We felt very comfortable leaving our car. Plenty of security and the shuttle service was amazing. Pick us right up after parked. After returning from vacation. They found out car super fast and was excellent service. Thank you
Believe the low ratings. Arrived, received bag and called at 1250am. Called at 120 and Rose claimed it was super busy. I called again at 130am. Van arrived approximately 133am. Not super busy just Super short staffed is more like it. Only 2 others in the van with me. Credit card machine was “down” but apparently she knew it would be back up at 5am (huh?) so they were writing down credit card numbers 😳 or you could pay cash. No checks, Venmo etc... Oh and the ad says “we will have you car waiting” HAHA you mean you’ll be waiting. The guy driving the van was also the one getting the cars for people because the other guy took an hour and a half to get a couple’s car. Apparently they had a bunch of cars parked behind his but didn’t get the right keys. I guess my night could have been worse. I’ll never park there again. I gave 2 stars because the ride to EWR was within 30 minutes. Here’s how busy the airport was at 130am. Please tell the clients the truth Rose.
I cant believe this is a real place. They are the worst parking you can leave your car with. Please be careful and move on from here. I had to argue hours for my car, I just wanted to leave and go home. Please please dont do this to yourself. 0 stars is not possible
STAY AWAY! THEY ARE THE WORST! I’m surprised they are even in business. I could give this place negative 5stars I would. I’ve been using them to park for years many times and I’ve never had a problem until this year. first Time this year they didn’t answer for a pickup and I had to take an Uber from the airport back to them AND then I had to wait over 2 hours for the only person working to find my car. I decided to give them another chance and this past weekend was ATROCIOUS to say the least. It took them over an hour to pick us up at the terminal (which is a 10min drive) and then the dude working when we got there was so beyond rude to everyone. There were a few others picking up their cars as well and he took my ticket and never sent a runner to get my car, even after asking and him blatantly lying to me about it. Then I finally got them to go find my car, meanwhile there was another customer there that they had lost his keys and they guy working didn’t seem to care at all. STAY AWAY AND PAY FOR BETTER PARKING
Made a reservation with Vista parking only to show up and discover their lot was full. When I asked an employee how the lot could be full if I reserved (and paid in part) ahead of time he pretty much told me tough luck. Fortunately I was able to find a spot at the airport, but had to pay a much higher price than I otherwise would have if I chose another parking company that would’ve honored my reservation. I also almost missed my flight.After I shared my complaints, they never addressed them, but began sending me promotional emails encouraging me to park there for my next visit at EWR. I won’t ever use their services again and recommend others look elsewhere.
DON’T FALL FOR THE LOW RATE!! Not worth it! We booked early online and arrived to a full lot with a handwritten sign to go to P3 or P4 notwithstanding we’d made a reservation. When we asked the attendant outside, he motioned to turn around and that we had to find other parking. After going in the office and showing our prepaid reservation, we were allowed to find a spot, which was tight. A tiny, congested and dangerous lot. We boarded the van, which was filthy, not just dirty and messy, filthy. The seats were all stained and gray and the van smelled. On the way back, in an equally filthy van, the driver was unhelpful and made little effort to help with bags. He also almost turned into an ambulance at a light. At the lot, our car was parked in and we had to dig out our reservation in order to get the online booking discount. I feel sorry for the employees. I am sure the attitude rolls downhill from the ownership. (The woman in the office was actually okay.) We will never return. It’s worth it to book a car or go with trusted Newark Long Term Parking. PS. We think our car was moved after we self parked it.

