Clearly a fresh scratch on door. Also the car was filthy so much for indoor parking. After I call to inquire they disabled the link on their app to leave a review. This is the second time parking there, they will not have a repeat customer.
Paid a decent price . a lot. cheaper than some of the other places nearby. i paid online. dropping my car off was as simple as just that. dropped my car off and hopped on a shuttle immediately after . when i came back from my vacation. i called them to come pick me up from the airport and they were literally there in less than 5 min. got my car no problem. establishment is clean and organized . shuttle drivers are polite and helpful. would def use them again
The pick up and drop off were fine, but when we picked up our car, the gas light was on with only 16 miles to empty. My cars gas light goes on at 60 miles to empty and I know for a fact that it was not on when I dropped the car off (because I never let it get that low). Unfortunately I didnt note the mileage before dropping it off, but I would suggest anyone parking here to document mileage and gas levels before dropping off.
NEVER PARK HERE! 8/2021Im actually waiting in the parking lot as we speak. They have damaged my car and took photos of the damage and said it was done prior to arriving. It’s fresh white paint! The bumper is off it’s hinges and it is a fresh scratch! They refused to let me see security footage. I called the police to file a report. When I called the police they advised me to go get pictures if where it was parked. The young girl at the front desk said no customers allowed. I just read on some other reviews that they have white pillars! Which matches the scratches ! I’m calling the better business bureau and filing a claim. NEVER PARK HERE!UPDATE: 9/29/2021 - I have filed with the police department. This company has denied all culpability and I will have to fix my damage then take them to court for the damages lost. It’s ridiculous, disrespectful, disappointing and low class for them to be not only rude but very dismissive and unreliable. Again.. NEVER PARK HERE!
Great shuttle service. It was on time and clean. Our female driver was so kind and friendly. We waited at the airport less than 5 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Our car was waiting upon our arrival back to the lot.
Easy drop off. Just got a little wait for the shuttle and a bit of a line as expected. Soon as I left the plane I called them up for transport which pulled up as soon as I came outside. 10 minutes later when we got back to snap my car was already outside and ready to go.
Guy driving the shuttle is same one getting your car. Waited forever for him to bring cars down. Girl behind counter was zero help and has an attitude problem. Actually removed my ability to take survey after we finally got our car. Ive used SNAP many times but this was probably the last.

Bus drove right by us during pick up from airport and had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Second time I’ve had to wait a long time when using them. Other than that they’re pretty good.
I showed up and asked a staff member where to park and got A look of disgust and ignored. Then went inside just to be ignored while the male there finished a text. He then dropped us at the wrong terminal and we had to walk for a solid 30 min with a child and luggage. Upon returning there was a bus and when I waved to get his attention he wagged his finger at me then flew by at a fast rate of speed. When I called to figure out what what up and when to expect another bus the attendant was very short rude and after acting like I was ruining her day by asking for assistance she said someone will be by to get us “ “Eventually” and hung up on me. I do not recommend this company.
Ive used this service before in the past and it went seamlessly, however today has been a complete inconvenience! The first bus was full and we were told by the driver that another would arrive shortly. That was not the case. We waited 40 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up to bring us to the airport! This will be the last time I use SNAP.
Getting in the parking was fine with the shuttle service. But getting the car out of the parking when we came back to NJ was not fun. Wait time was over 30 min. They couldn’t find our car. We had to keep showing the gentleman where the printed car park receipt was since he couldn’t find our car on his phone list of Acura’s…shuttle frequency is 20-30 min to from airport. Car was on the sixth floor and a lady finally got it.
I actually had a good experience with SNAP. I am a bit hesitant with off site parking and they proved me wrong. The shuttle was swift to drop me off and pick me up at my terminal. I saved a good bit of money and would use their services again without hesitation.
Tried SNAP for the first time and wont use again. Leaving my car there was not bad, although I had to wait about 15 minutes for others to show up and fill up the shuttle.The return trip was not a positive experience at all. I had to wait for about 17 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up - even though they said it would be about 6 minutes. We got into a PACKED shuttle and the driver did not ask customers to wear masks. Did I mention it was packed - every seat taken? Not good in the middle of a pandemic.Once we got to the parking structure it took well over 25 minutes to get my car. The driver of the shuttle had to go retrieve the cars from the parking structure! I asked if I could go retrieve my car myself and was told by the receptionist I dont even know what level its on. She also said she didnt know who was retrieving it or how long it would take. So, this parking place could not tell me where my car was, how I would get it or how long it would take.It was not a pleasant experience to have at midnight after a 12 day trip. I will not use again and I do not recommend.

