My favourite nail salon. Sofy is the best. I’ve been coming here for years. The salon is very clean and everyone is really nice. Can’t wait to be back

I got a pedicure here, and the lady that I had cut my nail so short that I am getting a very bad ingorn toe nail. furthermore, she cut off my cutical without asking me and because of that the ingrown nail is much more painful. my mom had a good experience here, so I guess it depends on who you get, but I wouldnt risk it.

Don’t go here!!!I went in on Saturday to get my nails done with nail forms and the lady was very nice and professional. I was doing this for my birthday. Unfortunately she was rushed by another customer. I left because I had to make it to a restaurant reservation at 7pm and it was around 6:50pm. I left and realized there were a lot of dips and the work was not that great especially having payed $180 for them and spent 3 hours on the chair. You can’t see it unless you look at it from the side or in light which I didn’t see. I called the store after and told them I wanted them off and my money back and they told me it was fine and to come tomorrow when they open. I came in and immediately they denied to give me my money so they called the boss and someone else to see what they can do.The main lady I believe her name is Christine based on the email she forced me to write, said she wouldn’t do anything not return my money not fix it . The other manager Kelly called and spoke to me and she was nicer about the situation and decided to speak the the boss lady about maybe fixing the set. then the boss lady walked in a couple of minutes after that. I showed her the obvious things that were wrong with my nails, some where thicker than others, one was cracked and one was chipped and looked like a bird beak and she kept simply saying “they’re fine they’re perfect” which they were not. I sat down and wrote a one star review because I believed that was the end of the interaction and nothing was gonna be done to my nails. After hassling to get them fixed for a little over 15 mins she decided to finally fix ONLY 3 nails that were the most obvious. I asked her if she could change the color since they were so badly shaped and they color only made it worst and she said that it’s be another charge like my previous money paid wasn’t enough and i explained that I traveled 2 hours to get there and I have to pay another $50 to change and finally she decides to change it for free and shaved the color off. I told her i had to go to work at 1 so she wanted to make it fast so i Can leave. she started to come around and told Paja one of the workers to work on my nails and add acrylic and fix it. I was happy she decided on fixing it no extra charge and she even offered Complimentary coffee. Paja was excellent at her job fixed every single one perfect and made sure it was nice and done before moving on. Christine saw the review and told paja to stop and refusedTo let her finish. She began to yell “why would I do that “ even though I explained that I would update it after she fixed and display the new nails Paja fixed. She refused to keep doing my nails and insisted she was gonna call her lawyer. I waited like I didn’t already said I had to leave at 1. After I deleted my review she let Paja continue. Then she stopped Paja and told me I had to write down my phone number and email just In case cause she didn’t trust me. Again I told her once she’s done with the new set I’d write a better review but she refused and then insisted I write a good review email to her in order for her to continue. What ?! That’s so unprofessional and crazy. I wrote “they fixed my nails” because I was I’m disbelief she was forcing me to write a good email review. Finally I wrote an honest email and again she denied finishing my nails until I took out the part that mentioned she was forcing me to write the good review email or else she wouldn’t finish my nails. Rewrote the email again and she finished them and I left. Never again will I go here. Save your money and go somewhere else please.

This nail salon is so nice. It has the most pretty interior. It is so clean and they sanitize thoroughly. Such friendly staff also!! I got my mani and pedi from Pema and it was the best I have received!! I was very satisfied. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

One of the very best pedicures that I’ve ever had. Very clean, relaxing and professional. Mia was awesome. I had a leg/foot massage and a short back massage as my toes dried. Very very nice. Friendly staff and reasonable for NYC. Can’t wait to go back.

A Pretty and clean place.Martha is the best. She is a perfectionist. She is sweet. Great manicure and pedicure. I have allergies to everything....she listened carefully. As she applied each product she asked if it was okay to use. I live in Jackson Heights...but I will take a train to see Martha again.

Love this place! They always do a fantastic job. Never have had an appointment and have only had to wait a few minutes at most if they are busy. Theres.always a movie to watch on as well. Live that they serve coffee/water/tea. Most hygenic and eco friendly salon. Ive been too. Staff is great.

I was very disappointed with the service here. I work in New York and I do not live her and the services are way more expensive, but the service isn’t up to par. I got my toes painted and let them dry for over an hour and my big toes smudged and I had to repaint them myself. I got gel on my nails and the color is always messing up. I called and ask for some guidance as this visit was almost $100, but the manager wasn’t helping. I will never return to this nail salon.

Very nice and clean place. I work in the medical field and was rather impressed to see the usage of sterilized instruments plus disposables. The service was courteous. Puja was fantastic. Ill definitely be coming back.

Very nice place. They are thorough and take their time to make sure the job is done perfectly. Service is very friendly and prices are quite reasonable.

I liked the customer service and careful attention but I was surprised by the end cost over 110 bucks for acrylic gel nails and color when other places do the same exact thing for 35/40 bucks and still do a good job. Again the service was great but not worth the price. If Im going to pay a high amount Id rather do so because of the design etc.

I never write reviews, but my service here was so appalling I feel the need to warn potential customers. DO NOT GO HERE, I paid 80 dollars to get silk wrap nails. The technician took, and Im not exaggerating, over three and a half hours to complete the service. Within two days, TWO nails have already fallen off. A day later, I only had four left. I contacted the salon and asked for it to be fixed, they had me come in and I spent another 2 and 1/2 hours getting it re done- only for one of the jewels to fall off and ANOTHER nail to fall off a day later. Dont let this place fool you, they have ZERO idea what theyre doing, its a waste of your time and money. Go someplace else.

Took my daughter and friends for mani and pedi for her birthday, they were very nice

If I could give this place no stars I would. I made an appointment, got there 10 minutes early and then waited for over 30 minutes until it was almost closing time. The manager suggested that I take a cab to the other location to get my pedicure. Finally someone became available, rushed through my pedicure and I expect it will start chipping tomorrow as it they usually do from this place. And it’s overpriced. Go to flower nails down the street.

Do not go here. Paid $15 to get gel polish removed and they DESTROYED my nails. Now I’ve got gouges and discoloration that will be there for months. Not happy.

A beautiful place where they treat you very well they flatter you with a glass of Champagne, a coffee, water, an iced or hot tea whatever you like, they are always attentive to the client, you can also give yourself some very good relaxing massages, they have two places one on Second Avenue. With 76 street and another in Av. Madison with 90 street
