Our house was getting to be just too hot on summer days. Lagana was very professional and Lawson came out the same day I called and gave us a full estimate on a Mitsubishi mini split unit. Chris came out a few days later and installed everything on a scorching hot day and did an absolutely great job. We love our new AC, and like they promised it works extremely well and is almost silent. I would highly recommend Lagana to anyone.

Lagana is the best! Our service person, Colton, was patient, pleasant and extremely competent. We had some significant plumbing issues, and he took the time to figure out what was wrong and then was able to deal with them in a timely fashion. He didnt have one of the parts on his truck, but someone from the shop brought it to him. We also thought their prices were extremely fair. We will definitely use them again.

I had my hot water tank replaced by Lagana Plumbing and Heating. I talked to Bob on the phone to schedule the service and he made sure of my requests and called me back quickly after verifying the water tank I wanted was available. The technician called ahead to give me a verified arrival time. They arrived a little earlier than the quoted time, which made me happy. In a very quick time period they were finished with the whole work area clean and the new tank install looking great. It works beautifully. Woke up to no heat and thermostat not displaying anything on a Sunday morning in December. Clayton showed up very promptly and diagnosed the issues we were having very quickly. Clayton also took the time to explain to us the quality of the furnace we have at this moment ( a fuel furnace from 1987) and spoke to us about the benefits and the ins and outs of switching to propane along with new central air unit and hot water heater. We were very appreciative of his information on the whole process of the switch and we plan to do this in the near future and will definitely be contacting Lagana for this process. Just purchased a new home with an oil boiler, and was not familiar with the use of a boiler system. Lagana has been very helpful with educating us on it. Bob was super helpful on the phone and made sure I got a tech that worked on oil boilers. Derek was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things. We ended up needing a new part this morning and they changed their schedules around to fit us in and had it taken care of right away. Would definitely recommend them!

Had been getting error messages on my boiler system (the same messages had appeared last year when another contractor assigned by a home warranty company fixed the boiler). David was able to find the problem: a bad wire connection on a pump installed by the previous contractor (this could have been a final exam in boiler school). Rewired and the system is working fine. Excellent job.

OMG IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. The worker was so amazing he found the leak in my bathroom and it will never leak again. It is never easy finding a leak from the upstairs bathroom from the downstairs ceiling.

I have had Lagana Plumbing repair several things in my house over the past couple of years for pumbing repairs and Ruffalo for appliances. Previously, they were able to coordinate a plumbing repair and appliance repair for my diswasher on the same service appointment which was convenient. They have been helpful on the phone, able to come and do the work quickly and have been prompt and courteous. Recently, Colton came to replace a kitchen faucet for me but also checked the water pressure in my house and answered my questions about the plumbing in my house. I appreciated his knowledge in answering my questions. I would recommend Lagana Plumbing and Heating and Ruffalo Appliance.

Bob was super nice on the the phone. I was told someone would be out that day or the next. I waited a full week then called back. This time a Salesman said early afternoon around 1pm that day. So I waited until 3pm and cancelled. I have better things to do then to wait around constantly for someone to eventually show up. Called a different company and I was told a specific day and time frame. Much easier.

Needed emergency furnace work around 4:30pm yesterday and Lagana had someone out here almost within the hour. They came in and identified the problem and immediately got to replacing my blower motor that burned up. Cant say enough good things about their service and timing. My elderly Mom had them come to the house because the AC stopped working and Lagana was the only company that even offered over the phone to come out this week to look at the issue, the Tech got here and he promptly found the issue and even brought me out to show me the issue and he took the time to fully explain it and show me how he diagnosed it. I was super impressed and after the repair was done he looked over the rest of the system and made sure everything was working good for my mom. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone and we will be useing them from now on!!

I wanted to replace in kind but they didnt have it in stock but did have it the next day, today. Mark Kube at Lagana was very helpful. Over the phone he spotted an issue and talked me thru a home repair till a replacement can be purchased.

The plumber, Tom, who came to my moms house to fix the plumbing for me did a terrible job doing basic repairs.At my mothers house where he was doing work for me he re-installed the toilet, said he was done and left my mom with it leaking all over the brand new floor I had just installed that wasnt supposed to get wet. He also left the tub faucet leaking out the back behind the access panel. Then he caulked the tub leaving gaps and doing an overall terrible job.Dave Howard came out to inspect the work and fix the leaks that were still occurring. He told my mom he would take the caulk job off the bill. When we received the bill the caulk job was still included and by then my mom had noticed that the tub faucet was still leaking.I called Dave Howard on 2/17/17 to tell him I wasnt going to pay the bill until he revised it to take off the caulk job and some of the labor so we could get someone who actually knew what they were doing to fix the faucet that was still leaking. He said he would.On 3/7/17 they sent my mom a new invoice instead of sending it to me. It was for the same amount as before except with an ADDITIONAL $5.00 Service Charge!!My Mom had to physically go to their office to demand an adjusted invoice before they finally gave her the discount she deserved for all the trouble they put her through for something that isnt even completely fixed. The only reason I didnt give 1 star was because they did the right thing in the end by giving her a significant discount for the terrible job that was performed.

We bought a house that had been vacant for some time. When Lagana Plumbing came out to inspect the house, they found a gas leak and took care of it all right away. They didnt even worry about who was paying for the work to be done or when they were getting paid, they just fixed it and made it safe for us and were done in 12 hours. I know who I will be calling and using in the future for any HVAC and plumbing work we need done in the future.

Worst ever they changed valves in one of my rental property charged 750 said its usually 1000 like it was a deal had same problem with a shower in the other apartment had a buddy show me how did the whole job in two hours and spent only 200 in parts I was furious I could of easily done it myself charging that much and then telling me its a deal biggest rip off ever word of advice people use YouTube alot of this you could do yourself

Hooked water up backwards. My toilet is now heating my house and they refuse to fix it. Overcharged and poor customer service. Here is a hint, the blue line is supposed to be the cold water.