I will not be parking at SNAP again. I thought it would be a good option after looking at Google reviews, but I had a terrible experience. To start, we arrived at 5am, and waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle. Many other places like this often have numerous shuttles running and you never wait over 10 minutes, but this was not the case. Also, the car in front of us came out of park (or someone forgot to put it in park) and rolled into our car. There was no damage, but there also was no apology from the staff, they just said thank you for letting us know. And upon our return, it took over 45 minutes for the shuttle to collect us from the airport. We had been traveling for over 12 hours, and that was the last thing we needed on top of everything. So overall, terrible experience.

While everything seemed fine when I dropped off my car, my pick up experience has been horrible. Been waiting at the terminal for a pick up for over almost 2 hours. I keep calling and they keep telling me they will be here in 2 mins. Might as well just start walking there. Seriously. Then they even had the audacity to blame me saying I was in the wrong place. I confirmed 8 times that the pick up was to be at Passenger Pick Up 5 and they later told me Shared ride services 5 and even hung up on me.
I wish I could give this company ZERO stars, and I wish I’d read some of the reviews I’ve now seen, BEFORE I took my car to them. I dropped my car off on Friday, August 31 and picked up it up on Tuesday, September 4. Someone PLEASE explain to me why there is a difference in my mileage etc and gas readings! Just to (supposedly) drive UP a ramp and park a car?? No way. My car was clearly driven off that lot. I took my before pictures just before leaving my car and turning over my key, and immediately after starting up the engine upon my return back.I truly thought this company was better than Value Parking who did something similar back in June - down to having my car reek of cigar smoke, and stuff in my trunk moved around. Some one with this company even went as far as stealing my favorite bottle of air freshener. I will never again park my vehicle at their establishment and I’m NOT about to recommend to anyone that they do so either. Tried to even put the gas back and missed the mark. I am a stickler for details; that is why I take pictures. Never again. Spread the word.
There were no spots indoor to park. The guy working the desk when I arrivedat 330 am was less then nice and not helpful. Wont go there again!
I had a decent first time experience with Snap indoor parking, not to far from the highway and about 2miles from the airport, the shuttle left about 15minutes after I checked in the car, one issue is when they bought us to United airlines at Newark there were two terminals and it was a bit confusing and a passenger helped with that info, coming back again a little confusing on the pick up spot, I guess this is because I am new to this type of service and not extremely familiar with the airport, but they came reasonably fast and my car was down in front waiting, I booked them with an online service so I had to show credit card, I was not on file with them, all and all I would use them again parking price was under 50 for two days, and I will know the lay of the land at the airport next time

I always leave my car at SNAP when I drive to the airport. I love how my car is always parked in the garage and I don’t have to worry about it being outside, especially in the winter when it snows. The staff I always friendly and helpful. They are also quick to drop you off and pick you up.
Snap Parking was the best parking service I have ever had. Their service is impeccable, they are friendly and very efficient. I made a reservation online, arrived at the parking lot and within minutes was on the shuttle bus to the airport. No long lines, no waiting, the checkin was so fast that I was at the airport within minutes. Returning home was also a breeze. Easy directions and clear communication. They picked me up less than 10 minutes after I received my bags and my car was ready to go when I arrived back at the lot. This is a five star company, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

If I could give negative stars I would -5. I had a voucher from Groupon to use the parking garage for a long weekend away. Well the garage isnt able to be found using GPS, WAZE, Google Maps, etc. So after 30 minutes of driving in circles around in Elizabeth, NJ. I had get to the airports short term parking to park. I was running late to get to my flight and almost missed my flight. I had to fork over $115 for airport short term parking. I already paid for the so called voucher $60, in total paying $175 for parking for 2 days. I have emailed both Groupon, which is a total joke. They basically told me if I didnt use it I lose it. Then I contacted the customer service for Snap Parking- Parking Wiz. Again, was back and forth with a rep on the situation. In the end there only concession was to give me a credit for the next time I want to use their parking. Im utterly speechless. Why would I want to parking in a facility I could not find in the first place. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to be taken for.

I thought this was going to be a fancy treat to return to a clean car. Instead I spent $20 for off-site parking in Newark. Not again.
Id give no stars if I could. Ww waited 45 minutes in 99 degree weather for the shuttle to get back to my car!! If youre understaffed, fix it! Noone wants to come off a vacation and wait this long to get to their car. Ill never use them again
Absolutely seamless drop off and pick up system. Zero hassle. I dropped my car off (I used the prepaid option) and was in the travel van to be brought to the airport within minutes. You’re given a ticket with a number to call after you pick up your luggage when you return, I followed those directions and waited outside for less then a few minutes for the van to be picked up. Upon arrival to SNAP my car was there waiting for me, and I was at the desk for less than a minute to get my keys. Definitely recommend SNAP for long term parking, my car was there for 3 weeks with no problems.

