My husband and I went on the mid-day dolphin tour with Captain Andrew on Saturday, October 2nd. We had a great time and really enjoyed talking with the staff of Siesta Key Aqua Adventures while waiting. You need to check out their business front space - very cool. The trip itself was super relaxing and informative and I even got to hold a sea urchin! Would definitely do again. Thank you!

We did the dolphin tour. We took up all the space with a party of 16. Including kids. They all had a great time. You dont necessarily need to bring a bathing suit. I was wearing shorts and sandals with a regular shirt. Was able to get off and walk the sandbar just fine, water was mainly knee height and Im 53. The captain was super knowledgeable and funny. Shout out to Captain Andrew for showing us around. We did not get a chance to see dolphins but at the sandbar we did get to see some pretty cool hermit crabs, some water slugs, some little thing I called the porcupine of the sea but Im sure is a sea urchin.Get a group and bring your stuff and snacks if you like. We did because we had kids with us and didnt know what would be on this tour. We cant go wrong with too much food and drinks.Captain also got off the boat at the sandbar to take a group photo of us that came out lovely and its a memory Im happy to have.

We went on the boat tour today and had the most amazing experience. Captain Andrew was so informative about the wildlife and the history of the area. I was so excited about seeing dolphins but my favorite part was the sandbar. Captain Andrew made the experience so fun and before the tour was over it felt like everyone on the boat had known each other before today ❤️ I can’t wait to bring my children and grandchildren here to experience this tour. I highly recommend.

Captain Anders or Andrew can’t remember now what he said because he gave of us a lot of good information. I took the afternoon dolphin tour and the sunset dolphin tour both were amazing and very fun. It’s a small which makes it easier to ask any questions you may have about what you see or what he’s telling you. I definitely recommend if you’re in Siesta key take the dolphin tour!

The bumper bots were great...when they worked. Half of the experience was spent getting dragged back or dragging others back to shore to have the engine fixed. One wouldn’t work at all so finally I volunteered to just sit out. Fun experience, probably worth what I paid since it wasn’t very expensive, but I would kayak next time instead.

Umm, this was super cool. Ask for Beach Jesus to give you the Jet Ski sunset tour!!! Bring sunnies to protect your eyes from the salt water and haul it!

What a great experience. My family and I were looking for something to do while on vacation that would allow us to still be safe during Covid. I found this company and booked a sunset cruise / dolphin watching. We had a blast, our host, Captain Andrew was delightful and made the trip so much fun. The views were second to none and it was possibly the most relaxed Ive felt all year. I highly recommend⭐️

We absolutely loved our banana boat ride. Richard, our driver, was wonderful! He definitely paid attention to whether or not our group wanted him to go faster or slower. Lots of fun.There is some room for improvement in how you book. Signing waivers on the beach (we saw the boat while we were out swimming and thought it would be fun to do), when not everyone in your party has access to their phone, can be difficult. Getting into your email from an unregistered device is no fun at all.If it werent for that I would give it five stars. Were definitely glad we did it.

The sunset tour was beautiful! My wife and I had a nice time & the sandbar was breathtaking. We were fortunate to see dolphins on our trip. The drinks were cold which was nice. Captain Anthony was very entertaining and professional

We took the dolphin sunset cruise with Captain Andrew. It was an amazing experience! Capt was very knowledgeable of the area and pointed out many POIs and other things to do in the area while were visiting. We saw 4 or 5 dolphins on our ride out to sand dollar sandbar to watch the sunset. We ran aground at the sandbar and were able to go out shell and sand dollar hunting! We found some of both! Live and dead along with a couple hermit crabs. We also got to see a few different species of birds living in the mangroves along the way. I highly recommend this unique experience for anyone! The boats can hold up to 16 people, but our party of 8 happened to be the only ones who had reserved that night so we were able to go out with just our group. Thanks Capt Andrew for the awesome experience!

Fantastic trip on the dolphin sight seeing tour. We got to see dolphins and manatees and explore a an island and a sand bar. Captain Andrew is awesome! Worth every penny!

We had such a great Dolphin Tour today! Our Captain Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and so much fun! We stopped at a pirate-like island and also at a sandbar where I actually held a Sea Urchin- so cool!Exploratory for the kids, relaxing for the parents.Nice trip!

