Probably the best pedicure in the city - thorough cleaning, buffing, scrub AND massage all included. Kelly is so sweet, and even learned my name as soon as I walked in (I’m a new customer). So professional and precise with her work, I will definitely be returning.

I came in here with high expectations considering other peoples reviews, but this was probably one of the dirtiest nail salons I’ve been to. She did a nice job on my nails but I couldn’t even enjoy my time there considering how gross and unclean the place was.

I got a great gel manicure with Kelly last week who really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. She let me debate between colors, even helping me vote on the best option for my skin tone! She never rushed, and was nice to chat with while I was there. Note: during the pandemic, they are working different hours so Id recommend calling to make an appointment, just to be sure you can be seen at the time you want.

Loved the pedicure & everything that came along with it. As for a gel set I would never come back to this place. The shape I wanted was coffin but the lady who did them didn’t really quite understand because of how they look. Furthermore this place was over priced for what you get

Prices is right for the service you get... and happy that they do re-use their stuff... its sterile/safe. So closer to my work and they have parking free... love this place a lot.. will bring my coworkers come over to check it next time !!!!

This is my favorite nail spot in the city. All of the workers there are so friendly and really care about making your nails look top notch. I love all of the additions that come with the pedicure like callus remover and massage. This place really cares about offering welcoming good service!

Such a great experience!!!! Excellent customer service and amazing manicure. Affordable, and what I love most; is how Sophie (who did my nails) took her time. She gave me a 5 minute free massage which was so lovely and we shared some laughs. Shes so silly!! :) Kelly which is the owner, was so kind and is FOR her customers. This place is amazing! Kelly was so so so nice and amazing. She was so meticulous and a perfectionist that my manicure is one of the best Ive ever had. She even gives you a free massage while your nails dry! It did take awhile, so if youre in a hurry I dont recommend, but I will definitely be coming back here again!!

I got introduced to this salon by a friend years ago.. and I haven’t stopped going! I have never been to a salon who takes the time, concentration and meticulous approach like Kelly’s salon does! The owner is so kind, sweet and hard working. She will know your name after the first visit and provide you with a VERY generous punch card with rewards like a free message or simple mani! There’s other services likes waxing, too! I’ve done it all and I recommend this cozy spot to anyone and no one walks away disappointed. This salon is an oasis and hidden gem. I adore it! My favorite part is the little details like essential oils in your soaking water and an amazing apricot scrub. They also include a callous remover in your pedicures that is often additional at other nail salons.I would say that this salon takes an above average time frame to complete treatments. With that said, they do go the to extra mile and make it perfect. It’s a part of the experience!Affordable, friendly, consistent— Don’t miss this spot! I took a chance and went to the salon late on a Sunday evening for an acrylic manicure and regular pedicure and the owner, Kelly, was welcoming and very happy to see me, a new client that she never met before. Kelly is an excellent manicurist and truly cares about her clients well being and her work. I highly recommend this salon and will be a regular client going forward.

Came to nail salon on a friends referral. From what Ive seen on my friend in previous gel nail designs as well as my sisters mani today, the owner does great gel designs. Friendly service, clean place, parking is free and available, gel nails + appointment only.

This place is incredible. They sanitize their equipment so meticulously and they literally put on the gel polish with a paintbrush. Its art. Also, they ask for your name right in the beginning and actually call you by it the whole time - what other nail place does this?! Theyre perfectionists, so dont come in if youre in a rush. But if youre not, I cant recommend this place enough.

Friendly enough people. But the gel polish was not the color of the swatch (at all, not just a slight difference, it was quite different). Polish pooled at the cuticles. It was sticky for the next day, almost like it hadn’t fully dried. The tech was a little rough moving my hands around and left two of my nails with scratches through the polish. I literally had to go somewhere else the next day and have their polish removed and get a new manicure.

Kelly is terrific! This was my first time to this salon and I was blown away by their professionalism and quality of work. Kelly made me feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time and did a great job on my nails!

Galleria Nail Salon is hands down the best! I have been going to Kellys salon for years. The service is A++ as is the quality of work done.

