It had been a while since Id visited Pinky, but I needed to get my toes pretty for the beach. They have always had high hygiene standards, and now, even more so. There are partitions between guests and staff for that extra peace of mind. Temperatures are taken at check in and masks are worn. I felt very safe and my feet are happy too.

Wonderful, relaxing experience. Loved my nail tech. She was very kind and considerate. Would go back for sure.

First time here..was treated very well considering it upper east side( had some bad shopping experiences) was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, very reasonable price wise and the tech took her time with my money makers. Tipped well because I will be returning..solid place

This was the first nail salon Ive been in since March. I was really apprehensive about going for a long time because I wasnt sure if it was safe, but I specifically chose Pinky because I could see all the precautions they took to make the space safe. I really appreciated the temperature scans, gloves for choosing a polish, and the barriers that minimized contact. It was a safe and professional space, and booking an appointment online was really easy. Will definitely be returning.

Very clean and professional. Its not the very best when it come to the actual gel manicure, but acceptable for the price. I will return.

I am very disappointed about how I was treated. I told the team that I would like to use my earned rewards for a regular pedicure towards the price of a spa pedicure and then pay the difference. I was told that I have to use it next time. When I told them I am moving out of town and won’t be able to have a “next time” at this place they didn’t care and just shrugged their shoulders. So essentially I lost $46 of earned rewards. What poor customer service even though I gave a 26% cash tip!

By far, this is the best salon that has gone above and beyond with making sure customers are kept safe.They have installed clear divides at both Mani/ Pedi sections. They do a temperture check for each customers and sanitize the station after every clients.Even before COVID, they were always clean with their tool and sterilized everything, but this time they went extra mile to ensure everyone feels safe.The nail tech, Irene was super accommodating and talented. I highly recommend her. I love that I can book my appointment online and its so simple. Ill be booking my next appointment soon!

It was super easy to book an appointment online and the service was great. Everything was clean and really felt like they were following the covid19 guidelines.

The gel manicure completely came off three nails within 24 hours. I do not know what kind of gel they use but I would not recommend.

Are you open for an overpriced, subpar, regular mani & pedi - $68 (tip not included). This is your spot.

Clean place, friendly staff. I had the Pinky Spa Pedi and it was fantastic! I loved the attention to detail, relaxed pace and fabulous feet and leg massages. I did find it a bit pricy (at $71) because I usually get this same treatment at a lower cost. But, it was a nice splurge.

Poor service for exuberant price of $41 for regular (more like abridged) pedicure. And they also requested a tip no less than $7-8. Will go back to the NYC Nail Spa between 85th and 84th. -- Twice the quality and half the price.

I highly recommend Laxmi or Kamala. They are both attentive and perfectionist. Laxmi applies nail polish the best. The salon is clean and the atmosphere relaxing. Im very satisfied with the services I receive on each visit.

Prices are a little higher than usual spots but I think its worth it for the service you get. Has become my go-to and I dont plan on that changing anytime soon.

Pedicure was ok, but nails was done horrible. My manicurist wasn’t even able to remove gel polish from my nails. Not coming back.

This is the worst salon in NYC. Terrible experience. Lame pedi done with little services and no effort, although a couple points for the polish well applied, but my mani was so terrible - I had to stop her twice as she had filed my nails lopsided! The polish was badly applied and had air bubbles. Expensive rip off. Just chose somewhere else.
