It’s a total scam! The lot closed within the last month and they are still taking prepaid reservations! Beware! Don’t reserve here. There is no parking lot. The old lot they has gates that are chained up.
They told us that they would send a car to pick us up at the airport and nothing showed up for almost 30 minutes. When we finally got to the place we were told our credit card insurance would not cover the car (which we were not told ahead of time). We were trying to sort out with them how to proceed and the woman behind the desk was unbelievably rude. When we asked to speak to the supervisor Eli he would not listen to us and said he would kick us out of the store. We said we would pay for the insurance using their service and he refused to rent us the car we paid for and then told us to get the hell out of their office. I have never been that disrespected before by staff. An absolute nightmare situation.
This company is not practicing social distancing. When I was picked up at the terminal there was one other customer in the van, the driver proceeded to pick up SIX more customers!
Very easy to use! Dropped my car and they took me to the airport in less than 8 minutes.. by the time I picked up my luggage and got in my car was less than 17 minutes. Great service and will definitely use again!!
While the experience dropping off our car went smoothly, the pickup experience was awful. We called Park Plus twice after getting our luggage and received no answer with the phone going to voicemail. After calling a third time, a woman answered the phone and was clearly having a conversation with someone else. Each detail had to be restated because she clearly was not listening. After waiting for about 20 minutes the driver called and said he was at the beginning of the terminal, but we were at the end and he said he would be down. He called again after 10 minutes because he could not find us. The woman answering our initial call had given him the wrong information and it then took the driver another 15 minutes to get to us. While the driver was nice, the customer service we received over the phone was both rude and frustrating as we had given them all of the correct information and they were still not able to deliver. Never using this service again and I would not recommend to anyone looking to get their car returned to them in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. I literally created a Yelp account in order to review this terrible service. Awful experience!!
This lot has recently been bought out by Towne Car and this new company needs to make some changes with staffing at the lot. I have used the lot in the past and did not have any issues.We arrived at 5:15 am on an overnight flight. I called the number and there was no answer until after 5:30am. Once we reached someone the van arrived at the terminal pick up spot within a few minutes. When we picked up my SUV it was pulled up in front and it was dark. I did not realize until I got home that they damaged my front right fender. I wasnt happy they didnt say anything. I called immediately and was told the person to speak to wasnt in until Monday. I called 3 or 4 times on Monday but eventually spoke to the person I needed to but I had already tracked down the number to the main office - claims department. Once I was able to file my claim with the lot, the main office has been very quick to respond and very professional. Past experience has taught me that is not always the case.
Arrived early to drop off my vehicle at the main gate which was chained and locked. There was a number to call which I did, they gave me an address to the rear entrance which was a little strange to me and didnt get me there. We ended up going to the place next door which was well lit with a shuttle picking up people as they were parking.
Arrived to park and waited an hour with no employees in sight. Office was wide open with no attendants anywhere. Almost missed my flight and finally decided to go to another parking lot up the street. Im surprised this place dosent get robbed blind after leaving a fully furnished office unattended like that. DO NOT PARK HERE
Horrible experience. My family called 3 times for pickup and we waited 40 min. Dispatch said the previous 2 vans were completely full at Newark terminal A so they never came to the next terminal. I was told the van will come straight to terminal B for me. I was greeted by a full van with no space for me and my family of 4! How is the van full if it was coming directly for me? Will not be using again!

I use Park Plus before many times from JFK terminal, never had any problems, service great. It was first time in Newark terminal. When we arrived we called dispatch for the pickup, he said the bus coming in 15 minutes, bus came in 20 minutes all most full, driver said is no more buses working today, he is going to be back . It was On December 23 at 11:00 pm, my wife and my kids (4, 6) and me were left for 50 min till the bus came back... We get to the bus and went to other terminal when we pick up more people, it was no more space, but nobody wants to wait so the people was standing and seating on luggage in back of the bus. This was outrageous. I would never use Park Plus again from Newark terminal
Terrible Experience. Waited 45 minutes to get on the shuttle to return to my car. There were about 40 people waiting for the shuttle. There is no coordination between their drivers even though theyre supposed to pick you up based on the time you call. The driver let on whoever pushed their way to the front. The drivers are trained to lie to you by saying there is another shuttle right behind me. When I got into my car, I found someone obviously went through all the compartments and took a roll of quarters. Stay away from park plus.

