Love the place an my toes an nails they came out beautifully but the bottom of my feet could be way better they don’t look like I just got them done yesterday the look actually worser then when I came in I don’t kn what happened but other then that I loved it, it was my first time I’ll go back definitely but I’d explain that my feet need better that’s all an maybe get something else done

Ok I see alot of good reviews but Im here to give you the truth. I got serviced once and since then Everytime I try to make an appointment she give an excuse. She prefers only a selective clientele. She is not open to the public. I have tried at least ten times So I am convinced she only take care of a selective few. If I spent time to share this experience. Its for a reason... My service wasnt nothing special it was only for convenience. There is one on every block!! Toodles🖖✌️🖐️

I got a fill and gel pedicure and overall my nails are very clean no sharp edges or sloppy lines. She shaped the acrylic itself very well so it’s nice and smooth. The overall color came out really well. No chips or breaks.

Best nail place in newark!! Clean! No toxic nail shop smell and a great environment! Theyre reasonably priced and they did an excellent job! Absolutely will recommend and plan on being a regular!!👍🥰 two things to note you have to make appointment and if you are going to tip the workers they only accept cash tips.

Went on a baecation with my boyfriend to NJ and they did an amazing job. It wasn’t rushed, and everything was done with love and care. I wouldn’t dare try another place next time I know exactly where I’m coming!

My favorite nail salon! Schedule your appointment at least a week in advance! They fill up quick. Each nail tech takes the time to fill, shape, and color your nails. If they see your cuticles are in need of some trimming they will do so without you having to ask! They best nail salon ever!!

I have always sensed a low-key attitude from the owner but I feel like she masks it more with me for some reason, a friend of mine went in with the most simplest design and they werent able to excute... a simple line?? How are you not able to duplicate a design when your suppose to be an artist.

The best place in town. You want to get pampered and feel like you’ve been serviced, this is the place. Very professional and courteous. They only accept appointments. 👍🏾💕

Very disappointed. That is the second time that I tried this salon for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The first time was just ok but not the second time. I will not return.The edges of my gel nails are really not well executed. One of my hand nails has chipped after a week. The nail maker made my foot bleed a little. This is not a carefully handed work. Plus, the overall atmosphere is not great. No small talks, TV on all the time, and no smiles. Pretty boring frankly.

Just moved to the neighborhood and l found this place on google. I made an appoint as per covid policy, walked in and my pedi chair was ready (I was on time). The sweet lady got the water nice and hot for me. My color was simple but l loved it. First time and it won’t be my last. Thank you for the experience. Will be back.

I really liked the space and they did a lovely job on my mani pedi. It was pretty packed when I went in and I had to wait a few minutes even though I had an appointment. Only negative would be that their credit card machine wasnt working and I didnt have enough cash to cover the $29 plus tip but they just ended up comping $9. Ill be a repeat customer.

Think Ive just found the best place in jersey so far! They did a very nice and neat job. Gel mani and regular pedi in an hour and 15 minutes.I do wish that they paid a bit more attention to the little hygiene details that Im used to in the city. Examples: no plastic lining for the pedicure tubs and didnt actually see the tools come out of the sterilizer.

They pushed my appointment back and then told me they couldn’t give me what I wanted (pedicure & full set). Unprofessional.

I have been looking around for a new nail salon for about 2-3 months in the essex county area and IVE FOUND IT! Im VERY picky when it comes to my nails. I am thrilled that this gem is perfect for me. I was a walk in, they accommodate right away. I didnt feel rushed. I got an acrylic set, they were not too bulky, or thick, which can sometimes happen. The nail technician, listened to my requests, the shape was perfect and establishment was clean! My hands feel very feminine, which is interesting to say but she made my nails feel lightweight and they look amazing with the gel polish. My Pedicure was VERY THOROUGH, nice clean scrub and polish. I highly recommend. Only downside would be parking but there is a parking lot across the street $8/up to 1 hr, but beware they scam, got me for $16 because I was 4 min behind 1 hour. so if you can find street parking please do so. Anyway if your tired of feeling like cattle in certain nail salons or treated poorly you will feel welcomed here! They DO NOT treat you badly as if your not spending your hard earned money and they do a great job! Found my new spot.

