This place is DIRTY. I got an acrylic pedicure and the tools looked unsanitized and were USED. She used the wrong file for cuticles and it was SO painful as she tore away at my actual skin. She pretended like it was no big deal. She does NOT know what she is doing and she is the only one in the shop. $45 for an acrylic pedicure that includes no soap water massage or anything that has to do with a pedicure. It would be an additional $20 to put my feet in the tub 😴. This was the WORST nail salon experience I ever had in my life and I am 35. Please do not come here. She has no clue what she is doing and the store isnt sanitary, nor does it have any covid mandates.

Experience was great. Owner took special care of my little flower girls well well. Although we only received polish, she made sure it was professional not rushed. She even gave advice on how to maintain healthy nails.Now, if youre ok with bugs and and outdated salon you should enjoy your service.

First and LAST time I will be going to this place. Went in on a Friday and it only took THREE days for the right pinky nail to fall off, followed by the right pointer, and the left pointer fell off today as I was opening gifts. Never had this issue at all when I’ve gotten acrylic nails so I am very unsatisfacted. Do not bother wasting your time and money.

Not the worst and not the best either... nails came out okay. The rhinestones feel off after about 4 or 5 days. Not sure if thats normal. It was a long wait and no air so prepare yourself.

It is not very clean in there. She is not doing anything for covid 19. Hurt me when doing not fill in. Then when I said something she just continued and act like it was being dramatic. I had to pull my hand away to show i was in really pain. Prices does not match the price she gives you at the end. It needs a good clean and wipe down.

Went on Sunday 18th 2019 right at 2:30, the lady in there as in the store with three other people. A nice gentleman, a customer waiting and another she was currently working on. She asked us what we wanted. We told her it four of us but only three getting service. She proceeded to yell and say” it’s Sunday I am the only one you will have to wait after her” The gentleman told us she wasn’t being nice because he wiped his forehead sweat and said she was all alone. He was so nice, while she was totally unprofessional. I live in Virginia and we would never talk to customers walking into a store like that.

One lady at a locked door on a sunday.. i asked if she did SNS said no really aggressively and did not allow me to come in. I was going to just ask for a manicure instead. Now i see why there were no customers..
