I have friends who needed help. Their Air Conditioner quit in the middle of a heat wave this month (August). They were told that it would take more than a month to get a new AC unit. I told them the call Aire Serv and they fixed up by friends with a new unit installed that week. Aire Serve did great work at my house and I tell everyone I know to use the people at Aire Serve. They are the best.

Our experience far exceeded our expectations. From our first visit with Dave to the final install everything was handled professionally and the quality of work was exceptional. The system was installed on a day that was 93 with high humidity and the crew worked non- stop to get us up and running. Juan Diaz and his team exhibited a standard of work ethic and knowledge that you dont see everyday. My first contact with this company was to schedule a duct vent clean in our home, service was professional & courteous. The young tech that came round was polite, careful and courteous . I also then needed to contact them when my AC stopped working ( an old system) Jason the tech came round promptly, did a thorough inspection and talked me through all options and prices with no pressure at all, he did a repair to get system up and running while we scheduled appt for consult of new system . Jim was thorough, friendly polite and explained all options too us with us no sales pressure at all .I can not compliment and rave enough just how great and thorough Juan and his guys were for the install, and so friendly they even bought our family ice creams on the hottest day of install while our AC was . Sarah and her team are amazing. Had an issue a few weeks ago during the heat wave and reached out to Aire Serv at 9:30 pm. I immediately got a return call a very knowledgeable and professional technician was at my front door at 8 am the next morning. My tech Joe Z. was very knowledgeable about his craft and took the time to explain what I needed to do to keep my unit working properly. He was friendly and respectful. Im impressed with the company sending an email about the tech that will be rendering the service along with a picture. It makes the visit secure so customers are aware of the person coming and you will recognize the tech when they arrive. Joe also offered the best rate for my service. Almost forgot, when possible they will call to change the time so youre not sitting around waiting longer than needed. Worse ever service!!! So bad they didnt even come to my residence at which I expected them 4hrs prior to calling them and finally told by Katie that they are not coming. The tracking system is garbage because it doesnt actually tell you where they are, or if they are actually coming, or if they are ghosting.Can I give a NEGATIVE 5-star rating?! Plus the people who answer the phone are just appointment takers (Heather, Kayla/Kaitlyn)... no idea of their service process when I asked for specifics. Wasted my time/day. I would HIGHLY recommend AireServ to anyone looking for AC repair. The AC at my parents house wasnt working and it was 93 degrees in their house! Their emergency service was very responsive and unlike other companies who couldnt come out for days, they were able to send someone out the very next morning. We can’t say enough good things about this family-run company. Every person we encountered along our very extensive service treated us like family. We had a second HVAC system installed on our second floor, which needed ductwork to be run in our attic, another AC unit moved, cleaned, and all of our ducts then cleaned. It was a huge undertaking, but the professionalism of the crew was outstanding. On top of their excellent service they were extremely considerate of the fact we had a newborn in the house! I would highly recommend AireServ for any reason and any job. You won’t be disappointed.

We decided to have a new HVAC system installed as ours was getting older. Friends and family recommended Aire Serv. Id noticed their trucks and billboards so gave the a call. There was a hiccup as I have an in-home business and needed a larger than normal unit. The 2 ton unit was immediately switched out for a two and a half ton--at no cost whatsoever to me. The owner arrived at my door and patiently listened. He put an air quality monitor in my home to make sure I was getting a/c throughout my home. From the moment they answered my call, they were friendly, professional, and explained in just the right amount of detail what would happen if they came to clean my ducts. They quoted a slightly lower rate than one of their competitors, but the difference was in the details. They can use a camera scope to see what is in your ducts. They also text you when the technician is on his way and send you his photo so you know who you are expecting. It is a class outfit all the way. Highly recommended!

Our experience was great with Mr Hess and the installment crew. Everything was done in one day. Now we are nice and cool in our home.