First time in Siesta Key. Saw these Banana Bus rides causing along the shore and had to experience it for ourselves.Easy, straightforward booking process with instant confirmation. Clear information about the protocol on where to be picked up.Precisely on schedule, our Banana Boat arrived, with Captain Frank at the helm. Captain Frank quickly proved himself as having this whole thing down to a science, providing easy to understand guidance on boarding and clearly conveying the safety protocols. Franks head was on a swivel as he was constantly checking the crew to make sure all were safe.The ride itself is safely exhilarating as the raft hits waves, turns and has a full ride up and down the coast. We all had an amazing time and it is worth every cent. The kids are 19, 15 and 12...the 12 year old is maybe 80 lbs soaking wet and he never was in danger of flying off. In fact, he said it was his favorite beach activity ever, so, thank you SK Aqua Adventures and Captain Frank!Last thanks to Frank for taking and sending pics of us at the conclusion of the ride!

This was by far one of the best experiences of my life! The ride and sunset were absolutely beautiful and stopping at the sandbar to swim/look for shells/walk around was fantastic! We had captain Andrew and he was amazing and very knowledgeable! We also got to see about 12-20 dolphins during the ride!

THIS PLACE IS AMAAAAAAAZING!!! They were very accommodating. There was a mistake with our booking but they accommodated us well where our trip wouldn’t be wasted! I highly recommend the sunset tour. They had complimentary drinks and the captain was very funny. You get to watch Siesta Key’s sunset with full view. Simply amazing!

Had a great ride with Captain Andrew while dolphin watching on the tour to Koko Island. He knows everything there is to know about everything and he kept us quite entertained! The ride was beautiful and the sandbar was amazing!

Definitely don’t rent the kayaks alone. We didn’t get any instructions other than “go right under the bridge” my daughter and husband cut up their hand/arm trying to get in. And then going down the current was nice but coming back my daughter almost didn’t make it due to current being too strong. A warning about that would’ve been helpful. Especially since we’re clearly inexperienced.

Captain Ty and Joan really made our parasailing experience awesome! It can end up feeling like a long day out in the heat so it’s really important to have a solid crew in charge. They are both Calming, if you’re bothered by nerves; and at the same time, Professional, so you can rest assured that they know what they are doing. The music was pretty solid too. Thanks again!!

Started our morning with renting jet skis the process was super quick and easy! The guy who helped us at the desk in Siesta Adventures so was nice and so helpful along with our trainer Matt! We then came back at night for the sunset dolphin cruise with Captain Andrew! He was very knowledgeable and super friendly!! I would recommend siesta adventures to anyone!

We were looking for a change of pace on our beach vacation, and Captain Andrew did not disappoint. Although we didnt see any dolphins on our dolphin tour to Koko island, we were able to explore the island as well as one of the nearby sand bars. There is a scavenger hunt for kids and opportunities to get in the water, so dress accordingly. Definitely worth the time.

Took my family to the aqua adventures and rented three bumper tubes. The staff including Bobby the attendant were great. They showed us what to do and how to do it and were there watching us in case we needed any help. If you want to have some real fun out in the water for you and your kids I recommend this highly.

We had a great time with Captain Andrew. Saw dolphins and manatee, beautiful sunset and found sand dollars! Great stories, area information and would definitely recommend! Would be nice to of had a bag or small box to collect the shells/sand dollars. Next time I will bring one. We will be back!! Thank you!!

Area was beautiful but staff could have been more informative about the tides. The fight to get back to their location was almost impossible against the outgoing tide. More direction than turn right then right would have been helpful.

Rent the jet skis. Do the gemstone mining. Rent the jet skis to see beautiful water and we even saw dolphins. Take home the gemstones from the mining bags.

Captain Andrew was great. We were the only two guests on our tour, yet he never relaxed on any professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about all we encountered and also pretty entertaining. It was a great experience.

