UPDATE:I recently read some negative reviews which really doesnt reflect this place AT ALL! Oh my nails is amazing!  I book only with Serena. I can speak only for Serena, who is very professional and an artist. Everybody talks about price, but the service and skill I have consistently received is worth the price to me. My gel nails have NEVER chipped and I only do them once a month. Thats four weeks of perfection aside from growing out. I am not gentle with them either as I work with my hands.I fell down a couple of stairs once, and only broke one nail! Thats a testament to how durable they are. It was my fault, not Serenas and she fixed it after hours on a Sunday at no charge. That is incredibly accommodating! Also Serena was able to repair the nail where it broke, without removing it, without any pain, and kept my nail healthy and safe. I have been coming here for a year, and I have kept Serena after hours MANY times. She never complains even tho she lives far away because she spend the time to do the job right. I have never ever been the tiniest disappointed with anything she has done. She matches every sample picture perfectly!!!! She pays atttention to smallest details and really puts forth the time and effort so you leave happy. If anyone had a bad experience here, then its because they didnt book Serena! She is why I go to Oh My Nails, and why I only do complex art designs, because she is the best.

Terrible customer service. Got laughed at for showing up more than 15 minutes earlier to an appointment and then made wash my hands before I could be handed a dust filled laminated price sheet . I asked to cancel the appointment since clearly my business is not welcomed there.FYI they ask you for a credit card when making the appointment so they can charge you $50 for cancelation feeNo business, no matter how special the service they provide should treat a person in such a disrespectful way. THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE LOVELY TECHNICIAN THAT MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR ME EARLIER IN THE DAY

I got my nails done and they started to chip after 4 days. i asked for a partial refund and they told me no and that this can happen. i expected them to last at least one week for the price point.

Treated myself to some nail art and apres extensions as place came recommend by a friend. Within 2 days 1 nail snapped and within a week another broke. With travel I was unable to get them fixed. Never have a set broken so quickly, after reaching out to inform I was told that maybe apres wasn’t for me despite this never happening before at any other salon. For the price I am pretty disappointed.

Tiny but powerful. They did a beautiful job on my nails for Halloween. My nails stayed on for a long time and they looked good the entire time. They are cheaper then most places. They also do gorgeous accent nails.

I understand Beyoncé endorses their brand, but I still think they should be more personable and accommodating to their customers. After paying almost $200 for a gel manicure customers definitely deserve to be accommodated if faced with an emergency. I made an appointment under 24hrs and I had to cancel it because my grandmother was badly injured in a fall (to which I explained) and they would not accommodate a reschedule and kept my $50 deposit. It’s not something I’ve ever done before and I begged for a pardon. I feel like for the money spent here the customer service should and could be better. I’ve spent over $300 here and not for nothing my nails chipped in a day after a $140 service. Anyway, I just wanted to share this with any one considering this place.

Tiny nail salon in East Village. Serena is a professional and an amazing inspired artist. Her work is impeccable her hand drawn nail art is legendary.

My first time coming into this place and it was more than I could ask for. I had no appointment so I called ahead an hour prior to ask if I could walk in, they stated I could but could not guarantee that there would be any openings available. I took a chance and even though it is a small place, just 4 nail techs but to my luck, they accommodated me. My nail technician was Mimi and she was by far amazing and was able to do the design I wanted and was so patient. Everyone seems nice and such a comfortable atmosphere.

My nail tech was very sweet and detail oriented. It was my first time here and she was very helpful. I love the results. She was also very gentle with my nails. Calgel mani was $50 + tax and tips.I did not put 5 stars because i want to wait and see how long my nails will last.

Really loved this place!! They just opened up and they did an amazing job on the decorations and have really great color selections and the price is really good . Also if you have any problems they let you come back and they actually want to take care of your nails and not just to a quick job. Really recommend going here

Love Oh My Nails! I am hard on my nails (I ride horses), but I routinely get a solid 3 weeks of beautiful nails from a manicure, and my nails are longer and healthier than theyve ever been! Plus, its always a lovely experience!

I am so disappointed I’ve been coming her since last November. My nails looked pretty good . However this past Thursday I came in to do a simple nail design that one of the nail artist could not do. After her second attempt I was annoyed and asked her to remove everything. Not only was 2and a half hours of my time wasted but I also missed my brow appointment that night . Now I also don’t have my nails done for my vacation. The lady did almost everything I asked her not to do . My nail beds and nails are so weak do to the massive filling and drilling. She even asked me to do another design which did not sit well with me . I will not be returning unfortunately . Word of advice if you cant do something a customer asked, please be honest and up front. Be strategic on what artists you pick that have the artistry skill for your customers needs . This is very disappointing!!!

Best nail salon in NYC. So fun the artist are all amazing. My nails look better then they ever have. I never thought I could have such pretty nails. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, they do the best job - my nails last for over a month without chipping every time. They’re the best.

I waited quite some time for my pedicure to start, but the woman did a great job. Im in Ecuador, and have been to the beach, pools and done TONS of walking; my calgel pedicure is still perfect! I will return.