They did a great job but the place is so small if your concerned over covid I would not recommend they use all pedicure stations(3) that are wayyy too close to each other and did not do temperature checks or have any separation things between clients.

Service was very good, I got the designed I asked for, the only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have a great selections of gel color but other than that it was a great experience. RECOMMEND 💯

I had a 4 hour layover at Newark airport and needed a pedicure bad; after checking out reviews of local nail salons, I chose My Chic Nails and Ubered in. They accepted me as a walk-in (five minutes before they opened!) and were FANTASTIC, hot rocks and all. I highly recommend the gel pedicure, way worth its $35. I left with some pretty toes. If I ever find myself in Newark again, another pedi here is definitely on my list!

This is the ONLY place I get my nails done in NJ. They are clean and take appointments on time. My nails and pedicures are always quality and last a long time. They do a great job!

I like this place but theres a $20 minimum for using a debit card. Plus you cant put tips on the card. That makes it a little inconvenience.

Just went to get a pedicure from this establishment and I called today and got a appointment for 3 and a half hours from the time I called. The women seemed nice but not overtly friendly and took my name and when I got there they started my appointment on time. The polish was applied evenly and the place is very clean and neat. One of the women did seem to over see my whole pedicure while the other woman worked on it which was a little odd but I still think the experience was good and didnt take too long.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to, and boy have I been to many, many of them. The girls are pleasant and professional. The environment is chic and clean and they do a great job all the time. Their prices are also very fair. I love this place and recommend it to anyone I know.

I got a gel pedicure for a reasonable price and this is one of the few salons that still gives massages when they do your feet. The hot rock they rub on your legs is Amazing!

When you can come in with an appointment, they do a good job. But if you need a nail repair (takes 5 min.) they will do nothing to get you in that day, which is terrible customer service for a returning client. Very disappointing. Customer service is extremely important when you work in the service industry and they don’t care about their clients. Would not recommend. Will not return.

Ive had pedicures done there twice and visited about 5 times total (turned away about 3 times bc no appointment). Their customer service isnt good so call before you go is my advice. A few times that Ive gone the person at the front (who is usually doing someones nails) didnt acknowledge me so this last time I asked her were there any appointments left and she says no there are none left today (I think I got there at 3 and they close at 6:30). I then asked about the following day and she said yes, more appointments available tomorrow without telling me to call first or times or anything. She had just finished with someone so she was not busy just aloof or rude. Save your time and call first.

I went in on a Saturday as a walk in and had a great experience. It was about a 20 min wait to get a manicure but the polish lasted long and it was pretty quick once we got started.

I went to this salon on 7/14 for a scheduled appointment. The location itself is nice, but the staff was not welcoming. It seemed as though I was bothering the ladies there, even though I had called in to make an appointment days before. When I was ready to leave something really odd happened. I asked the lady that is stationed directly next to the reception desk if I could schedule an appointment for two weeks later and she asked if I didn’t want to call in. First, if a client wants to reschedule for a later appointment that should tell you that they like the service and would like to return. I then asked if rescheduled was “ok with her”, she replied yes, but with an attitude opened the schedule book. At this point I was totally turned off. If you are providing a service why would you question someone that would like to make another appointment for two weeks later. Needless to say my nails looked average (great pedicure) but taken the nasty attitude of some of the staff my overall experience was not pleasant. They should really consider customer service training 101. It does wonders.Signed,Nikki

Most of the women know how to do pretty good nails however they rush thru the massages part which sucks. The business is pretty clean and prices are affordable .

Sadly when I first walked in I was not greeted by ANYONE. Then I approached the woman in the first chair and explained to her what I wanted. I was told by her that I needed to wait an hour for the services I wanted. After that hour PASSED the woman in the first chair comes to me and asked again what I needed. I explained to her then she said I have to wait for another few hours. Meanwhile she takes a woman that came after me. I just wasted about 2 hours on a friday. Their customer service is horrible! I will never go back!

I called to ask what time they took their last nail customer. I was told 6. I drove over there, walked 5 mins to 6, and was told they cant take me. I thought they were very rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt have been upset if I just walked in, but the fact that I called in advance and the same woman I spoke to on the phone was the same on that turned me away. One star for wasting my time.