Did a lot of research before booking this trip for my daughter’s birthday but the 5 star reviews pulled me in. We’re a family of 5 and had a wonderful time. Captain Andrew was super friendly and spent a lot of time showing my children various shells and sea creatures when we stopped at the sandbar. The sunset was breathtaking. Captain Andrew was also incredibly knowledgeable about the area and was great listening to all his information.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dolphin sunset cruise with Siesta Key Aqua adventure to anyonelooking for a fun boat trip with stunning scenery. 5 stars all the way. This sunset cruise was unbelievable! Captain Andrew was incredible! Didnt talk too much, but just enough. It was a very personal tour, not so commercial. The views were absolutely breathtaking! When we stopped and got out at the sand bar, it was just... So surreal; nothing but warm water, sand, shells, and the most beautiful sunset you could ever imagine! Its difficult to find the words to give this cruise justice! 10/10 would recommend over Marina Jacks, or the Le Barge or any other local sunset cruise! It was THE BEST possible experience!!! AND!!! They had goats on the boats!!! They were super friendly! The entire evening was magnificent!

Everything about this was just amazing. We were a group of 10 on vacation. The whole group has been on banana boats several times and this was yet the best one. We went on thursday then again on friday worth every penny. And the driver was friendly and having a good time with us. 5 out of 5 stars. I don’t usually write reviews but this called for it. Definitely give it a shot frank was amazing.

We took the 3:00 boat tour with Captain Andrew & everything about it was amazing! He accommodated to the 10 kids on board and provided a fun, safe environment for us all! We also saw two dolphins; which made our day. I highly recommend the tour and Captain Andrew.

What a guy, he knew when to slow down and he knew when to rip it like a band-aid. Frank made our banana boat ride memorable and we will without a doubt be requesting him every time.

We had a absolutely blast. Capitan Andrew’s was a pleasure. I know people see these reviews and say yeah yeah that’s what everyone says, but I’m telling you. It was worth every penny. We came down here in May of 2021 for our honeymoon, we were looking for something fun to do during one of our days. We came across the sunset boat tour at aqua adventures when looking around online. We were contemplating whether or not to spend the money and eventually said what the hell let’s give it a try. It was unbelievable, it was one of the highlights of our trip, if your on the fence about booking a tour here’s your sign to just do it! We can’t wait to come back and do it again with our friends. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Best sunset cruise we’ve ever taken. The owner Richard and crew were so friendly and helpful. Captain Andrew was very knowledgeable of the area and the wildlife. The sites were beautiful!!! The music was relaxing, and the complimentary cocktails and drinks were the perfect touch to our sunset cruise. The boat was spotless and very comfortable. Captain Andrew docked the boat at the sandbar with our choice to stay in the boat or get off on the sandbar. We of course enjoyed the sunset on the beautiful sandy beach. THE best sunset we have ever watched surrounded by water. We highly recommend this friendly and professional family owned company.

Our family enjoyed the Dolphin Tour to Kokō Island with Captain Andrew. The weather was beautiful and the water was calm; we learned tons about dolphins, red mangroves, and the amazing variety of flora and fauna that make Sarasota Bay one of the most pristine estuaries in the entire country. Capt. Andrew had plenty of complimentary cold drinks for us, as well as shade when we were stopped at the island or sand bar. Our kids loved it and declared it awesome! An excellent experience. We were fortunate to have Captain Andrew and he was amazing. The kids (10 and 12) loved his nature knowledge and commentary, and the adults loved his friendly conversation and fun facts about the area. We felt safe and in good hands at all times, and even got lucky enough to see dolphins and find some fun creatures on sand bars. Really cant say enough good things - it was the highlight of our trip.

Captain Andrew for mayor of Sarasota! If you are a fan of wildlife, swimming and real estate than this trip is for you. Captain Andrew had a vast knowledge of the local flora, fauna and wildlife which he passionately shared with us. We were given ample time to explore Koko Island and the sand bar, which was an experience I’ll never forget. He also shared fun facts on the waterfront real estate, which was an added bonus. We were able to bring our own booze on the boat, so you know it was a good time. A fair price for 2 hours of fun in the sun, absolutely would recommend.

We scheduled the morning dolphin cruise and the sunset one. We had Capitan Andrew for both and a fabulous time for each ride. Captian was knowledgeable and fun, we plan to do this every time we head to Siesta.

