These people are not professionals. They never pick up the phone. At this point it seems they have my number and once they see it they ignore it. We have been trying to get the results for a test for over 2 months! They told us it would be ready over a month ago and we just keep getting told it’s not ready to call me back another time. This is not a reliable office. If you need results and services quickly look elsewhere.

I am very impressed with their customer service and their ability to help in time of need. I recommend them all the time! Thankful for their services.....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE BRONX OR MANHATTAN LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS IN A DR OFFICE. THIS PLACE SHOULD HONESTLY DISMANTLE. THEY HAVE PEOPLE NOT QEARING MASKS OPERATING PHONES AND BEING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND USELESS BEHIND THE RECEPTION DESK. HORRIBLE SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

A very nice experience with True pusuit psychological service. i had a misconception regarding the medicines and was inclined towards counselling only, but I was reassured that treatment requires both medicines and counselling. It did really help me to take both simultaneously.

Every person needs a patient and calm therapist. While most counsellors try to rush their treatment in order to get more clients, this clinic works on the basic principle of psychology.

I would not recommend this place to no one. I was in the waiting list for my daughter to be seen for about 2 to 3 months and when they finally called me it was because the Psychology assign to my daughter was leaving which I think is unfair. I was looking for a remedy for my daughter and was left with no resolution. Also after they told me the Psychology that was seeing my daughter for only two weeks because they also cancel some of the appointments they kept sending me messages about the next appointment assign to her. I will overall say that they only called me to charge my daughters plan for services that did not really helped. If I could I would give them a negative star. Please so not go to this place