We missed our first class flight and had to make a layover making a breezy 4 hour flight an 8+ hour hassle running from plane to plane. Why? Because with two vans and two drivers this company decided to use only one van. We arrived at the parking lot early, and waited approximately 45 minutes for the next ride to the airport. We missed our flight by 15 minutes! Never again will we use this parking garage. I cannot express my anger in this post.
Easy to find - parked myself outside and checked in, shuttle was there when I got there. When I arrived back from my trip, I called the number on the ticket and they were there to pick me up I didn’t have to wait long. My car was pulled up ready for me when I got back to the vista parking lot.
I made a parking reservation in advance. Upon arrival, I was told the lot was full and helping me wasn’t their problem. Thankfully I found a spot in airport parking (though I spent quite a bit more) and was able to catch my flight. I will never return to Vista.
Damaged my car wont return callsWhen we picked up our car two weeks ago at Newark Airport there was a HUGE dent in the front corner of the car. At the lot they did nothing except give me a number to call. The first time I called the woman I was told to speak was very pleasant, took all the information down and then I never heard from her ever again. Now when I call, they do not answer my calls or messages or emails.I received a quote for $1000 dollars to fix the damage.
Dont use them. They have ONE DRIVER. We called at 9:05 tonight, driver passed us at 9:15. Finally got picked up at 9:40pm. 35minute wait.After 20years of using them, I will not use them again. 2 drivers were sitting chatting and laughing when I went in to get my car.The woman hung up on us when we called to ask why he just passed us. By the time we were picked up there was 8 of us. No apologies. No nothing.Stay away from here unless you want to wait around after a long day of travel.
Supposed to be valet..nope.. park yourself in crowded lot tell them where you are at.. only one driver for shuttle.. so everyone waiting. Then I ask guy a question,if he needed my online proof per instructions.. he answers in a huff with attitude..but he didnt yell so to him he sees no issues. I raised my voice a little because he was rushing to talk over me before my question is out and to tell him about the attitude... Then Im wrong like its my fault Im following instructions. .
The worst experience ever. Got there 6am already a line of at least 25 people waiting to catch one of the 2 vans they had. Came back from vacation called 4 times got message voice mail wasnt setup finally got thru it was 830pm waited almost an hour when the van finally arrived the driver put15 people in a 11 seat van people had to sit on laps not very safe or comfortable then we get back to the lot my car isnt waiting they cant find my keys for another 15 minutes. It was terrible
They overbooked the lot and then told me to go to p4 and promised p4 would honor my reservation. Which of course was a lie. I had to pay an extra $100 to find parking right before my flight. And they refused to refund me my original reservation. Calling their customer service gets you nowhere. Stay away!
DO. NOT. COME. HERE.First off when we arrived there was a massive amount of people waiting some almost missing their flight. Second, they parking lot was so hectic everyone was scared that their car would be damaged. We were scared so when the opportunity arose we moved it into a spot. Sure enough we get back and the car was moved, the Windows are down, military backpack (filled with supplies in case of a car emergency) STOLEN. emergency car kit STOLEN. Expensive leather gloves kept in the glove box. STOLEN. basketball that ive had all my years of playing. STOLEN. We were ALREADY exhausted after they had us waiting over an hour to pick us up from the airport in 95° weather so coming back to a car completely DRY was the worst thing me and my mother could have experienced. When I get done with this review best believe they are going to hear every last cuss word under the sun. If you want your stuff stolen this is the place to be. :) Good luck.
I had a reservation on August 12th at 4:30 AM. I arrived and there were many people in the parking lot. They said there was no parking available and we all had confirmations. I had to quickly drive to economy at the airport and paid $65.00 more. I would have taken a car service if I had known. I almost missed my flight. Terrible Service, I would never try to park there again.
Phone numbers on claim ticket, did not ring thru to business. One automatically went to a voice-mail that was not set up, the other rang three times and disconnected. Finally contacted by pulling up phone numbers on-line. Guy gave us wrong place for pick up. Called back 40 minutes later and was given correct pick up location. Staff was pleasant other than first person I spoke with, but overall experience was chaos.
Awesome experience with vista! From start to finish! Our flight landed at midnight, called and was picked up in less than 6min! Although under staffed, the person in the office was a great multitasker and got everyone their vehicles in a timely manner! Kdep up the great work!!!
I didnt have any issues - It was my mom and I and she thought it was fine. Bring email confirmation. Quick drive to EWR and decent fast pickup. Will use again!
Terrible they were supposed to pick us up at 1: 35 am. We called them around 2:00 said they sent someone out we called again and again and again they started hanging up on us they didnt pick us up till 3:05 a.m.. we will never use them again never ever recommend them make sure everybody knows how unprofessional they are.
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! I took the Vista shuttle to Newark airport. The driver had asked the group in the van to announce the airline terminal that the passengers had. I was traveling with my wife and infant child and we told the driver JetBlue. However, when we arrived at the United Airlines terminal the driver went into a rage when the passengers she dropped off there had left (we were the last remaining passengers to drop off) and insisted that we never told her that JetBlue was our terminal. But when she arrived at a different terminal she stated that she would not take us to JetBlue. She then got belligerent and slammed the van door on my leg. She forced us out of the van and we feared for our safety. I was really concerned about my wife and three year old that accompanied me.At that point, we had to take the AirTrain to get to the JetBlue terminal. I contacted a Vista representative that night who said he would meet with me when we got back from our trip. But he never returned our calls when I tried calling once we got back. This was a terrible experience and to make matters worse we saw the same employee that did this act when we retunred from our trip to get our vehicle. No action was taken by management despite the poor service reported to them. Really shameful and unfortunate. Beware of Vista Parking.We had used their service for several years but never again!!!
DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!! When I got my car it was completely covered is bird droppings and who knows what else. They credited me 10.00 to get it washed. I come to find out that by the time I got it it already ate through the clear coat on my car and now it will cost over 600.00 to get it off. If you value your car DO ONT PARK HERE!!!
Awful experience. Showed up 35 minutes after I called to be picked up. Driver went about 30mph over the speed limit. I went in to pay after being dropped off. Came out and when I was about to get in my car I was harassed by the driver as he went back to the airport. He said You didnt tip me! To which I replied What?, he says No tip!, To which I replied I dont tip people who show up 30 minutes late when its a 3 minute drive!
STUFF STOLEN BY EMPLOYEES!!! I left my truck there for 4 days in May of 2021. My truck automatically locks when you walk away from it. And has an alarm. When I got back from the trip my dash camera was stolen. No signs of forced entry. So someone used my keys to steal my camera. Not one person even seemed to care. Let alone seem angry an employee would steal from the customers. I was given a customer service phone number that basically was never answered. When I finally got a hold of someone, they basically told me oh well in a few more words than that. I CANNOT stress enough how poorly this was handled and how I will literally tell anyone I deal with to never park here.
Worst company ever. We did the booking online and when we arrived the lot was full. We had the car somehow squeezed in the lot after series of arguments. Even worse when we came back to pick up the car, they couldnt find the keys and had to spend hours at their office finding keys, very unprofessional and bitter experience we had with this company. Do not book with this company thinking you will save few dollars, its a waste of time.
We were turned away given parking lot full even though I had reservations!! We had reservations for Thursday August 13th & when we got there the lot (and street out front) were packed and there was a sign on the door that said lot was full and suggested parking at EWR lots. This has never happened to us in all the years we have parked at Vista. Apparently the reservations dont mean anything. We ended up spending an extra $100 to park at the airport. Very disappointed and will think twice before booking with Vista again.
If I could give zero - I would. Made and paid for a reservation. Showed up and they told us they had no spots left, despite my month ahead reservation. I had to go through a ridiculous number of calls to get a refund and at the same time, find another parking spot, making sure we arrived on time for our flight. More of an issue is that the people working there just dont care...go somewhere else.
We have used Vista many times over the past years. This time was the absolute worst and I will not be using them ever again. And I will make sure my family and friends don’t either. We had a reservation with a confirmation email. We showed up to park our car and as we pulled in a guy told us they had overbooked and they had no room for our car. He walked into the office. I got out of the car and went to the office and they had locked the door and wouldn’t answer our repeated knocks. The lady at the counter finally opened the window and said that there was nothing she could do. They didn’t care at all. Since we didn’t have time to look for other parking lots we headed directly to the airport and paid crazy expensive parking prices. We made our flight by minutes.
Wow. All I can say is wow. My family and I came here to park for a trip and everything was smooth until we came back. We were picked up, all was good, and our shuttle driver was incredibly rude. Normally, I would let it slide BUT we were SO close to a fatal accident that left us shaken up. Our driver waited outside of the van until we gave him a tip, like are you kidding me? My entire family was in the car as well as other families with an unsafe driver. I WILL NOT be coming back here - it’s totally not ok to be rude and put people’s safety at risk. It bothers me so much - the expectations and execution of the driver are completely unacceptable and it’s embarrassing for this company to employ someone like this.
I have used Vista Parking service for over a decade, and it was all great until about three years ago when their service started to deteriorate. My recent experience was a nail on the coffin, and I will never use them again. It all started with I had to park the car myself (behind Howard Johnson hotel); on my way back, I was at the airport for 50 minutes waiting for their van to show up (I called them multiple times). Finally, after arriving at their parking lot, it took us another 45 minutes before we could pay and get our car. Overall, we spent more than an hour and 30 minutes getting our car. The bottom line is, find alternatives to make your airport parking experience better.
Booked online through Vista Parking directly. Had receipt and everything. Would not let me park saying lot is full and overbooked from 3rd party sites. Not compassion or cares to assist. Parked at economy lot instead at EWR and rushing to not miss our flight! Worst part is there were spots we could squeeze into at Vista. Never again.