Waited more than 30 mins for a shuttle at 10:30 PM on a Sunday. Watched one shuttle blow by while I waved. The ticket they give and the text they send with a link to the digital ticket do not have all of the instructions on pick up. I will not use Snap parking again.

Shuttle ride from hell. The driver did not lock the back door and our luggage flew out across the parkway. Our belongings were damaged and we missed our flight. I’m sitting at the airport with my elderly father. (Post edited) Normande, from Snap, was with us the entire time and worked with us to recover our luggage . We were able to recover all the luggage except for my mother’s. You can see Normande on the highway getting some items. She also made sure that we got dinner money and our hotel was paid for. Her service to us for the hours we spent getting our belongings deserves a 5.

Get the detailing!I had my car detailed while I was traveling. They did a super job. The car looks like new both in and out. They even compounded out a scratch on the exterior. This is not something that I have ever had done before, but will do it now. The parking part worked fine, too.

I have used SNAP parking 7 times. I have always been happy. I just returned from a trip. That I prepaid thru their website for my parking for 8 daysWe I went to pick up the car they told me I owed more than double of what i had already prepaid. They said prices went up. I understand prices going up. But not when you prepaid. I will never used them again

Good parking experience. Prices are good, staff was friendly, shuttle was there when we needed it. They utilize technology to speed things up, such as sending you a link to click when you arrive. They also called to follow up on pickup time to make sure. The only crab is that they are 2-3 miles from the airport, so youll have to include that time in your trip timing. However, I will be using them again.

Fast, affordable and friendly. I have used SNAP for two trips in the last month and the experience is a welcome value. I used to park in the economy lot and take the bus over, but with SNAP, I pay for my parking ahead of time, simply pull up to their facility and they take care of the rest. Luis was very accommodating and prompt throughout the whole process.

Cannot say anything bad. Checked in and got us to terminal right away. Upon return after we got our bags we called, walked outside and within minutes bus was there. Car was waiting. Everyone we dealt with was nice. Will use again.
They were fantastic from the moment we arrived. Registering process was quick and you were on the way to the airport within 15 minutes. Coming home, the bus was waiting for us and the car was ready to go when we returned to the parking garage. Something I thought was great was the fact they had filled our tires up with air.

Weve used Snap since it opened and never had a complaint until this last visit. Not only was our vehicle not waiting for us upon our return, it remained outside during the entire stay.Last weekend I needed to use the cell phone charger thats always been in the console and found it missing. Extremely disappointed after using Snap for over 6 years.
We’ve parked here in the past and had great experiences. But tonight was a mess and we won’t return. Many clients were waiting for half an hour for the airport shuttle and then 45 minutes for their cars, like us. Finally our car came well over an hour later... and it hadn’t been cleaned. They said we’ll be refunded in 3-5 days.
Been going here for at least a year & a half. Last week I saw .06 miles added to my car, and tonight again when I went to pick it up it had 2 miles on it! Now its only a CTS caddy, Im not sure why they cant find something better to drive around in, but my days of going there are OVER! By the way SNAP my car isnt the only one with technology in it to let one know who & when their car is being driven. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
Great parking option for EWR! Smooth operation and organized. The only thing holding me back from giving 5-star review is that on two separate trips I have had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport.
Poor service. Waited over 30 minutes for the valet to bring the car down. In addition, had issues with vehicle damage. Called for two weeks with no final answer from management only to get second hand message that claim was denied. Little respect for the customer. If you value your time and self respect, I would suggest you park elsewhere as there are a number of other facilities available.
I have used several different parking places around Newark Airport. This is so far the best. I would highly recommend it. Dropping off my car was seamless. I drove up to the lot, the attendant confirmed my reservation and gave me a ticket for redemption when I returned, and a van was waiting to take me to my terminal. They drop you off at the pickup point so you know where to come back to but it would have been nice to have been dropped off at the departures area. Coming back was easy. All I had to do was call once I had my luggage. The van came pretty quickly. Checking out entailed showing my reservation and then taking my keys. My car was already waiting when I got there. The one thing to note is that the parking lot is located in a less than pristine part of town but access to the lot is controlled. There is a restricted exit with a gate. I will definitely be using this place in the future.
Great parking option for Newark International Airport flights. I dropped my car there at night, and while it didnt look like the best neighborhood, the lot was well lit and there were a handful of staff members working. At drop off the shuttle was right there to take us to the airport, and they got us there quickly. I called them for pick up after leaving baggage claim and I didnt wait more than five minutes once I got outside. When we got back to the lot my car was there waiting with no issues. I will definitely use them again when flying out of Newark!

