I had 5 different local companies come out to quote installing a new AC unit and this company came back with the most competative bid, and far exceeded the competition in offering excellent customer service. Installation was quick and efficient. I also received a free smart thermostat with my installation. Ive been enjoying my new AC for the last 8 weeks and am very happy with my purchase and services rendered! These people will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. Two other experts installed our new Carrier furnace the next day in less than 4 hours.

We had a humidifier installed in our furnace. They were able to schedule a prompt installation appointment so that we didnt have to wait long. The workers who came to install it arrived exactly on time and worked very efficiently. They were able to finish the installation in much less time than was estimated. Plus, they had a very positive attitude and were polite and friendly toward us. We would absolutely hire them again!

The sales person Mike was very courteous and friendly. He took the time go over three different options and was not pushy about which one we picked. Granted I had done my home work on deferent models. He has been very responsive anytime I have had questions or need something.The installers did a good job. There was a small oversight/mistake by the installers but Mike got someone out to quickly correct. Mike stopped by while they were installing and checked on it a couple days after, to make final adjustments to system.Mike was also willing to help me work with an elderly friend to get her a new HVAC system when she felt she wasn’t so sure of other quotes she had received.Great job Mike!

Jacob was very professional and located the problem with our furnace which is over 30 years old. It was a minor repair and he had us back up and running promptly.

These folks estimated 5-10x’s the actual cost to finish work for us, along with breaking the Handel on our bathroom sink and they didn’t fix it. Approach with great caution.Update:Upon talking with the manager about this incident, they compensated us for the damage done to the sink Handel and the time I had to spend on getting additional estimates to get our AC issues addressed. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 due to the apparent great managers to correct the wrongs and coach employees.