I’m fairly sure this place wouldn’t service me because I am black.I walked into the salon and was told I couldn’t get my nails done even though there were two women working on the only customer in the salon. The owner didn’t even ask what service I wanted. I initially assumed it meant they were closing soon. Seeing as I came all the way there and now had to go all the way home I asked if I could use the restroom before I left and was told no.As I walked out another white woman was walking in, trying to be helpful I let her know they weren’t taking anyone else, she laughed and said “yes they are” and proceeded to breeze past me and was greeted by the owner warmly.Still not wanting to assume it was racial bias I decided to call the salon from down the street and ask if they were taking any more walk-ins for the day, the same owner who told me NO face to face said YES and asked me what I wanted done. Take from this what you would like but I’ll never support someone who seemingly treats a black customer differently than others.

Love this salon! You get a shoulder massage while your nails dry - is that not enough?! The owner is there every day and she is the nicest - and remembers EVERYONE! Every tech does a great job - I dont ever ask for one specific, I just take whoever is available! The pedis are a full 45 min or more and they do suuuuuch a good job, and have all these fun things like, Would you prefer coffee or tea in the water for your toes? So cool!

When my sister asked me if I wanted a pedicure at this really really good nail place, I didnt realize she meant best nail salon ever. On the surface, the place looks like every other moderately priced nail salon (except for the nice touch of art on the walls). However, heres where Galleria stood out:Thorough and painless - Most of the time, the cuticle maintenance is a somewhat painful experience, but not here. In addition, no place has ever quite buffed my heels to such baby softness

A hidden gem in the East Village. Kelly, the owner and her entire staff couldnt be nicer. Ive had facials in some of the most expensive spas in New York and Kelly is the most thorough anywhere. The pedicures are the best $30 youll spend. Cant go wrong - Kelly is the best!

I just had a great manicure here but was not given a neck massage and I was not offered a repeat customer card. I do not plan to return because the salon is old, worn, desperately needs a paint job and a thorough cleaning.

Fabulous experience. I went for a manicure and got a wonderful mini massage too! And for an amazingly affordable price. I hope I get back here before too long so I can go again!

I have been a patron of Galleria for 5+ years. The owner and staff are experienced, kind and you never feel rushed! I love coming to Galleria and know I will always have a relaxing experience + a top quality mani/pedi there.

Service was wonderful, and I saw quite a few people get really good, A+ quality manicures here. BUT, whatever you do, do NOT get any kind of tips, wraps, or nail extensions done here. I paid $100+ for a full set and a pedicure, the pedicure was great, but within the same day of me leaving the salon TWO of my nails broke off. She only used ONE layer of gel, and by the time she filed them they were paper thin. Definitely not usual procedure, every other place Ive been to (even budget places!) use 3-4 layers to account for lost gel in the filing process.It is now a holiday weekend and I am graduating Tuesday, and left scrambling to find a salon that will fix this mess. Oh, and by the way, do NOT ask for nail art either (they have it on the price list). I asked her to do a simple V-shape french on the bottom, and it looked like a child drew it. Seriously, my boyfriend knows nothing about nails and even he noticed it looked off.Long story short, great service, great basic mani+pedi services, but amateurs when it comes to tips/extensions/nail art.

My good friend was denied service despite calling ahead for an immediate appointment. From other reviews and her experience, this seems to be because she is black. Shame on this establishment.

The people their were very nice but the nails are bad I went there about two weeks ago and I asked for a acrylic set when she put the tips on she didn’t ask me how long I wanted she just cut them without asking me and then when she put on the acrylic and fell it took sooo long to dry and everything else was nice but when I left I saw how bumpy and uneven they were there not even coffin shape and I payed $100 for that and an eyebrow wax the nails were over priced for low quality there lifting and on one nail there’s a spot were there’s not even gel polish and it’s chipping and not just the gel the acrylic is coming of in pieces at the tips of my nails they are very bumpy to the point were it’s very noticeable

I went in for a gel manicure, regular pedicure and an eyebrow wax. According to their menu, my total should be around $65 plus tip. It cost me $83 plus tip. These services normally take 2 to 2.5 hours at other salons. This took 3.5 hours even with an appointment. My gel manicure is already peeling after two days. They do not have a good selection of colors and when you ask, they give you a hard time. Will not good back.