My wife and I took the morning cruise to Koko island. We were impressed by captain Andrew. He was very knowledgeable about local wildlife, the history of the area, and was very friendly and funny. The cruise was 2 hours and we had such a wonderful time that we decided to come back for the sunset cruise at 6:30 pm. It too was an extremely great cruise. The atmosphere is totally laid back, good music, and complimentary drinks. 2 thumbs up from my wife and I, and to captain Andrew. He deserves any and all tips that he earns from his passengers.

We were lucky enough to have captain Andrew for trip. He was very knowledgeable and great with my daughter (8) and nephew (5). We enjoyed his charismatic personality and his humor. We visit yearly and will absolutely be stopping back for another trip!

We had a Banana boat ride that picked us up at the beach and was amazing. We also had a 2 hour dolphin tour through Sarasota reservoir. We had Captain Andrew and he was a great captain and was really fun.

Captain Andrew was very personable and welcoming. We did the sunset tour and it was beyond our expectations! We got to go to a sandbar and get off to walk around and enjoy the sunset right in the middle of the bay. They had complementary adult and children beverages and great music to set the mood. I can’t express enough how professional Richard is. We thought he was just an employee, turns out he is the owner. From start to finish he was involved in all of our activities. Banana ride was a blast but you definitely want to wear glasses or goggles in the front seats. The sunset tour was outstanding. We saw dolphins, played music, enjoyed drinks, and walked the sandbars during sunset. As a business owner myself I must compliment Richard on the way he conducts his business. Outstanding.

This was my third time jet skiing from this location and haven’t been disappointed yet! This location is SO convenient, the staff is not only incredibly friendly and helpful, but they really make an effort to educate the clients about how important it is to be respectful of the No Wake Zones, Manatee areas, and other boaters. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them!

My family had a blast on the bumper boats! We also enjoyed the Tiki Boat tour to the sandbars and islands to explore. My girls loved exploring and seeing dolphins! The staff and captain was super helpful and fun! We will be back!

We did the dolphin tour here. It is a good little tour with a neat visit to an island and a sandbar. Wouldnt do it every year but maybe every other year, it was great for all ages of children!

The morning dolphin tour to KoKo Island was a fantastic way for us to start our daughters 11th birthday off. Captain Andrew was awesome! She was able to check everything off of her scavenger hunt list with the exception of a Manatee!! The boat isnt overly crowded like some of the other boat tours we saw out. We had 4 kids and 6 adults in all plus the captain of course! Very comfortable. We would go again!! Oh, and if you want some knee slapping humor, read the negative reviews. These guys are great!! First time in Siesta Key. Visiting from NY. Was such a fun exhilarating experience. Captain Frank was on the ball. Made sure we were ok thru ride. Had to hold on, wear a life vest. Was fast and really cool. Highly recomend to anyone looking for some excitement.

We were with a group of 13 women and had Andrew as our guide/captain. We love the cruise and had such a great time. Andrew gave us a tour and information about a lot of the different residences. We had great music and went to the sand bar !! Thanks so much for a fabulous memory. We will be back !!

We received a broken boat, rather than fixing the boat or switching them out, he chose to chastise and yell at his customers, the experience was not 4.7 stars like these other reviewers think, and it left us very unsatisfied. very unprofessional owner and poor service. 1 out of 5 stars do not recommend

Love Love Love!!!! I have a party of 6 and this was our first time on siesta key, we came in October because it was less crowded. We were swimming in the beautiful water and saw a banana boat and decided to do it. We got picked up by Captain Andrew and had so much fun. The next day we decided to go on a dolphin, sightseeing tour and guess who was our captain? Youre right, Captain Andrew!!! We fell in love with this man. He was knowledgeable, funny, kind, just all around the best person weve met so far. He had us laughing and dancing, so if u go to siesta key aqua adventures, ask for Captain Andrew. We love you Captain!!!!!

Rented a seadoo for a couple hours. It was beat up and idled a bit rough but still scooted full throttle across the bay and never died. Out of the 3 jetski rental places this was the cheapest place and I believe had the fastest ones. All they have is the SeaDoo 130s. He said they go 55 but I couldnt get mine over 46, probably because the water was decently choppy and the wind was about 15mph. Id rent from here again.