I booked ahead of time through a third party and was told I could not park when I had a flight to catch. I was not able to get my money back, just a credit. The people are rude and really dont care about what you have going on. I do not recommend parking in this lot.
I don’t usually leave reviews online, but my experience was so terrible here that I had to say something. I parked here from 8am Friday to 10:30pm Sunday. The guy told me it was $9 per day but I was charged $38. They take your keys and move your car. I had some change in my center console for tolls etc and I noticed that my money was missing when I got back. Plus the driver to the airport wasn’t great at driving. To top it all off, the service was not particularly friendly. Will not be parking here again.
This place has changed for the worst. Weve been using Vista for at least 20 years. When we came back it was us and another couple waiting to be picked up, it took them 35 minutes and then the woman on the front desk was extremely disrespectful to every one. Before, they would put the cars that were being picked up that day on the front by where you pay, my husband had to search on the big parking for our car. When he found it he had to maneuver back and forth because it was blocked by another car. We are never going back there, there are better places than this
Two negative issues: Last week my flight was cancelled. I called, they picked me up but they could not find my car for over an hour that I had dropped off just three hours earlier. The next day I returned to take the rescheduled flight, when I returned today it took over an hour to get picked up. I called 4 times and was told the driver was on his way. There were two vans that just drove right by me as I waited at door 3 on level 3 of Terminal A. Also, I watched as the van stopped and picked up passengers at door 2 at level 3 and when I ran over to the driver he said that he was full because those other people just jumped in as he was waiting in traffic to get to my location. So following their rules made me wait over an hour for a pickup. This was very bad service and blatent un-concern for their customer. I will find another place to park when I go to Newark airport.
Had made a reservation (confirmed) and when I got to lot two hours before my flight, they turned me away because lot was full. The person on-site acted like he was doing me a favor by saying a refund for my deposit was coming. Will not use them again.
I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, But this place is terrible i landed at 4:30 am, Called Vista for a shuttle they told me go to door 2B. I called several times for the shuttle i was standing out there til 6:50am and the shuttle still NEVER came i had to pay $40 for a taxi, Get to Vista they took forever to get my car and over charged me, I was so vexed and running late i couldn’t even argue, This was my first time ever doing airport parking NEVER AGAIN!