Do not ever use there drop up service! They took our car for a joy ride and drive over a hundred miles with our car! We took a photo of our mileage when we got there it was 95753 miles when we got our car back there was 95862 miles on it! When we called the manager refused to acknowledge our complaint and called me a liar and laughed! Oh and the first person I spoke to wasnt even surprised that this happened than the manager came on and basically provided no resolution or even acknowledgement of my complaint! Please learn our lesson and never use Park Plus!
Used Park Plus at other locations with good results. Newark location overcharged me. I wad referred to location manager who ignored my phone calls and emails. Had to dispute charges with credit card company. Would not use again.
Easy to get to. A little confusing once on the property but then it is a very short bus ride to the airport. Good rates available online too.
Dont ever use this company. My family was dropped off on the wrong terminal, ending up losing our flight that day. The day I picked up my car my home keys were missing and next day I found out my iPod was stolen. I have been called almost 3 weeks trying to get a solution and the only answer has been rudeness and lack of customer service not only from the employees also from the owner Larry. Dont waste your money and time doing fussiness with this company because you will only get a headache

This was by far THE most horrendous experience ever had. And this is how it went: we purchased a Groupon for $16 ahead of time not knowing there was an additional $11 in fees and taxes which was not mentioned ahead of time. We still decided to use this parking garage because they were in close proximity to the airport so we figured they would be best suited to our needs.The directions to get to the garage were very unclear. We were unable to locate the entrance so we called the office and the employee was not very interested in helping us and in fact, he was preoccupied and borderline rude. Finally after searching and driving around we were able to locate the entrance to the garage, where an employee greeted us and then instructed us to continue following the highway to the next attendant. The directions were very brief unclear. We continued to drive down the path but did not see anyone. There were other cars also waiting so one of the members in our group got out of the car and went into the office to find out what to do next but no one was in the office. Finally one of the employees approached us and told us to bring our bags to the shuttle and wait inside. We were very confused as to why we had to go into the office if our bags were being left outside. The employee was extremely rude and offered no explanation but just said to wait inside. One of the members of our group stayed outside with our bags and noticed that some of our bags were loaded into the shuttle with another group. When he told the employee our bags were put on the shuttle the employee said that they were not and again instructed him to wait inside. Rather than go inside he went to the trunk and showed the man that 3 of our bags did end up in the shuttle. The man once again was extremely rude and tossed our bags out of the shuttle.It was at this time that we realized why we were being asked to wait inside the office, one of the shuttles was not able to be used so they were running behind. There was a group in front of us waiting in the office and they would be getting into the shuttle before us. (This was never explained to us, we noticed that someone was working on the door of one of the shuttles.) We waited inside the office for several minutes but then began to get nervous that we were going to miss our flight. On our reservation we had put down that we would arrive at 5am (we arrived to the garage at 5:03am). It was now 5:30am and we were still in the office. We walked outside where other guests were now arriving and putting their luggage next to ours. There were no employees around to explain what was going on or what we were all waiting for.Finally the shuttle arrived and we began walking towards our bags to ensure that they would make it onto the shuttle. The employee was once again incredibly rude and kept telling us to get inside we assumed he meant into the office again so we said that we were not going back into the office because we were afraid we would miss our flight. We explained that we were waiting for about a half hour and we needed to get to the airport immediately. He then shouted back and said well then get in the shuttle! I am moving as fast as possible, its not my fault that one of our vehicles isnt working! He even went as far as calling one of the members in our group a wise guy. He was entirely wrong in the way he spoke to all of the customers that morning. He could have easily apologized for the delay and explained that it was due the vehicle maintenance, instead he became very defensive and rude.They behaved as if they did us a complete favor when we were the ones who Paid for the horrendous service they provided. The whole experience was a complete disappointment and displeasure. I couldnt believe we paid someone to be treated us so disrespectfully. The reason for me to write this review was to make sure no one makes the mistake of using this company ever again. No matter how good the price, it is not worth being treated like this! Take my advice, pay a bit more and get the respect you deserve!!!

Let’s just say this, if you want your car to come back with a big scratch and dent and then have them dodge your emails for weeks only for them to say the claim is denied because there isn’t enough proof it happened on their lot, then YES, by all means, use them for service. $1300 later.
So you expect to be picked up after a long day of traveling. That does not seem to be the case when it comes to this company. We were forced to wait almost an hour outside Newark Airport. This was the worst experience I have ever had and would not recommend people to use their services.
It is not 6.95 per day as advertised. They will charge exorbitant amount in taxes.

Horrible. Rude staff. I waited over 30 minutes to be picked up from Newark terminal. Once a van came the ride took only 5 minutes, yet the dispatcher claimed there must be traffic issues, than suggested I was in the wrong area. I have used this company for years, but my last 3 experiences have been terrible, and I will no longer use this company

This is the worst place and awful service . Late pick up and no instruction for pickup and rude omg after waiting 1:23 minutes for pick up in 2 different places with tons of luggage at last the van arrives . Next stop shake down city . I know there are people out here who could care less what they do to people but these people are beyondIf you want to be picked up late and grossly overcharged after you have paid in advance only to have the prepay void because we didn’t stay all the days we paid for . Then by all means go to the place . Just know we all told you no
