I was staying at a hotel on Park Ave. and searched Google Maps for a near by nail salon. Several appeared on the map but this one, which was farther away, had the best reviews so I decided on the adventure. I walked a few block and then ascended the 5 flights of stairs (you dont need to do that they have an elevator) to the salon. I didnt have an appointment but they accommodated me immediately. The staff is incredibly professional and their work is impeccable. I chose a nail color that is difficult to pull off. I actually suggested I choose something easier but the owner was adamant that I go with my first choice of gel color and volunteered to complete the task at hand. The result is hands down the best manicure Ive ever gotten in my life. I know the color I chose is hard, opaque and a very soft lavender-ish white. The result was amazing. Im already back in Atlanta and a week later it looks as perfect as the day I got them done. I will be back the next time Im in the city for sure. Highly recommend!

Whoever missed this place for manicure and pedicure would feel the worst since they missed the best service and best quality job ever. They make sure you walk out fabulously! I feel bad for whom coming in with bad attitude and jealousy since they do not have a chance to even give a try!

Niem is my go to lady for uv gel extensions. She is extremely talented and actually cares. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. Everyone that works here is so kind and great at what they do. I couldn’t say enough times how grateful I am for this place and the amazing job they do and the amazing vibe they create at the same time. Go here! You won’t regret it.

I can’t really leave an adequate review because I was refused service. There was staff there and the salon was functional with other guests, but I was immediately told that they couldn’t help with just a normal manicure. No offer to wait for another technician or to make an appointment for a later date, just flat out refusal of service.

I came today as a walk in costumer, and i didn’t have to wait that long, this place is so beautiful a very clean. The three technicians that were working there were very nice and friendly. I got Carolina, she was very nice and very experienced, she took her time doing my nails and my toes. My toe nails are very weird lol and doing them is not an easy task and she did a fantastic job!! I will recommend Carolina and this place to everyone!!

Just want to put it out there- Everything is great except for the service.It was my first time here at JN Nail Bar and I was served by one of the nail techs who just kept giving sass and attitude, while I’d say thank you and speak kindly to her with every question or request. Her impatience and annoyance was more than obvious, making me incredibly uncomfortable for the rest of my appointment. I was really looking forward to relax and have a good time at the nail salon but she made my day worse. Granted I still gave her a $10 tip at the end but it was really the most terrible experience ever.I don’t need to spend $80 on a nail session to put up with this. I can see the owner Niem is trying to train her nail techs— Please also train them to provide professional customer service.

Walked in for a basic polish change, and was happy that there was someone available right away. I received the Most meticulous nail lacquer application, care taken for each nail and each brush stroke. From looking around, I can tell this is a clean place that prides itself on their quality. Im looking forward to returning in the future!

The BEST manicures and pedicures in Midtown. These ladies have a great shop and they are proud of their work and it shows. They take their time, and the attention to detail is marvelous. I love this nail spot. I’ve had two different manicurists- both super kind and attentive. The space is clean, and my gels last super long! No chip, only grow out.

The staff was not friendly and very unprofessional. I went to this store to get manicure but they made me to wait for 40min. I wasted my time. They kept taking with their staff. The service was terrible in my life. I never want to experience this horrible nail ever. Pls do not waste your time in this nail shop.

After long day at work, we just need a spot like JN nail bar. Unbelievably they are located on 5th floor of the small building hidden in K town, since we got here, we didn’t want to leave, even it s better than 5 stars. Highly recommended for everyone
