Joe did an excellent job fixing a number of plumbing problems. He was professional and thorough and explained every repair in detail.On a separate service call, John and Tommy replaced our thermostat quickly and neatly. Great job from a friendly crew.

Ryan was extremely professional and thorough. He explained what may go wrong with my AC but didn’t pressure me into anything. This is very important for me as I need to research and understand more before I can make a decision . The call center when I scheduled the appointment was also very professional and kind. The reminder callers could smile a little when calling and not act like they are having the worse day ever but everything else was great!

Todd and his colleague (Adam) were phenomenal plumbing experts with years of experience in water quality (Todd’s work in this area in the military is deep and impressive, and he shared his opinions and expertise to help us make decisions). From coming out to inspect our needs, consult with us and provide a comprehensive quote and recommendations for our home, to working on several projects (new plumbing installs to new water filtration system and water heater), they were professional, focused and engaged with the project. We felt they cared about our home and the quality of their work and the customer service. The Boulden team is very communicative from appointments set up to reminders, and we find that very helpful. A well-oiled machine striving for excellence, honestly approaching projects and difficulties and rectifying problem areas along the way, again, from the cheerful receptionists (thank you!) to the on-site workers to management. Very glad to have this option for plumbing in our area now.

John the service technician quickly diagnosed the source of the leak that was showing as spots on my basement ceiling. I also showed him a problem with the hot water heater. He showed me where the sources of both issues were, explained what was going on, and what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely manner, with the estimate being right on target. They are always punctual and very accommodating. I asked to be the first morning appointment and they called me first thing in the am and told me that the tech was on his way. Danny(electrical) and Ryan(HVAC) were very polite and they worked around my time constraints. They both took their time to explain things and answer my questions. Will definitely request both Danny and Ryan for any future Electrical or HVAC service needed.

Travis was on time, friendly and extremely thorough. Did calculations to make sure we were installing the right size system, which surprisingly we were able to downsize from what the builder installed. Never had a company do that with my past estimates and install in my prior home.

Had them for a routine maintenance only.. House is cooling fine. Was told that I had a leak and the old refrigerant was $525 per pound and that I probably needed 2 pounds. Was also told that I needed new parts and that i should consider replacing my 13 year old unit (that I purchased and had installed from them) because the lifetime of HVAC units is only 10-15 years. I also had the entire compressor replaced under warranty 4 years ago! I didnt believe what the tech told me but to be sure I had another company come out. They showed me the gauges and said that everything is fine and I do not have a leak or need more coolant. BTW, they said that their price was $135 per pound! THIS COMPANY WILL CHEAT YOU! get a second opinion!

I called 2 weeks in advance to ask for a coaxial cable replacement job for my house. When I called 2 days in advance to discuss the job I was told that the person who answered my first call was new and that they didnt do coax. This left me in an unexpected bind. when I asked if they could recommend an alternative they said they dont give recommendations. they did tell me I could call the Better Business Bureau.

Had a small problem arise with a grounding wire on a gas meter. Boulden Bros was called and had a tech out here today and made a minor change so the gas company would be happy. We replaced our old cast iron water line to hall toilet, another toilet and shower. It was expensive but the guys did a good job. It was a big job and took a long time to complete. Couple days later, I was cleaning the hall bath tub and notice that our ceramic tub was chipped and scratched. Im not sure if they drop heavy tools or the cast iron flange from the toilet there and it accidentally chipped it and scratched our tube? See attached pictures. We called the office and they had Paul called us back and we told him our findings. Paul told us office will call us back. It has been over 2 weeks and we heard nothing from the office or anyone calling us back. This really leave a bad taste for first time customer like me who probably will never use them again.