Edited following response:The pricing issue was a miscommunication between the team (and even myself) and from a customer service perspective it says a lot that within minutes of me posting this review I received a phone call from almost every person involved from the team apologizing and seeking to make things right. I received a commitment that we would be sent an adjusted bill that would capture the work performed correctly, and at the price level for the two duct runs without the boot. A miscommunication error, their team acknowledged and took responsibility to make things right at every level (tech, manager, quote provider, etc).Even with the scheduling hiccups, the work performed was quality, and the service response was almost overwhelming.Original write-up:We requested and received a quote to repair some HVAC ductwork in our basement that was producing a large amount of condensation. I have attached a photo of the quote we received.Our appointment was scheduled for arrival between 9-11am on Friday. On Thursday night we received a call asking to delay until 11-1, and we agreed. At 1:30 on Friday, the technician still had not arrived, and I called and requested an update. At 2:08 we were told the technician was on his way. At 3:16 the technician called and informed us he was on his way, and that he would be at our home in 15 minutes.6.5 hours after our original window started, work commenced. The technician disagreed with the original quote and did not perform the 90 degree boot replacement, and also stated he thought our quote was for one duct vice two (which is not what we had discussed with the gentleman who came to inspect for the quote). I told him we needed to replace both ducts (both developed condensation) and he said it could raise the price a little, but with not performing the boot replacement it “should not be too much”.The technician was professional, polite, and performed exceptional work. He went over the work with me upon completion and we agreed I would receive a call to pay by card, and the price would be a bit more than the quote was.Imagine my surprise when the charged price on the phone was exactly double what the original quote was. No accounting for change in work scope, removed work, etc; just a flat doubling of quote charge. The item listed is even a single line item, not a duplicate of the original quote. Photo included.Deceptive/generic pricing practices and unpredictable arrival makes it very easy to say we will not be seeking services from AireServ again, and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the process of setting up the appointment for HVAC maintenance. I also needed to reschedule and the was even easier through contacting office and text re-confirmatiom. The technician was explained to me very easily about my system and made a few recommendations and schedule me right on the spot for a next day consultation about a mini-split system. Great customer service. Setting up the appointment was easy. They verified my appointment the day before and then the day of sent me a notice of who would be coming out with a picture of the tech (and a short bio of him, nice touch) Leon showed up on time, explained the 30 point inspection he would be performing. When it was all done he explained everything to us that he had checked and anwsered all our questions. I will be using them again!

When a leak seal did not work Aireserv gave a credit for most of the initial service billing on a new unit. I had a new heater and ac unit installed by AireServ a few years ago. It went very well. Since then they have done the regular tune ups in the spring and fall. Ive going the technicians to be very knowledgeable.This year I had them install a humidifier, electrostatic filtration and a UV light. They did a great job. Very happy with it!

They did the full install, removed my old oil tank from the basement, creating more storage space, and showed me how to use the new system most efficiently. 5 Stars is not enough for this company! My grandparents had a very old furnace, I having previously spent several years in the HVAC industry, wanted to make sure their system would last through the winter. I had heard some good things from friends about Aire Serv in Newark so I scheduled them to come out a give it a tune up and inspection. The tech was fantastic to say the least. I asked Heather at their office to have him call me with his findings. Not only did he call me, he sent pictures of everything to my cell prior to us talking on the phone. He confirmed my suspicions when he sent pictures of holes in the heat exchanger. He was really helpful and not pushy or salesy at ALL. We decided to get an estimate for a new heater. The price was solid, I knew I could have got it cheaper and have seen how high other companies around here charge for an install. They were right in the middle and had included everything (they even gave me a deal on a legit air filter upgrade and a UV light to keep my grandparents healthy) so I know there wouldnt be any surprises.They came out on a Thursday for the tune up and got me the estimate the very next day. After agreeing that Friday my grand parents new heater was installed and up & running the following Tuesday afternoon! The installer was so friendly and called me through out the day while I was at work to let me know how things were going. My grandparents and I couldnt be happier. Take it from someone who has been on the other side of these kind of service companies, save your time, your money, and your headaches, Call them first and trust them to take care of everything!

George came to the rescue! After going 24 hours without AC in brutal heat. And after my initial repair man did a no show. I googled and found Aire Serv I gave them a call the receptionist was very nice and was able to Schedule me service same day. I received a text stating who my repair man will be. Excellent and fast service. A few weeks ago for my dryer vent cleaning in which they discounted my service since my neighbor and I were both getting it done. Young agile kid jumped over my bannister and climbed on the roof and was done in a jiffy. Then came to fix my WiFi thermostat .. Jesse stayed to make sure it was in working condition. Very please and will use them for my yearly maintenance/emergency issues. Reasonably priced.

I have had AireServ for HVAC maintenance for 4-years and they are extremely professional, communicate well in advance of appointments and their techs are excellent. In October 2020 they installed a new double heat pump system with air sanitizing systems to ensure the safety of my staff and students. Their techs were polite, cleaned up at the end of each install day and provided great communication throughout the job. I highly recommend them for installation and system maintenance.
