When I walked in the facility, it was clean looking and clean smelling. The design and environment was very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. It took about 5 minutes to get in a chair and it was peak hours. My dresser was Michelle and she did a fabulous job! 10/10 recommend

I can tell shes been doing it for a while. I recommend her 10 out of 10 and most definitely will tell people about this place. And if you come in make sure to ask for her. No long wait time, great cut, even better service!I have been putting haircuts off a little too long since the virus started, so Im glad I chose this location to clean myself up. Allison was great company for my cut and got me to stay for a shampoo and hot towel service. Will be back in two weeks for sure.

Had a great time here !!! The entire staff was awesome!! After DRAFT CLIPS Barbershop destroyed my hair, sport clips was able to repair the damage! They did an amazing job, even gave me ointment for my stab wounds from DRAFT CLIPS. The whole staff was funny and they all need a raise and promotion, and we had a great time !!! I highly recommend Sport Clips to everyone!!!!

Overcharged today by Allison. Only got a haircut (varsity) but was charged for a shampoo, massage, etc (MVP). She asked me twice about the shampoo, still said no. The pricing isnt listed anywhere so I didnt realize it til later. Had to look it up. Doubt Ill be going back.

Used to get good haircuts here. Recently, two out of my last three cuts have been awful. Im going to have to pay to go have my hair fixed at a better place and not come here again.

Usually come here for my haircut due to me being particular. On 5-12 had Miss Sara cut my hair and beard perfectly. Got the MVP worth every penny. Will be returning as I have found someone I can trust to do it right.

Ive been coming here for several months to get my monthly buzz cut. I admit that Ive had a few interesting experiences, but nothing where I left feeling it deserved a one star review. People, this isnt a high end hair salon so if you expect to get preferential treatment and a perfect look for $20 (tax included)...go back to Alabama.

I told the lady I want half off the top of my hair and even show it to her. She then told me how about half of her index finger’s size length and I thought it may be a little too long but I told her to go ahead anyway. Then she took the shaver and basically shave off my hair. I asked her why she did it that short and she showed me that it is as short as her finger’s diameter. I honestly have never had stylist who does that to my hair - they usually go a little too long and then cut shorter and shorter until you are happy, and NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! Never ever coming back!

I always have a great experience at this particular sport clips! Every two weeks now, I come in to see Toya and she always knows how I like my hair cut. Since she is out for medical reasons, I had the pleasure of working with Felicia again. She was so patient with me, making sure I had the cut I was accustomed to getting from Toya. She NEVER made me feel rushed! Quality customer service! I didn’t appreciate the attitude however, from who I’m assuming is the manager of the store. Clients shouldn’t know you’re trying to passive aggressively remind your stylists to say “Hello” to the clients walking in the door. Especially if that stylist is engaged in conversation with the client in their chair.

Good place for a quick basic haircut, anytime I came home and found an issue I was able to go back and get it fixed no issues.

First time at sports clips. Also last. Walk right in with no waiting. I understand why. Had to keep explaining that I want my hair cut short. She just kept taking off and 1/8th of an inch. Then when she used the raiser on my neck it felt like I was getting a tattoo. 4 hours later Im still in a lot of pain. One of the worst and more expensive haircuts Ive ever had.

The hot towel and scalp massage is nice, depending on who cuts your hair. The stylists are extremely inconsistent. There are cheaper places to get better haircuts.

I went for the first time recently and it was basically as advertised. There is an all-female staff, which makes sense. The type of guy that would go to a place like this is going to prefer a female cut his hair. Football was on the TVs. I generally dont like talking to the stylist, but this one wasnt so bad since it was more give-and-take in the conversation instead of her just trying to make me talk about myself. I got the MVP because they had a deal for first-timers. The head massage was ok, buy I would have thought it would lasted longer since you pay a few bucks more for it. I probably would not get the MVP again, buy I am very happy with my haircut.

Long wait times for a haircut that they should pay me for. I was very nervous after watching two guys come out before be, one guys neck line was uneven and the other had an awful haircut. If they would focus more on the haircuts which is ultimately what we come in for, instead of trying to be something they will never be. Also its was extremely hot, I was sweating in a t-shirt and gym shorts, they could at least turn on the fans thats in the lobby as well as in the back. Cheers.

They have some of the most inexperienced people who cut your hair Ive ever seen.

Went to this location once and will never go again. The barber was a guy who was rude and did a job that I had to go to another place and get a new haircut. Two stars only because I like sport clips in general.

Waited for 45 minutes only to be skipped over. Not enough hairstylist working. That and need a different way of putting customers in the system for waiting. Just maybe.
