and this was the closest shop to me. Instead of posting hours on thaircut or talking, I saw people sitting inside, the door was locked and the employee inside couldnt communicate if they were closed, why they were closed, and when the will be open. Customer service and communication is of the upmost importance to me. I rather drive my boys to Atlanta for a haircut.

Great experience. Found All star barbers through google after an horrific cut the day before. New resident to the county. Had taken my son to Super cuts on sunday and they botched him up really bad. My son was starting a new high school on Monday and missed it due to the botched job. I then googled other shops. Found all star. They fixed him up PERFECTLY. You couldnt even tell his hairline and hair were messed up so badly the day before. My VERY SHY son left All stars with a huge smile of what a great job the barber did to get him right. He was so excited for school this morning that he barely slept last night. Thank you for giving my son his confidence back after being so humiliated and horrified the day before. His hair is the biggest thing he worries about with his appearance. Being he is special needs and very shy that cut gave him life. Thank you sooooooooo much. Youve blessed my baby. He will be returning for sure.