You’ll get what you pay for the price. The staff at the reception and drivers are highly unprofessional and rude. The management needs to plan the staffing resources per the reservation demand. It took over 45 mins to drop us at the airport, missing the flight. The reception staff do not bother to pick up phones as they are so much understaffed. No parking spot locations, so find your own car. Will never park again here. Park at your own risk, as they make you sign the disclaimer.
Horrible place! Completely dishonest! We booked it through way.com because it was the closest to the airport and said that you park by yourself. Upon arriving, the rude attendant told us to give them the keys and when I started to say that it said online its self parking he told me to disregard whatever it says online! They are completely dishonest and nasty and were at least 2 miles from the airport even though they advertised that they are .1 miles away! Where is the law here! Companies cant lie to their customers! They told us the shuttle will be here in a few minutes and when it finally came after 15 and then slowly unloaded they told us that we have to wait until someone else comes to leave! DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT!!!! I booked this over a month before we were to park. We had a 5:30am flight, so we got there at about 2:45am. The sign said the lot was full and there was no one around to ask. There is supposed to be a 24hr attendant. There was none. We waited until 3:15 and then called the number on the sign. A woman answered and said OH NO, the lot was full. I told her I had already reserved my spot and paid in full. She said she sent an email to everyone and cancelled their reservation. I asked why is my reservation still active then? She had no answer and just repeated The lot was full!! and then hung up. We had no choice but to use long term parking that cost 2x as much, as all the other lots were at capacity. I understand that mistakes are made, but its 3am and to not offer any empathy or an alternative shows me the level of class and professionalism of the people running it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
2 weeks ago I booked Airport parking at Vista parking through spot heroFirst of all when we reached the place the lady their told us that there is no spot available even though I already paid full and showed her the confirmation email, she told me to askSpot hero for a refund back and after arguing for almost half an hour she took the car, it was so nasty conversation!Second, when we came back after a week we took the car late night, the car wad missing an exterior vent which we just found out that the day after in the morning, it was stolen, I called both Vista and appt hero and didn’t go anywhere with them!Vista was the worse parking ever, don’t park there !Spot hero even though they apologized for the stolen part but they said there is nothing they can do!No more parking through them too

