We have been going to this place for years and have never had a problem, Amy and Crystal are our go to nail techs and they know exactly what to do for individual service. My nails grow at a natural curve and Amy accommodated that so the acrylic lasts for an extremely long time. Theyre always friendly, take their time and make sure youre comfortable. We cant imagine going anywhere else. My grandmother and I get compliments all the time on how cute our nails are.

I have gone here for years. They always do a fantastic job at such a good price. I only get my nails done a couple of times a year because I only get them for special occasions, but each time they remember me. They’re always intentional of catching up since the last time I’ve been in

I am honestly shocked at some of these reviews. I got acrylics ($30) plus gel polish ($10) which is a great deal considering they will stay on longer than any place I’ve been. I’ve never felt like it was a “dirty” salon as some say and I’ve never felt Unwelcome. Some reviews say that they rushed through it and some say it took forever but being in the industry myself, I understand that time is money. If you’re busy, you work faster. If you’re slow you can take your time. I think some people just go looking for things to complain about. I’ll keep going there because they do amazing work. 💛

My daughter got her nails done on Sunday, (less than a week ago)....For as much as she paid they should not have all lifted off. I called to get a refund and the lady was rude and stated she dont offer refunds and would give my daughter a new set...Why would we get a new set? First one didnt last....

Holly does a fantastic job on my nails. My nail are beds are very small and damaged, Perfect Nails is the only salon that has ever been able to do my nails. Holly is always friendly and has great ideas for seasonal colors! Love this place!!!

We had two pedicures and a full set. Very rude and unprofessional. None of the listed price were what we got. Ended up being 40.00 more than expected. Tried to charge even more than we were expecting for color by 10$ . Very very very dirty. Will not be back.

I went and got my nails done, they did a messy job with painting my nails, and the design i asked for wasn’t even the right design and it was messy,i had a piece of hair in my thumb nail and paid $40

The service was horrible. Her friend came in so we were rushed, my nails were uneven and not coffin shaped like i asked for. They came off 4 days later, super unimpressed.

Today was my first visit, and I had a great experience. The workers joke with each other and their customers, and it makes for a very fun environment. Nails looks great too lol 😁

I went here for about a year. The owner and her husband do a great job. However, if you have natural nails (not acrylic) you’ll be given to the older guy. I think it’s fine the owner’s dad. He did ok the first couple times. Wasn’t great but it was fine. Both times it took literally 2 hours though. Once I got there are 5:30 and I was there when it closed. The last time I went, he didn’t soak my gel polish, just ground it off with the sander. He ground my natural nails, which are super hard, to the point they were bending at the fingertip. I had 2 nails break the next day and had to cut all of them off. They were pretty long. I haven’t gone back because I don’t feel like sitting with the older guy and him ruining my nails again. They grew back fine, but now I go to another place.

I come from Westerville to Newark to have Amy do my nails! She is very friendly and professional - we became fast friends and she does a GREAT job on my nails the price is right and they last for 3 to 4 weeks before I need a refill - so much better than other shops Ive used - I will be a customer as long as Amy does nails!

I took 2 of my daughters and myself. We all paid separate. I had a soak off (listed $10) and paint my natural nails (listed $8). I was charged $32. My one daughter had full set of arcrylics which listed price is $28 and she was charged $40. Won’t be back

Me and my friend has been there probably over a hundred times and yes I got my nails done at the same time that she did even though I was always stuck with the bill and she made sure that I tip good to we always got the same color done on our feet and my fingers nails were just done in clear but all of there staff did do a really great job each and every time we got our nails done there (which was about twice a month)

Amazing! I called in to see if they could fit me in and they were able to right away! Amy did a great job on my nails, I am very pleased. They were easy to talk to and were very accommodating. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Amy and Holly for your nail needs!

I am so impressed with the work of these lovely ladies!! They were able to get us in super short notice and an hour before they closed. Despite this, they took their time with all of us (Myself and 2 friends) and Im super pleased with my nails! They are so gorgeous, and the techs are sooo friendly!! Definitely will be back!!!

I had holly and she was very nice and did a very good job. I read the peoples reviews before going in and go a little nervous but nothing they said applied to them. If I could post a picture of my nails I would, perfect nails did a perfect job!!

Wonderful service

My usual place was busy, so we found this place. Staff was pretty upbeat and friendly. .. however, what we asked for was not what we received. Plus, when other customers came in, we started to feel rushed. And the icing on the cake was that our finished nails did not look finished. I did not receive a proper massage on my feet, she kinda realized, after she polished my toes. Very disappointed. I always look forward to my pedicures. So sad this place did not meet my expectations.

I had no idea they moved till the other day I went in to have them fix another salons mistake and they said they only take clients on appointments only but they got me in. He took over an hour and fixed all of my nails and painted them with the design that I wanted . Very patient and kind. I will continue to go there !

I went in to have a nail repaired and I wanted a hand design with my own colors I brought in myself. The lady literally went over my nail with the acrylic when it should have been removed and a new one put on for one then when it came to my design she said she couldnt put the colors I wanted and only used one of the colors and what she did was not what u wanted at all. Im just gonna say that 😤😤😤 To top it all off she was complaining about how these two ladies didnt leave a tip which was unprofessional and then she excepted a video chat while in the middle of doing my nails. You just dont do that. I work customer service and I would never be that rude. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. I didnt even want to give them one star thats how upset I am with my service, and she wonders why nobody wants to tip.

This place was clean. I went in for gel polish. My nails were not completely covered with polish leaving dips and bubbles. Now after only 2 days the side of one is cracked and broke. Do not recommend them at all.

