I never leave bad reviews. I walked in at 6:25 pm even stared at their clock on the wall. My sons appt was 6:20 pm. She tells me we wait 5 minutes and then we take someone else. This clock says your 7 minutes late. Literally I point out her clock on the wall that says 6:25. She says We’ve already taken someone else. There’s one man waiting and one in the chair. She tells me they close soon and to come back another time. My son would of taken 10 minutes to cut his hair. I respect people’s time. I tip well. We were 5 minutes late due to my son not being able to locate his mask. I understand but really?! I will never walk back in this place. I set an appt because you can never just walk in. I’m still laughing at how ridiculous that whole situation was.

The ladies are excellent and very professional!!! We go to Supercuts stillwood Newnan for many year!!They color, cut and style my hair and I love it!

I called and spoke with Emily and she was so sweet and professional!! I was able to walk in and she took me right away! I can be somewhat a “picky” person for my haircuts. We just moved to this area so I needed to find someone that I really liked and could do a good job... she was excellent and personable!!

Overall good experience they were helpful friendly and understanding didnt try to push anything and listened to what I wanted

Heather may be the best overall hair stylist to touch my head. She did it with love and care. Passion is gone in this country. Not with her. 💙🙏

Safe protocols for health were followed by the Super Cuts team including masks and temperature checks. We have visited here multiple times since moving to the area in August 2019. Happy with adult and kids cuts, including a first haircut for our 1 year old.

I was there to get my hair redone and it didnt end up at all how I told the stylist. I asked her not to cut off too much of the front because I liked the length but to angle it a little. It went from my shoulders to my chin. My hair is thick so it needed weight to keep it from frizzing. I no longer have the weight, my hair has become a poodle. Not only that but I said I like the more jagged look in the back and just to trim a few excessively long pieces. Its now straight like a bowl cut. This is the first time Ive ever had issues here and Im really disappointed. Ive never left a salon and thought I absolutely hate my hair and how I look. I wont be back for a long time.

Its been my hair care choice for years. Always prompt and do a great job. Discounts available through coupons or seniors discount. Online check-in but I have never had to wait over 15 minutes. Convenient access next to Publix in Stillwood shopping center.

Ive never been disappointed with a haircut! Friendly people there too. Sometimes theres a wait but thats ok.

Worst experience ever. My son left dissapointed. Having to miss his first day at a new school because they botched his head up. BADLY. because they cant cut his type hair. Told tgey arent a barber shop but advertise barber shop type hairstyles...... Are you kidding me..

I went there and told the lady what I wanted but she didnt have a clue and I couldnt make her understand. I walked in to a place in California in February and told the lady what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I asked for. The lady at Supercuts in Newnan kept reminding me she had been cutting hair for a while but she sure didnt give me what I ask for. Not professional at all. Ugh! Jillian Canady, I feel your pain. I didnt get what I asked for either. My first time there and my last.

We had a great experience till we left and my daughter didnt get her hair blow dried and styled like her brother did..we asked to get them to blow dry and they said yes for 7 dollars...7 dollars to blow dry her hair.... youre crazy