Just parked there for 8 Days, I reserved online When I arrived to park my Vehicle, There was a Shuttle All ready waiting to take me to the Airport.When I landed after clearing customs I called them, By the Time I exited the Airport there was a Shuttle waiting To take me back, Very impressed with their efficiency and Quality of Service I highly recommend this place.
Really affordable undercover parking. The Shuttle is usually on time and very convenient. Will not use The Parking Spot in the future, my wife and I are sold on SNAP. If the price remains competitive I wouldnt consider parking anywhere else.
I used SNAP parking twice, for long term parking. I was satisfied with their service and friendly staff. Recently, I booked their service again, but I needed to cancel it due to the cancellation of my trip. The cancellation was easy by making a phone call. Full refund was issued. Highly recommended.
I had a terrible experience with this company yesterday. Ive used them about a dozen times in the past and service has been decent but absolutely terrible this time. I grabbed my luggage and called them as I was walking outside and they told me they were sending a shuttle. I waited for a half hour in the correct area and called again. They told me I just missed the shuttle. Not sure how. Anyway they told me they were sending another shuttle. Was with another couple waiting for the same shuttle and they ended up taking a cab back to their car. About 20 minutes went by after that call and still no shuttle. During this time I counted some shuttles from other lots come 3 times. They finally showed up after 50 minutes of waiting outside in the 30 degree weather. We sat in the van for another 10 minutes or so while they sat there waiting for more people. I got back to the lot over an hour after I called - 2 hours after my flight actually landed and my car was sitting there running. I got in the car and had 1/4 tank of gas. I filled up my tank on my way there before my trip so it was almost full. I asked the girl at the counter if my car was running the entire time since I first called and she said she didnt know and handed me my receipt for $85.00. They left the car running when I showed up as well so It was probably the combination of the two. Ive recommended them to others in the past but I will be looking for another lot on my next trip. I suggest everyone else do the same.

SNAP is a great alternative from the expensive airport parking. The staff is friendly and courteous. They quickly drop off and pick up at your terminal. If you pay in advance they offer you discounted parking @ $8 a day. Plus they did a great job at cleaning my vehicle.
I recently moved to CT from NYC and used SNAP to park for a week long vacation. I totally recommend it. The price was right, the staff was very friendly, the process was incredibly easy and user friendly. They even washed our car (for a fee of course). Five stars!

You have to love this concept: quick and easy shuttle service to Newark Liberty Airport terminals, inexpensive daily rates, online reservation and they will wash and detail your car for you. I love coming home to a clean car! Its like a special treat after the hell that is modern airline travel. Friendly service and kindly shuttle drivers. Now if the airport would only make a better pickup area, but thats out of these folks control.
This parking comes highly recommended. You drive in, take out your luggage (or the friendly staff will do it for you), leave your keys and hop on the shuttle. If you prepay you get a nice discount.Upon returning you call them, give your claim check # and it only took maybe 10 minutes for a shuttle to show up. They drive you back to the garage, you car is waiting for you and you are ready to go. They give you a 2 hour grace period before adding a new day to a stay.Its like valet parking!Looks very secure and your car is out of the weather.Its my EWR parking choice from now on.
My first experience with Snap was excellent. The lot seems farther away than any of the other lots I’ve used but it’s a quick easy drive. The facility seemed clean and secure. I prepaid my parking so I got on the shuttle and to the airport very quickly. I liked that my car was being stored indoors in case we had bad weather while I was away. Upon return, the shuttle showed up to my terminal fairly quickly and my car was waiting for me when we got to Snap’s location. Overall one of the best parking experiences I’ve had at Newark.
Amazing the concrete felt so good against my shoes and the cars all looked beautiful it was very hard to choos one but I finally left with a lamb
I Drove in from New York, Had no problems at all, polite drivers, timing was good, price is good, I feel better about flying out of Newark now, Im booking again next month when I fly out. I witnessed a couple with a baby get really nasty with a driver after picking us up from the airport, and even lied on him to his supervisor when we reached the parking lot. The driver was professional and handled the situation like a gentleman.. Great experience with this company.
I love parking here. Safe for my car, easy for me. They take you to and from the airport. The road getting to SNAP from 78 sucks (not their fault!), so just be aware of that. My only complaint is that I often return late from my flight and it can take 15-30 minutes to get picked up.