My bestie and I went here because our normal spot was way to busy and we HAD to get our nails done. WORST mistake ever!!! All my nails are uneven and have hills on them. When I asked Crystal to fix them she laughed at me. So I was upset. Then it looked as if they was running a daycare because there was so many kids, it was loud from them screaming. A little girl who was sitting behind me kept kicking my chair and kicking another customer (till she got up and moved) I have children so I know how kids can be but I would never take my kids with me to a place where others want to relax. The place was filth and the bathroom was the worst! No paper towels to dry your hands off and they had 2 fish tanks one was so disgusting you couldnt see threw it. April tried fixing my nails but didnt do much. My bestie was also charged the same price I was which she got a balance and I got a full set. And what we paid wasnt even the price for either of our services!! We will NEVER return!!!

Laughed the whole time I was in there. Had a wonderful experience. Will definitely return even though I live in Columbus and was in town visiting my daughter and son-n-law and got them done on a whim.

So I tried to give this place another chance. the girl that did my nails did a nice job, however, the owner was extremely rude!! She gave a little huff as I walked through the door and was looking down her nose at me the whole time (I dont normally go there, but probably because I am black). But my money is green like everyone elses and I work hard for my money. The girl doing my nails even made a rude comment about my weight (I am thin). I do not recommend this place to anyone, except that Karma may pay them a visit. You do not treat people, especially paying customers, that way. Karma can have her way with that place. I will bless a new establishment.

I have been here multiple times and I am not sure why I keep going back. The Polish never stays on and too often the technician is too involved in something else to focus on what they are doing. The last time the lady spent the entire time on her speaker phone and my toe nails chipped within a week.

I have been going to this nail salon for over four years I work in a factory and I have never had one of my nails break ever Amy is a sweet funny lady and,has always been very good to me and done my nails on days she not even scheduled to be at work she,has always went out of her way for me and u love it here .

Took my sister for her birthday. We both got spa pedis. Our nails were uneven and we felt very rushed, after waiting a long time to be seated. We waited another 30 minutes soaking our feet.My water was cold. When someone finally came over and I asked for warm water, they turned it on and walked away, resulting in water overflowing onto our shoes and purses below. I was able to get an attendants attention and he proceeded to angrily throw dirty towels onto the water to clean it up...without a word of apology to us regarding our soaked items.We left feeling ignored, then rushed, and completely unsatisfied with how our toes looked. About an hour after we left, I hit my toe on a shopping cart and realized that the polish still wasnt dry, because he had globbed in on thick in places. We had paid over $70 and a poor job was done in all areas. It was our first and last time there.

Currently the worst pedi I’ve had. She didn’t lotion, exfoliate or anything. The polish is all over the place. She didn’t even clean it up! I honestly could’ve done a better job.

The staff is too busy talking to each other than their own customer sitting right in front of them! I had to wait two hours to be seen after they told me it wont be long. Then when it was finally my turn she started out great then tried to rush me through because someone else came in. I had to tell her twice to shorten my nails. They are not shaped evenly and She did a horrible job painting my nails. Two days later and I can see a lot of my original nail. Really!!! I asked how much she gave me a price for cash. I wanted to know the price for my card and she kept saying its a lot more! I am very disappointed and I will never go back!!!

I love how my nails come out everytime!!! There always nice and when its my turn they make me feel that all their attention is on me only. Iv tried every nail salon in newark when i frist moved here and prefect nails do the best work and they are the cleanest and most respectful nail salon!!! If you would like nails that are jagged, uneven, and perhaps even filed at a diagonal, this is the place to go! Not only can you receive poor workmanship at the simple filing and shaping of your nails, but you can get shellac that will solidly seal around your entire fingernail to your skin. Dont like to have interaction from your nail tech? Well this is the place for you! Your nail tech will not only ignore everything that you say, but will also take no less than half a dozen phone calls during your one hour experience. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced while having a manicure. I also learned that what Ive learned that perfect nails defines the perfect manicure as rubbing some lotion on my hands after the shellac is applied. You pay with a credit card, you get an eye roll and told that if you pay with cash theyll charge you less. I am charged less then these people at my regular place in Cincinnati, bright much cleaner and more polite atmosphere and a much more thorough manicure experience. I would say not to waste your time or money with this place.

Amazing job doing nails

Well I got fungus from this place about three years ago so I knew better than to go there. But as usual no one else was open on Sunday. I knew from the minute she failed to take off all of my nail polish on my toes that it was not going to be a good experience. I had to tell her Exfoliate the balls of my feet she completely skipped them and to me that is one of the most important things when I get a pedicure. She barely did any cutical trimming. She touched each nail with the file pretending that she was filing I guess. Plus she had a major attitude, and anytime I asked her to do something I could tell she was blasting in Vietnamese . Here I am two weeks later, the polish is peeling off. The only reason Im giving them two stars because the other lady working near her (Amy) seemed nice and like she were doing a thorough and good job

I would not suggest going here, especially for long nails. The tools used on me didnt look the cleanest and my shape of all my nails is all messed up.

Whats the point in taking walk-ins and having a sign in sheet when you dont pay attention to it or whos been waiting the longest. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I wont be returning here. The lady cut my toenail too short and when I told her it was painful she just shrugged her shoulders and ended up cutting me again. I did not get the service I signed up for with exfoliation and a massage with my pedi, but was charged the same. Ive gone here for years and never have been satisfied, but this sealed the deal. I will not be returning.

Not very personable...She was busy texting.. if you want spa service go to a spa...I spent my entire lunch hour getting shellac.

Will not be returning. Very rude, none of my nails are the same length told her that two different times and when she would fix them they would look even worse.
