Waited for 30 min at airport to get a shuttle to my car. Was passed by 3 empty shuttles and each driver told me they couldn’t bring me to my car and to wait in a different area each time and that a shuttle would come for me. Had to call the company directly to get a shuttle sent. Would have been faster and more convenient to just take an Uber

Easy to locate, parking attendants were so helpful and pleasant, shuttle service was great, touchless in and out was a snap. Great experience overall. Will definitely use again.

I parked there for a week and came back to a dented car and a scratch on the roof of my car from someone who parked too close and dragged their luggage on the top of my car to get out. When asked for a video to submit to my insurance company, they simply didn’t have it. They won’t take any responsibility for damaging a car in their property. Please don’t park there

It was easy to find the parking spot on Haynes Avenue. We parked the car, got a shuttle right away and we were at the airport in no time.On return, we got the shuttle again right away, got into our car and drive home. All very easy and flowed well. It was also the best rate we found and we had an oversized truck.

Parking was a breeze, corporate discount gave me a great price. Shuttle was clean, driver was great, free water on the way out was great for the ride home after a flight. The app for tracking the shuttle was great at it notifies them when you are at the pick up spot. Will park here again!

I use parking spot every time I fly from Newark. Bus driver picked us up at our car, loaded the bags dropped us off at the terminal.On the return just picked our bags at baggage claim walked out the door. Saw the van actually 2 lanes over waved at the driver he waited for us like 2 minutes. Drove us in the rain right to the trunk of our car. Awesome!!!In a few minutes right on the highway home!Can’t beat that for service!!!

This is a great location. If you download the app, you have a QR code that you can scan when entering and it is really fast. There are several shuttles that circulate, so there is always one available both in the parking lot and at baggage claim. The drivers are very friendly and help you load and unload your luggage at the lot and airport. I pre-paid (and got a discount!) so checking out was super easy. Again, just scan your code and you are on your way. The car in front of me had trouble with her credit card and the person manning the booth came right out and helped her, so she was on her way very quickly. I will definitely use this lot again!

I have parked at the parking spot Haynes on multiple occasions and every vacation it’s the only thing that always comes out right!, my flight was canceled I called and spoke to Suellen Burnett on my concerns with not coming back on my reserved schedule, she was short and pleasant assuring no issues just enjoy your vacation. The drivers take you right back to your car from the airport quickly. A+++ service every time.

I wanted to share our experience with an attendant that picked us up from our flight at approximately 4:30pm, this past Sunday, February 21st. During the time that we were away (2/17-2/21), 8 of snow fell in the area and our car was covered in snow and ice. When the driver of our shuttle arrived at our spot, he immediately recognized our vehicle was covered and asked if we had a brush to get the snow off. We did not and he insisted on clearing our car off. The driver brought us back to the main building, grabbed a brush and completely cleared off our car before we got on our way. This was well beyond his job duties and it was wonderful to see such dedication. We truly appreciated it and I only wish that I had caught the employees name. Im hoping this description is enough to identify this individual, but the Newark Haynes location deserves credit. We have had positive interaction with every driver throughout our stays at this location, but this individual certainly takes the cake.

If everything could be this easy! I was stressed because I had to catch a flight and didnt know where to leave my car. This was the easiest thing, and the shuttle, to the flight and after I got back, took less than a minute. Really happy I found this place. Oh, and the staff....all perfect

Amazing service. Your shuttle driver saw us come into the lot and followed us to our parking spot. He loaded our luggage and off we went. And upon our return your shuttle was waiting right outside the doors of the airport. Again your drive loaded our bags and in a few short minutes we got our can and headed home........