Absolutely do not count on your reservation being honored here. Made and paid for a reservation weeks in advance with SpotHero. Credit card was charged, thought I was set. Showed up the morning of to find a sign on the door saying they were full. Figured I had a reservation so I was fine. Nope! Woman inside flatly told me there were no spots, it didnt matter that I had a reservation, and I should just get a refund. I was clearly not the first person she had told this that day, based on her jaded and annoyed expression. SpotHero promptly refunded me the money with no hassle, but that didnt solve the problem that now I had no reserved spot, meaning we had to scramble to find a spot anywhere else. Later as we were on a bus talking to other travelers, we learned they, too had had their parking reservations refused - at Vista Parking.A good daily rate means zilch if they can just refuse to honor your reservation the day of. Stay far away from Vista Parking.
Can I rate them ZERO? We have used Vista parking for many years and recommended them to 20+ family and friends, but will not be back and will be making calls to everyone I recommended. Picked up my car, to find that the entire interior was rummaged through. All papers and misc items from the glove box and arm rest box were all over the front and back floor and seats. The attendant in the office could not be bothered and told me to call the reservation office if I want to complain. This either happened right in front of them as the car was parked and not locked right next to the office OR it was done previoulsy and the driver that picked up the car from the lot noticed but did nothing about it. Either way, it does not instill confidence that your car is safe.

I had a terrible experience while parking my car here.When I had returned my car had cosmetic damage both in the front and rear sides. I had notified the company in which they basically told me OH WELL and it was not their issue and I had to go through my insurance. I expressed the fact that I should have been reimbursed for the damages as this happened to my car under their service.DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE.

My entire glove box and center console were rummaged through. Had my wedding band in a small box hidden and it was stolen. They had the nerve to leave the box for me on the seat of my truck. Totally disgusted with the people who work there. Would never recommend.

Rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate dispatcher on duty on the night of June 7, 2021. We waited 25 minutes to get picked up, had to make 3 calls to get some attention. Even at that he cut me short and hung up on me. He was unapologetic and nasty when I approached him. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a few years. Never again.
We left our car here for 7 days, the cars they transport are highly stained and broken(the van we went to the airport in and same with the different van we came back in) then we called them when we were waitin at baggage claim and they said cal back when we had our bags…. So we did literally five minutes later. Then they processed to have us wait for them for over 1 hour and twenty minutes. After waiting we finally get picked up and they take another 25(almost thirty) minutes to get the car out of the lot . Never again. Go anywhere else but here.
Worst nightmare, I would have given -5 rating if it was available. While dropping the car off, the shuttle was delayed and we were told that the driver took a wrong turn etc. and we were luckily sent through the shuttle of EZ Parking to make to the flight on time. We were naive enough to believe this BS, but Vista showed its true customer service failure during our return. We waited in Terminal C for 45-50 minutes, initially the rep just told us to go to Level 3 Gate 3. I called about 10 times and they wouldnt even pick up the phone and when they picked up two time - guess what they said Shuttle on the way, be sure to stay in Level 3 Gate 3 so the shuttle wont miss us. After hearing this three times, I lost patience and said that I would take a taxi and come and they need to pay for it - you guessed it right Shuttle on the way.... I took the cab and paid $20 and yelled at the rep for wasting time as well as money. He said I should be respectful, and I said that they didnt respect customer service, our time (45-50 mins) and money I had to pay for the taxi. NEVER GO THERE, we paid about $10/day and other lots that may charge $1-2 more would have provided better service and respect for your time. After seeing several comments, I see that I wasnt the only one. Am sure they are paying someone or having friends/family offer the 5-star ratings. Again, STAY AWAY - they lure you with low parking rate, but you pay closer to other lots and get the worst service.

When I arrived back from my trip CLEARLY they had gone through my car and stolen items. I went inside to inform them and the clerk wasnt surprised no incident dorm was given to be filed nothing. Emailed the supervisor only for her to send a reply of the website. Hold your freaking staff accountable.
This is the worst company that I had used. I used this company service on 05.19.21 and I strongly would not recommend them to anyone to use. The customer service person there at the office at NIGHT was rude from beginning to end since arriving at airport.

When I returned from my trip April 9th I noticed a dent in my car. I was told to contact their customer service center (which turned out to be just one person) it’s now April 26, and after 15 messages and three emails I have still yet to get a response. The demeanor of the staff when I told them there was a dent in my car let me know that they knew it was done and everyone was hoping I wouldn’t notice it.

Despite having made a reservation, upon arrival the lot was overflowing with cars and I was told to leave the car on the street in a no-parking and tow-away zone. Not the service I expected.
They say their shuttles come to the airport regularly, this is blatantly not true. I called to ask when the next shuttle was arriving and they said one wouldn’t come without a confirmation number (did not have one as someone else had booked for me). Then they hung up on me. Had to take an Uber to the parking lot. Rude staff, false advertising.
Do not come here. Booked this lot via spothero and upon arriving to the lot we were met with a rude attendant saying the lot is full.
Awful place, cannot be trusted if you want to catch your flight. Despite prepayment everyone was refused parking at 5.30 am and expected to go find something elsewhere. Luckily I did and made my flight. Still trying to get reimbursed.... choose another parking if you want to be sure to catch your flight
Efficient and rides to the airport. Sort of hard to find and all cars parked outside. We will use it again.
I left me car there for 10 days. I don’t know where they left the car parked but the next morning after I got back for the airport. My car was infested with ants. I noticed when I was driving to work caused me to get in to a accident. Will never use them again

BEWARE!! We used Vista parking two weeks ago in Newark NJ. We picked our car up and it was late at night and dark. The next day we noticed our new car (4 months old) was keyed from front to back. Major damage. We called vista and spoke to them and they said they would call us back ( never did) sent 3 emails with no reply. DO NOT USE this company!!!

