Worst experience ever. Waited for more than an hour and a half to get a simple pedicure. One of the nails ladies just left, the other decided to have lunch while I was still waiting. The lady at the front never bothered to apologize or let me know why I have to keep on waiting…..

Was attended quick and I didnt have an appointment. The girl that took care of me was very sweet and explained to me the process as we went along. Will definitely be returning

It was my first time coming to this place and MY LAST. I don’t want to play the race card but something is not KOSHER with this place. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. Now USUALLY, eyebrow waxing includes shaping up otherwise it defeats the purpose.So I asked, are you not going shape it’s up? I never got eyebrows waxed with no shape up. She said ok. I said would that be extra? She said No. Now upon checkout, I noticed she charged me an extra dollar. “Thread Custom”$1. I’m like, you just said you wouldn’t charge me extra. And she’s all like it’s because you have credit card, Apple Pay,etc. Not.Cash . I already know that’s total BS but I’ll just pay and never come back.

I was here today for eyelash curling and tinting. The professional first of all did not give me any attention, and burned my eyes and hurt my skin. It was a horrible experience and when I asked for help, she first ignored me and kept speaking with someone else. When I insisted I was in a lot of pain, she blamed me and said that I opened my eyes and that it was my fault. My eyes are red and hurting.My advice is to stay away from this place!

The ladies here are nice and, in my experience, try to get you in and out which is great. I usually go on Saturday mornings and I’m usually seated immediately. The equipment/furniture is a bit run down and the place could use a bit of renovating as well. During one of my visits, when I entered it smelled like they forgot to take out the trash. Nonetheless, I go because their pedicures are fairly priced and they do a great job.

Love my gel manicures from here! Every time I come, I am seated within a short amount of time. I have been 100% satisfied with my nails each time. Nilda does a great job at shaping the nails and being so meticulous with the presentation. Looking forward to coming back!

I’m glad it doesn’t smell like dead rats anymore, anyway I love getting my eyebrow done by the manager, I wish I knew her name. As for nails the only nail tech worth spending the $30-45 they charge is MARIA. She is top notch at shaping, however don’t come here expecting to get any designs or anything cool, the only accessory for nails they have is stones like look alike diamonds. So yeah, please don’t get your nails done with anyone else you’ll be disappointed. However, the staff is very nice :) ( client for the past 3-4 years ) don’t come here if you have curly hair, the stylist will charge you $40 for a blow out and she only does clients with straight hair so I wouldn’t really trust her with my curls, they have two massaging chair for pedicures, only one works. Eyebrows now cost $8 cash and $9 if paying with card, unlike everywhere else that is $7, however I think it’s worth the money.

I went for a manicure and a pedicure there, the pedicure was ok, but the manicure was a disaster. My 4 year old cousin would’ve this better. My design looks like a 3 year old drawing and they charged my $5 for it. Such a waste of money. I didn’t want to be rude with the lady that was doing my nails so I just paid and left the store. Never coming back there. The same thing happened my eyebrows, one of my eyebrows is now longer than the other. Very very disappointed!

Place smells, got over charged and I have yet to receive my $11..wouldnt go there again. Also I went there and got my eyebrows dead again and my upper lip. I wasnt asked which one I wanted, she just charged me $11 to get whatever was done all over again so that I dont get any $ refunded back. For the record, I did not get my $ refunded back, I got serviced, didnt want my upper lip done but the girl insisted that I get it done and I didnt get any change back so all was done for the $11

Issue was fixed and I loved my new nails . Very nice staff . Would recommend

They are always friendly and take me within a short time frame. I go for threading. I love Sofi!! They have organic thread for $1 more- less pain and better for your skin.

All salon services are reasonably priced and the staff are all friendly while providing professional services. It could be busy especially on the weekends.

Overcharges!I paid $40 for a regular fill/ gel polish without any designs. Im not from the area and was desperate to get my nails done. I usually pay $25 for a routine fill (every 2 weeks). I was charged $15 extra for gel polish on long nails which is absurd. Another reason for her overcharging was the area .. but its in Newark and the place is not upscale at all.Also, I called prior, showed up 10 mins later and had to wait for an hour. They (the manger) also tried to pressure me into doing a regular polish (which I hate because it chips) but she thought they would not have to wait for my polish to dry (she was trying to get me out ASAP). Why would I leave the salon with wet nails?I did like Maria the nail tech- she was nice and did not do a bad job.

Clean, friendly staff and excellent work. I go every week for various services. All of the staff ae competent and friendly.

Nice people, & they do henna fast at a reasonable price.Sofi and the owner are the best at eyebrow threading. Ive always went to sofi, she does them perfectly.
