Ive been a customer for little over 10 years. Two owners, and the Hospitality and Service still remains the same. The Owner and Employees are very friendly and make you feel at home.

This place was an absolute joke. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. The women here are so unprofessional and not to mention bad at their job. She CUT me multiple times not to mention the work was extremely sloppy. Then the one with the red hair kept having an attitude like she wanted to fight. This place is disgusting. I don’t know where all of the good reviews came from. Maybe friends and family. But this place is absolute s**t.

I came in to get a gel mani and pedicure and made sure to call first to make an appointment, to which they accommodated me. When I got to the salon they did their best to limit the amount of customers due to COVID. Not everyone was wearing a mask, but that’s to be expected now that mask mandates are being lifted. The reason I’m giving two stars is because of the nail tech who did my nails. I was her last client for the day and I could tell she was in a rush to go home. She thinned out all of my nail beds and dry cut my cuticles by yanking them off instead of gently cutting them. None of the nails were shaped evenly and the gel manicure immediately chipped as soon as I left the salon. My cuticles were bleeding and my nails are soft. Its been a week since the service and my fingers are still sensitive and all of my nails are breaking. This was only my second time there, but I will probably never go back. If you care about the health of your nails, be careful about who completes your service at this salon.

I had an amazing experience at Utopia Nail & Spa Salon today. I had a Mani and Pedi by Maria, and she was phenomenal. Very attentive to detail. And she gives a great foot and hand massage-Strong hands! Will definitely be going back. Great price also

Customer service was excellent! First time customer, had gel pedicure and manicure. At last minute had a relaxing facial. The owner Dina was attentive and delightful. Ari was very detailed and took care of my gel manicure. Maria was detailed for my gel pedicure. Last minute, I requested a facial and the owner gladly took me to her cozy and relaxing spa area. Im a super happy customer.Thank you for great service!😊

I went there on a Sunday, after reading good reviews. I had a wedding to go to and decided to get my nails done. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Not only did the nail tech make my fingers burn everytime she went over my nails with the machine, she cut almost every finger around the cuticles. She clumped a large amount of acrylic on my nails and then went over it with the machine twice. She didnt buff or file my nails. After I washed them, i told her there were some that werent even. They were lumpy. She went over it with the machine again and then started painting. I decided I would just do the French since its pretty easy. She completely ruined even that. They were uneven and she put a lot of the white nail polish. I was there for about 3 hrs and my nails looked awful. On top of that I was charged $20, even though the lady in the front knew I was unhappy and agreed my nails werent properly done. I was even late to the wedding! Never again!

Great service everything is clean smells great. Salon has a new owner with new employees. Very happy with the change!

If you are looking for a place where you are compiled when you ask for nails, pedicure hair designs this is the place. Aris my beautiful black woman has been doing my nails for years and she knows me very well. I am pleased with everything I ask Nelson. I love how my hair does. He is Super !!!! She is my granddaughter Sulmalizs favorite and the owner Dina is super special with Clients very attentive and helpful and makes you feel super comfortable ... all excellent. Thanks for your service