It took them 2 minutes to check us in (while another attendant was loading our luggage to their van) and we made it to the airport in no time!on the return, they picked us up right away and when we got to the parking place they had started our minivan and they had the heat going - which was great since we were coming from warm weather!Since we had prepaid we didnt even had to waste any time during check-out.Great experience! Well definitely use them again!

Horrible service, I waited 45 min for a pickup at the airport in the freezing cold after waiting so long I tried to call snap and got no answer finally someone answered and hung up on me. I do not recommend snap to anybody I ended up taking a cab to the parking garage from the airport.
I recently used SNAP for the first time and had an issue with them misplacing my car. Initially, when my car was missing, I was furious and wanted to leave a lower rating, but their customer service and attempt to address the situation - it made me feel better. So this, 3 star rating is due to poor logistics, poor procedures for their staff.Sadly, I believe that this facility does not have quality procedures for their parking staff and I do believe that there might not be enough staff given their volume of customers. When I arrived on Friday, Jan 17 @ 6ish in the morning, a very rude young lady was at the desk - rude because she was overwhelmed with the amount of staff that was pulling in and there was a driver getting off of a shift, relieved by a new driver - but the driver leaving apologized for not taking us to the airport because he had been there all night. I felt a bit concerned that they didnt have the appropriate amount of staff but shrugged it off. Upon returning on Monday, Jan 20 in the afternoon, the lack of staff was confirmed. There werent enough individuals timely providing shuttle and not enough to return our cars to us. I waited 2 hours for my car to be returned to me because it was misplaced. Apparently, the staff had moved it and did not document the new location. This was the largest issue that I had.Even though my car was misplaced, I cannot stress enough, how thankful I am that their staff was kind and provided a vast amount of appropriate concern and customer service to apologize to me. The new young lady behind the front desk (Angelique?), the assistant manager Linda and the manager Normandie were all amazing. I could no longer be as frustrated nor have so much anger because they understood their mistake. Normandie provided me with comfort by calling me and apologizing again and I did advise that I believe that they have some procedural issues and she thanked me for my feedback.I also could not be as angry because I arrived later than my scheduled time due to an emergency. But whether I arrived on time or not, the fact that my car was misplaced with a failure to document the new location, should have never occurred. Again, I think if they had more staff and were trained, this facility would be a great place to park. It is so close to the airport and reasonable in pricing. Given all that occurred, I COULD possibly use them again and that is mainly due to the 3 individuals that were exceptionally kind and concerned.

Always a great experience - I just drop my car at the valet and they shuttle me to the airport. When I return, my car is ready for me to drive away. Pricing is reasonable for all indoor and the list of additional services, car wash, oil change, etc, is extensive.
I have been using last few years. Great service and rate. It is gated and indoor parking with valet. Shuttle service is always quick and doesnt hesitate to drive for one person no matter what. Love this place!

Good price and a good experience. Id use them again.Waited about 15 minutes each way for the shuttle. No damage to my car. No extra miles on my car. It was nice to have the car parked in a covered garage on a 90+ degree day.

We’ve used Snap Parking for years but the last 3 times, pick-up has been abhorrent. Easy drop off service but getting picked up now takes over 20 minutes. This time the van almost drove by before stopping last minute to tell us they were full and another van was on its way. The last time, the van was mostly full but then waited for more than 5 minutes for additional passengers. When the passengers finally showed up, it was a family of 7 including a child and a baby which the van driver allowed everyone in and the father stood! Just unacceptable.
Great experience. Arrived at the garage, shuttle took me to airport right away (about 10 minutes away). When I returned, I called to get picked up and they were there in about 10 minutes. It was a little confusing to figure out where to meet them but we worked it out. The employees were very courteous. I prepaid to get the best rate.
This place works for me. Safe secure parking and detailed clean car when we get back. Shuttle drivers are nice. Always recommending friends to use it.
I havent parked at Newark Airport in years and was happy to find a covered deck so close by. The staff was courteous and efficient and you couldnt beat the price. Quick shuttle to/from and car was waiting out front by the time we arrived. Will definitely recommend and use again!

Snap used to be my go to for EWR parking. They used to have fast and convenient service. This is no longer the case. No problems on airport drop off but on my last 3 pick ups I had to wait for at least 2 vans for pick up (bc they were filled to capacity). Each of the last 3 pick ups took longer than 1/2 hour. No more I say. Goodbye Snap and you can keep the stash of loyalty point I will never use