I wish the row and space numbers were more clearly marked but the shuttle tracking part of the app is fantastic. Good amount of shuttle availability and it seemed like a safe environment to park my car

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tonya for giving GREAT customer service. I went to Haynes location on 4/5/2021 @ 3:30am to 4/11/2021. When I arrived I took a ticket from the machine but I did not scan my QR code. I prepaid before the trip. I was supposed to scan the QR code upon arrival, but did not realize this at that time.I paid 20 dollars more when exiting, and didnt use our prepaid reservation so I called 4 /12/2021 and Tonya credited my charge card the higher amount. I called to ask for help with this issue, and she took care of the problem right away.I have been using Parking spot for 20 years and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Neither exit had working intercoms. No lost ticket option in the lane.Couldn’t find entry ticket, no way to get help. Waiting fifteen minutes in the lane allowed enough time for me to find the ticket though.Equipment deficiencies is one thing.I took the time to explain to an employee that the intercoms weren’t working. “Nothing rang here.” Isn’t that the definition of a non functioning intercom system?Ahhhhh, never mind, sorry for trying to help. Just get me out of here.Never going back.

Did everything online printed out pass to enter the lot no problem, exiting was the same. The last time I used your services there was someone in a booth when exiting she offered me and my wife bottle water when leaving that was a nice touch.I think you should have a person in a booth when exiting in case someone has a problem exiting. Face to face conversation I think settles situations better.

Very convenient, however, the service and the prices have definitely changed since I first started using them a few years ago. This last trip cost me ialmost $30 per day and it took the van nearly 25 minutes to pick me up from the airport to drive me to the parking lot.

First time Parking Spot parker and boy I was so surprised at how streamlined the whole process was, from reserving online, to parking, to getting the shuttle to and from the airport. The Parking Spot is an excellent facility to choose to park your vehicle at the airport. Every transaction is done electronically and efficiently which is great during these Covid times. On entering the facility my code was scanned from my phone app then I parked. I was promptly taken to the airport in a clean shuttle that practiced social distance. The driver was friendly and helped with my luggage. The shuttle was very prompt on picking me up from the airport. It’s also easy to spot the shuttle which helps! No hassles at all with this company. I’m driven to my car and I leave by scanning my code once again! A receipt is automatically generated in to my email address. I truly cannot complain! My travel companion and her son. Had just gotten back from a long day in the air. Called the desk, the young lady who answered. Told me where to go, to get picked up. Ten minutes later, we were met by a courteous driver. Who took us to our vehicle. I didnt have any cash on me. But my companion did. Gave the driver a gratuity. He noticed a wallet on the floor, and asked it was mine. I said no. Twenty four hrs later, my companion realized. That her wallet was missing. It wasnt the one the driver had pointed out. But a different one. I called the office, the same afternoon driver turned that one in also. We drove down to the Haines location. ID cash and credit cards were still there. Its refreshing to see, that theres still honest people out there. Great company, and great service. Thank you to the gentleman driving the shuttle at 2pm.

My go to parking facility at EWR! Started out with the McLellan location, but find Haynes to be more convenient (closer to airport). Miss the valet option that ended with COVID...but hope to see it back soon, and coupons!

Easy to access and good service by the drivers. Regularly drops and pick ups.Unfortunately I left my car on when I left to the airport, so my car did not start when I returned because it was out of fuel. They told me the tried to turn it of, but I had closed the doors ;) so how to leave the parking spot?The people from Parking Spot brought me to the fuel station to fill up a jerrycan, waited and brought me back to my car. I filled the tank and could leave, very nice people and great service!

I was there the day of the snow storm. The lots were plowed and safe. The staff is always lovely helping with my bags. The one staff member thanked me for my business as he is one of the lucky ones who has a job during COVID. I will continue to keep my business at the Parking Spot!

Our family of four recently used The Parking Spot Haynes. Easy to use, very reasonably priced. Drivers were kind and courteous. Felt very comfortable using this service, even amidst the pandemic. Great option for families with small children.

Easy parking and quick pick up and drop off. My only MINOR issue was when leaving you have to scan the barcode you used when you entered. I assumed I was done with the barcode so I deleted the email and had a hard time finding it in order to leave the lot.Not a big issue, just remember to save your receipt email or it could be an issue when leaving the self checkout.