The worst service I have ever seen! They couldn’t find my keys. When I asked why don’t you put keys according our ticket numbers, she screamed: Don’t you see that all the keys are misplaced!!! Is it our problem I asked!!!! So rude and awful service!!!!! Never come here again!
Rude costumer service who ever is working at 5:30am on Tuesday jun 29th should get fired, the pick up is slow saw us waveing left us anyway with two miners on the curb, need better management urgently

Worst parking lot experience ever. When we arrived to leave the car we waited in line for over 25 minutes for shuttle. By that time there was enough people to fill 2 shuttles .On our way back, we called from airport to notify them we are waiting for pickup . 30 minutes later shuttle shows up and about 50 people run for it and fight for seats. I’m with 2 small children and it doesn’t matter I have been waiting for 30 minutes outside in the cold with them . When bus shows up, the first that run for it gets the seats. 10 minutes later another bus pulled up - almost full - 2 seats left and another 40 people fight for it ! I mean w.t.f. ?????!!!! We finally arrived at the parking lot and now wait in another line in a booth to check out. I was hoping since I called over 30 minutes before that my car would be waiting for me but I was so wrong .They are understaffed and overpacked.Never again
Worst place ever, we booked online and when we reach the place they said they aren’t taking anymore people. Almost made us miss our flight and they simply said we dont care. Also the worker behind the desk was very rude and giving us a hard time when we asked them how to get our refund.
Everything in my center console was rummaged through and shoved into my glovebox, jamming it when I tried to open it. My tire gauge and microfiber cloths are missing. Would not recommend.
Rude staff. Unless you have an email for payment verification their systems cant confirm payment. They charged me twice, now I have to refute payment with credit card company. Ridiculous!

I would highly recommend it not utilizing this parking lot. Arrived from a flight and called the number that was provided on the valet receipt numerous times with no luck. Had to pay for a Uber from the terminal to this site and the guy behind the desk said that their phones were down. The worst part is that the shuttle that is supposed to be becoming up clients was just there in the lot hanging out, how about knowing that the phones are down to have the shuttle constantly rotating looking for clients at the terminal instead of it just having it parked at the lot doing nothing.Bad customer service and the security guards have horrible attitudes for no reason

The worst service EVER. LAST minute Reservation cancellation due to Lot Full, and NO Notification, until you walk in the door, and the parking agent yells Lots Full, and repeatedly kept on saying Lots Full.
Waited outside of terminal c door 3 for an hour.Every time i called, they say car is on the way but it was all bs.Pick up van was fully loaded with people which is not safe in these days
Thit place is absolutely horrible dropped off our car absolutely nothing wrong with it we get it back and we noticed it sounded different looked under the car and the muffler was hanging down in the middle of the car.
Would leave 0 stars if possible. Upon returning from Europe and extremely exhausted, I was picked up quickly at the airport. My car was waiting. I paid and got in the car. I noticed the fusebox was open, but thought it might have been bumped and didnt think anything of it. I got in and drove home. I didnt use the car the next day. When I went out to use the car the following day, I noticed the front right bumper was damaged. I got in and noticed all the gift cards (Dunkin Donuts, Panera, etc. that I keep in the cars console were gone. There were easily 15 to 20 cards worth well over $200. The plate covering the shifter was also damaged. The screw had been removed and someone tried to pry it open. This place either has an employee problem or a security problem. I would stay as far away from Vista as possible.
We had a terrible experience! The information written online is completely not accurate and we missed our flight because they made us wait so long. The staff was extremely rude and impatient.
Last week I received my car back from Vista Parking after being away on business for 3 days and there was a new large impact dent from a truck or plow on car. Although local staff were kind, management has yet to reach out to me or to answer my phone calls
With so many other option, chose a different place. For the second time their phone number was disconnected and I was stranded in the airport, ending up taking an UBER (again) to get to my car. What is the point of the service then? Go somewhere else, you will be better off.

Horrible Horrible. Dont trust this place. I made a reservation for this place and when I arrived they said they wont take me because I booked through a 3rd party. I just made my flight but cut it close because I had find a new place.

I have parked at VISTA for decades. Over the years I have seen the service decline to the point where I will never use VISTA again. The shuttles take forever to arrive and are filthy and old, the help has become outright nasty and uncaring. The final was last night I returned from a long trip and my car was delivered with more bird s**t on it than seems even possible. I questioned the attendant in the office about why they would park a car in that area and she rudely said Im not a parking attendant. In done, good luck VISTA. There are many options and I would never treat my customers in such a manner, I guess VISTA is doing very well. BYE