Update: CAR STOLEN from lot on 3 day stay. I was parked under a light a stones throw from office and exit. Bs cameras caught nothing. AVOID!!! Zero security and everyone plays coy like it never happens but PD says it is.Only one bus running and although seats were sectioned off for social distancing that went out of the window and everyone was invited on because as the driver said there was only one bus operating. If you want to avoid crowds it won’t be for you. Other than that important miss, the ride went well.

Fabulous customer service. Less than 2 minutes from terminals, I can honestly say have never waited more than 10 minutes for pick up.(5 trips so far) Arrived at 555am, taken straight to my car and shuttle driver waited for me to start car and back up before he moved!!!

The customer service was very helpful and courteous but it was actually the drivers that made me feel them most comfortable and were the most helpful. Anytime we have to go on a plane we will definitely be using your company.

Amazing place to park your vehicle! The app was SUPER EASY to use and booking a spot was hassle free. Their customer service is impeccable and I was greeted with a smile both checking in and checking out. The shuttle driver was also amazing and we lucked out and got the same driver going to the airport and coming back from our trip. He greeted us with warm smiles both times, engaged in some conversation, and was so helpful with our luggage, as we had A LOT of luggage! I would def. book here again! 110% Customer Satisfaction!

On pickup, the driver for McClellan had no customers and so drove us to Haynes. Awesome. Didnt have to do that but he did - much appreciated!!!

This was my first time trying out spot parking and the experience was great. I pre paid on the app and then all I had to do was scan via upon entrance and exit. Not sure if I was lucky but as soon as I parked my car there was a shuttle waiting for me to bring me to my terminal. They gave me a card to save which included my parking spot number along with details on how to get picked up when I returned. Shuttle pickup to get back to my car was just as easy, and they even have an app so I could see how far away the shuttle was when I was waiting. They even drop you off at your car when you arrive back.

I usually use ABC parking but thought I’d give these guys a shot. ABC had a lower base rate per day but after fees they’re within 60 cents of each other. Easy to get to and park. I highly recommend downloading their app and using it. Knocks at least $4 off the price. Just show the QR code at the gate. Pick a spot and jump on the bus to the terminal. I like that they run more shuttles than ABC. Honestly you’d be fine with either one with a slight edge to Parking Spot.

A trusted friend highly recommended I use THE PARKING SPOT for my 10 day trip to Paris a few weeks ago. Every step of the process was easy. I placed my reservation online very quickly, and the day I arrived to the NEWARK Airport it went perfectly smooth. The location is just across from the airport, and THE PARKING SPOT staff picked me up in the shuttle and brought me right to my terminal with ease. The day of my return I was picked up by the shuttle and brought directly to my car. I designed the shoes called CROCS so I travel a lot, and THE PARKING SPOT is everything you can ask for when you’re parking at the airport, and they will save you a ton of money. I plan on using them always, and I highly recommend them!

They are not the cheapest parking in the area, but this place is convenient since it is right next to the airport and their shuttles run pretty often.

Even for technologically challenged people like myself it is easy and streamlined every time.The shuttles magically appear before you even look for them. The employees are professional, courteous and smiling!It takes the stress out of airport travel for me because I have a child in a car seat and don’t want to uber or taxi to the airport. I can use my own car and I trust that parking spot will get me to and from the airport as scheduled every time.

We always park here when we travel out of Newark. We’ve parked both in the self serve and in the valet. In both circumstances the service is great. We’ve never waited for a shuttle once we arrive, which is a real plus when you’re running a little behind. The close proximity to the terminal helps too. Also, it’s way less expensive than on site airport long term parking.

I was dropped off quickly when leaving and upon arrival back home everything went smoothly. I was picked up fairly quickly, dropped right off in front of my car which I parked valet. The car was waiting for me engine on with heat in car which was nice because it was frigid out. On the way out, you pay at the exit kiosk from car and you get a complimentary bottle of water for the road. I will definitely book again!
